681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Bug or Fat Finger Reason for the Bitcoin’s 87% Drop in 2021 on: September 22, 2023, 04:58:32 PM
Those who booked profit on this opportunity were allowed to move funds (Withdrawals)

Typically, the exchange has the right to replay all the trades that involves bug with their service. There’s no way they will allow withdrawals from users that benefit on it unless they didn’t close the withdrawal immediately right after the bug occur.

Nevertheless, an incident like this that involves bug usually refund everything since this is centralized service which they have control to all user funds inside the exchange. A fat finger or not, this is still considered as error from their big client which means there’s no way they will let them lose on this mistakes.
682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: September 22, 2023, 04:50:20 PM
Team Liquid and GG being out, not sure if it's part of the plan or they were just really not that strong for the past tournaments as they need to have a long rest prior to their preparation of TI 2023.

I'm surprised too how poor Team Liquid and GG performance on this tournament. It looks like that they are not giving 100% of their game and hiding strategy on their sleeves that can be use on TI. But I doubt that they intentionally lose since Dreamleague prize pool is still decent while they can use this opportunity to train and experiment before the major event.

I believe many gambler lose bets on these 2 team since many expect them to play better due to their past tournament result.
683  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Sequel Collection - Qucikspin Casino tournament on Chipstars on: September 21, 2023, 04:28:26 PM
Instead of creating separate links for announcements of tournaments available in your casino. Use your ANN thread to post this since ANN thread is meant for that. This will help you to bump your thread instead and create discussion in there. This is not a giveaway either which is not appropriate on games and round.

Make your ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5375868.80 active using this post. Follow the forum rules on posting topics that belongs to same casino.
684  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help a newbie! on: September 21, 2023, 04:21:45 PM
You can use the search bar of the forum to look for the question you have in mind since there’s a high chance that it’s already answered or asked in the past. You can browse to the board that interest you then use the search function. No one can give you a 1 on 1 lesson here about crypto since it's very wide topic.

You can use this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5364418.0 prepared by Ratimov to have an overview on crypto. It's a guide to learn basic of crypto.

@jrrsparkles beat me few minutes on sharing the link. That thread of Ratimov is really helpful especially for newbie. I always use it when I have friend that wants to learn crypto in general.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Repayment Deadline Increased for the MT Gox Exchange’s Creditors on: September 21, 2023, 12:46:23 PM
Not surprising since they keep announcing this potential refund more than 6+ years and no one already paying attention to this refund already due to delays.

Afaik, Their refund process is by batch so this 1 year extension is understandable since they are planning long term distribution also they might use the Bitcoin halving hype to increase their Bitcoin holding value before they liquidate it slowly to benefit on price spike.
686  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 BITRUBY.IO 🚀 - The Future of Crypto Gaming 💰 Double Your Deposit Up to 200% on: September 21, 2023, 12:25:26 PM
Yes, currently BTC and BUSD do not supported for withdraws, but we are providing swap utility of BTC and BUSD to (USDT, USDC) which are supported for withdraw

This is good feature on a casino. What exchange rate you are using and does your swap feature has a exchange fee because this will surely be disadvantageous your user. Why not automatically convert all the deposits to USD then allow then to withdraw on any currency that you support without the need to swap or something.

Duelbits has this kind of feature that automatically convert deposits to USD coins then user can withdraw on their desired currency directly on the withdrawal tab.
687  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam me for 279.6 usd on: September 18, 2023, 05:29:01 PM

Today I received another response from Fortunejack in which they refuse to help me. They also wrote that from today they will deprive my account of the opportunity to use bonuses! This is apparently the last word on which they don’t leave me a chance to use my cashback at all.

Also, a representative from Fortunjack visits the site every day, but refuses to comment on the situation. Although I already wrote in private messages and in the topic and also by email to Fortunejack.

Fortunejack offered me a bonus, after fulfilling the conditions for the bonus, he simply deprived me of the bonus! Fortunejack uses bonus scams!

Starting today, I am going to create a request to issue Fortunjack a red flag and I ask all victims to join the complaint!!!
I also ask experienced users to explain how this is done! Because I’m not very good at this

Always provide screenshots to backed your post regarding the support reply to you. It’s important to become transparent on what’s going on because there’s a chance that support is explaining what happened and you are just hiding it since you don’t like the result.

Provide screenshot since no one will give red trust or flagged without seeing that support is indeed ignoring or not helping you. Forum is transparent to both party involved.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on Native Coins/Tokens of Exchanges? on: September 18, 2023, 05:05:45 PM
What are your thoughts on this? Are you holding any native tokens that may boom?

