It is always a risk - no matter for which altcoin - to store them on an exchange wallet. If the exchange got hacked or if it disappears you lost everything. I suggest to tranfers them immediately after purchase to your address where you control the seed or private key. Is it for some reason not safe to store all the iota in bitfinex?

Yes, the transition was mandatory. All not transitioned coins were sent to a foundation address. Now you need to claim them. Read this blog post https://blog.iota.org/gui-wallet-phase-two-of-the-reclaim-process-f5913109cf46Distribution of the tokens secured on the foundation address will be conducted soon according to Dominik Schiener. You should claim your token before distribution begins. Is there any deadline for the transition phase? I stored a huge amount of IOTA in the old wallet some months ago. Is the transition into the new wallet mandatory or will I lose all my coins if I do not transfer to new wallet?

und wenn ich reeatache nehme ich die letzte Transaktion in der history oder ? wenn ich die nodes eingebe, was muss ich bei dem erst eingeben ? " win Weight magnitude" soll ich da 14 lassen ? und bei Curl implementation ? sorry die vielen fragen..  Du wählst bei Host Custom aus und dann erscheint ein neues Feld wo du die URL eingibst. Min Weight Mag bleibt bei 14 und Curl auch so wie es ist. Wenn du Reattached wird einfach eine neuere Transaktion erstellt. Sobald die erste aller deiner Reattachments bestätigt ist, veralten sozusagen die anderen und bleiben ewig auf unconfirmed. Was auch kein Problem ist. Ich sehe mit deiner Adresse kein Problem. Gestern wurde der Tangle Visualizer von jemand geposet. Er zeigt das derzeitige Problem ganz gut. Jede neue Transaktion besteht (normalerweise) aus einem lilanen und zwei weißen Knoten die mit dem Lila-Knoten verknüpft sind. Jetzt muss man nur warten bis diese Transaktionen mit dem Rest des Tangles bzw. Sub-Tagnles verknüpft wird. Übrigens sieht es heute schon deutlich besser aus als gestern, sodass deine Transaktionen demnächst durchgehen sollte. Vielleicht noch 1-2 mal reattachen. Solltest das aber auch nicht mehr als zweimal am Tag machen. |

Sieht normal aus. Ich würde warten bis das Netzwerk sich stabilisiert hat. Es gab ein DoS Attacke und das Netzwerk verhält sich durch einen eingebauten Schutz wie erwartet - und wird dadurch langsamer. Dominik hat heute im Slack-Channel folgende neue Nodes gepostet: https://nodes.iota.cafe:443 und https://nodes.iota.cafe:14265 . Vielleicht helfen die dir, eine schneller Bestätigung zu bekommen. Sorgen dass deine IOTA weg sind würde ich mir nicht machen. |

@Community: Is there a Komodo block explorer that shows all tokens which are associated with a specific address? And is it possible to derive more than one Komodo address from a seed?
@JL777: I read some pages back to look for a hint. Have you already migrated the tokens? I'm still waiting for JL777 and SuperNet tokens to be arrived in my Agama wallet. I did the migration step weeks ago.

Findest du denn im Tangle Explorer (z.B. thetangle.org) deine Transaktion? Oder stelle uns mal die Daten (Transactions Hash oder Empfänger- bzw. Sender-Adresse) zur Verfügung, das macht es einfacher, dein Problem nachzuvollziehen. HILFE 2.0

Nun mal eine Frage: Wenn ich mir die Marktkapitalisierung von IOTA und BTC anschaue, und in Betracht ziehe, dass es sehr viel mehr Iota's als BTC gibt/geben wird, kann somit der IOTA fast unmöglich einen wert von 10'000+ erreichen? Ich denke schon 1000 wäre ein riesen Wunder. Ich denke, wenn das IoT einschlägt sind ev 400-500 in 5-10 Jahren drin mehr aber nicht. Oder intepretiere ich da etwas falsch? Most of those accounts belong to the foundation and to exchanges. Just remember the 350+ Ti of foundation address which holds the non transistioned tokens that will be distributed soon. If you count them out the distribution looks much better. The longer the history the better will be the distribution. IOTA is only half a year old (since it hit the first exchange). When Bitcoin was that old the distribution looked similar that bad . Pump and dump?!  well with 10 people owning 50% of the currency it will always be a risk |

Is this true or a joke? I've got a decent amount of XEM but by now it has not been to less to run a super node. I would like to run one. Are there any plans to lower the amount so everyone can potentially run a super node? Only 30 btc buys left on poloniex and still the bot sell walls following it down. Someone wake up Lon to turn it off or we are going to 200sats

Hab mich jetzt für Bitstamp entschieden, nachdem mir klar wurde, dass es eine europäische Handelsbörse ist. Dachte irgendwie immer, die wäre auch aus den Staaten. Eine Frage bleibt noch. Sitzt Bitstamp nun in Luxemburg oder in England? Die Seite gibt eine englische Unternehmensadresse an, während es auf Wikipedia heißt sie wäre in Luxemburg beheimatet. Gestern lief in den USA eine neue Big Bang Theory Episode (Staffel 11, Episode 9) namens "The Bitcoin Entanglement". Ich will nicht viel über den Inhalt spoilern, aber in einem Dialog sind die Protagonisten erstaunt, dass ein Bitcoin schon $5000 wert ist   Worauf man schließen kann, dass die Dreharbeiten Anfang Oktober stattgefunden haben. I read the first time about Lightning Network back in 2015. At that time it seemed it is coming in the near future. About three years later, the Lightning Netwerk is still not implemented. If you look at the currently high transaction fees, then it is urgently necessary to find a solution.
Can someone say what the current state of development is and when the implementation is planned?