Holding it for investment purposes will surely give you an advantage since some exchange offers some benefits to all token holders related to exchange features. You can assure too that the token will receive price boost since the exchange will surely have profit from trading fees and its a necessity on crypto market.

Investing on well known exchange such as Binance is a good thing to consider. Just make you are always updated and vigilant to all the news related news including FUD to the company since there’s a chance that a big exchange can collapse once regulators hit them hard just like what happened to FTX. But in general, Investing on popular exchange token is one of a good investment long term since they often have a feature of buy back using the exchange profit and discount from trading fees.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating altcoin for business financing on: September 18, 2023, 03:25:10 PM
I’d like to see if it’s possible to finance a project using the release of my altcoin.
Do not judge strictly. Maybe it is impossible. But I hope you can always find an alternative even in such a question.
Can try it small. Ready for dialogue. I will be glad of new acquaintances.

Your project will be fall under Security Token which is still in gray area on crypto space. You are offering a token equivalent to stocks to the company you are building and will share dividend from profit. This type of crowdfunding become popular before until it was hit by regulatory problem since this is illegal to offer on some country with strict regulations.

There’s no current demand on this type of investment since it needs a lot of funding and slow to ROI. I believe you need to partner with launchpad if you want liquidity to your project. This is the current hotspot now if you want to find investors. Find a developer of your tokens then prepare legal framework and whitepaper for your project.

690  Local / Pilipinas / May politician kaya na pro Bitcoin or may crypto investments? on: September 18, 2023, 03:19:27 PM

691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When the fun stops on: September 18, 2023, 11:42:19 AM
Some people already feel like they are not having fun, because what they have in mind is making money, to all people that feels this way, If you feel like you aren't having fun I believe for the greater good, it's better to take a break from gambling and do something else.

Agree on this part especially when I’m on losing streak. Gambling supposed to be use as source of entertainment but it’s very to have fun if you experience a series of bad luck on gambling worst is losing big time.

Gambling is only fun activity if you are winning more than losing. It’s very hard to get entertainment or to be entertained whenever you are losing money since profit makes gambling exciting or else this is just a normal game that we download on play store or appstore that doesn’t involve money.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: September 18, 2023, 11:32:42 AM
Check the Casino's Reputation, Before you jump into any online casino, take some time to research its reputation. Find out if others have used this casino and whether they've been able to successfully withdraw their winnings. A trusted casino should have a track record of fair payouts.

Assess the Casino's History, Investigate how long the casino has been in operation and the level of trust it has built among its customers. Older, well-established casinos often have a better reputation for fairness and reliability.

These 2 factors is what I’m using to have a safe gambling experience. This is the reason too why I’m only playing few casino even though I’m already involved in online gambling for a long time.

Sticking to few casino that you already established trust is the perfect way to do if you want a happy and less hassle online gambling experience. A lot of users here especially on scam accusation board are those user that keeps jumping on new casino that offers attractive bonus that leads to questionable restrictions when they win.
693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Deleting Post can reduce the merit we got? on: September 17, 2023, 04:49:56 PM
hope y'll having a good today. i was in confusion like if we delete any previous post from Account on which we have got some merits....Deleting that particular post will have any impact on our total of merits like will its reduce or still remain as same as before? I thought i should ask it to the community so that it will add up to my knowledge and Information. If Anyone of you know about this please do lemme know Many Thanks

Just like most of the above said, Your merit count won’t be affected but take note that the description on your merit history will be (Deleted Post/Topic) which is not good to see in history since you usually get merit due to good post while deleting it will make the essence of merit waste.

Activity count is the one that can be affected once you delete a post that attached to your activity post. So be cautious on deleting post if you don’t want to rank down/decrease activity count.
694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggestions for a Wallet with Timer? on: September 17, 2023, 04:46:15 PM
Hello BitcoinTalk,

Since today I have been using hot wallets and cold wallets both. My problem is I don't know if there is a wallet where I can send coins but cannot withdraw for a set of time during panic times. For example I send BTC or ERC-20 Tokens which I want to hold but don't want to touch( unable to touch) for 4 years. I know not your keys not your crypto but is there a service doing this, I'm not talking about putting to staking on a cex or dex.

Thanks in advance!

Tetaeridanus.

I don't encounter such feature on non-custodial wallet but you can achieve by locking it through the use of smart contracts which require coding knowledge to achieve.

The most convenient solution for your problem is to stake your tokens on a trusted DeFi that has a timelock feature. It's equivalent to a timelock since they are using smart contract to hold and lock your funds.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free spins are also a demo in disguise? on: September 17, 2023, 02:45:02 PM
Are free slots even real? I have tried few casinos that offers free spins on registering on the platforms and I haven't seen any crazy gains with free spins before, have you? That's not why I am here though, I am just curious.

The reason why I am here is to know if free spins are like demo too, I asked this because two of my friend including myself open account of a online casino and after using all the free spins we got the same result, around $15, I am curious why, because it looks like a matched up way to keep people hoping for more.

And we know that you have to deposit for wagering because that bonus really become yours, is free spin just another demo like free bonus? That's what I want to know, what is your own experiences like with free spins.

I believe some slot providers can modify RTP as per the request of the casino owners. Some casino offer an insane amount of free spin on a certain slot games mostly from Bgaming provider that doesn’t give much huge profit and somehow has a max profit limit for the free spin. I do get your point especially these massive free spin that result to small win and mostly lose bets.

Free spin is intended to attract customers to deposit and try the casino by luring them to deposit more to get more free spin. I usually avoid freespin that can be use only on specific game unless it’s just really free like the Bitcasino free spin drop.
696  Economy / Gambling / Re: what are the best crypto casinos! on: September 17, 2023, 02:06:28 PM
Also gamblingbro is much credible casino review site compared to trustpilot ehich we all know that can be manipulated. https://gamblingbro.com/ The owner of this is fellow member.

In order to know which casino is trusted and what casino is offering, I usually prefer the bitcointalk ANN thread of the casino as compared to any casino review site or Trust pilot.

Yep, The score of Trustpilot for sportsbet is the living proof that it’s manipulated since I remember sportsbet undergo an attack of multiple scammer that trying to abuse the website. That time sports book is very rare to crypto and sportsbet is the most popular that’s why many abuser is attracted to them. Most of the review on the trustpilot is due to personal vendetta and probably blackmail to force them pay the cheaters.

Other than bitcointalk, I will also prefer gamblingbro, because he asked people to give reviews about gambling sites some time back,
Write a short crypto casino feedback [Paying $5 directly to your BTC wallet] and therefore most reviews on his site are real ones and you can get a good idea about the casinos reviewed there.
I always saw gambling bro before on every casino ANN thread here that’s why I easily trust him due to his dedication to provide a thorough review on casino here.e
697  Economy / Gambling / Re: what are the best crypto casinos! on: September 17, 2023, 12:41:57 PM
@cafter, maybe add the staking feature to the bankroll of the casino on the table. Casino like Blackjack.fun, moneypot and cryptogames(IIRC) offers this kind of feature which I’m sure other player find it interesting since it’s betting with the casino this time.

Also gamblingbro is much credible casino review site compared to trustpilot ehich we all know that can be manipulated. https://gamblingbro.com/ The owner of this is fellow member.
698  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dexsport.io ⚡ the first decentralized crypto sports betting platform on: September 16, 2023, 04:19:11 PM
Yeah, don't play here for serious money or sports bets. Had the same excuse voids, way past the final result. They're regulated by...the Seychelles, so good luck raising a complaint anywhere.

I agree that Seychelles license is very weak in terms regulation because it commonly use by services that wants to operate globally with less stricter than other license provider.

It will be beneficial to the forum if you can provide a proof on your claim since other user is claiming same issue. Compiling it can be use as strong proof against this casino. You have a negative trust from trusted user for malicious use of sports betting or rather not reading the rules so your statement should be backed up with proof in order for us to believe.
699  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake Scammed me off apx. 20.000 USDT!I want my hard earned money back!Help Pls! on: September 16, 2023, 11:34:21 AM
You using your previous Self-exclusion as an insurance to your loss bet. They didn’t scam you but rather they allow you to play since you have a chance to double or increase your 20K if you won on Blackjack but instead you lose so you created this thread.

If you knew to yourself that you are addicted then you should control yourself instead of trying to use the self exclusion feature as an insurance to your degen bet. You have a chance to win this if you will file a lawsuit since a judge can understand your case but I’m Stake will not offer you a refund for a lose bet.
700  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 16, 2023, 11:17:28 AM
Oh yes, I forgot, Tombstone RIP which has a maxwin of 300,000x Nolimit is very hard and brutal. But I'm happy that shuffle has this provider, who knows, my luck will be on this site...  Grin

They are brutal because of their max win. They need to get a lot of money just to compensate with their max win offer so expect hell on playing high max multiplier. If I were you, Just avoid them since that max multiplier can be consider as too good to be true since it’s probability to occur is very low chance.

All nolimit slot games is all hell. They just compensate with the graphics but the ROI on their games sucks.
