this is a simple reason. if indeed the decline in bitcoin prices is the work of the pope who sells all their assets, then they will buy them again when the market goes down. and that will make the value back at the pump.
I think that this year won't be that possitive, for me we will need to wait for that big price for next or even the year after the 2019, then the price could go to the moon. |

China did not ban cryptocurrencies at all. They are one of the biggest players in the whole market. Chinese goverment supports chinese projects like NEO, VeChain and other. The only thing they banned were ICO's as far as I remember.
It is like that but for me it is even impossible for China to make that big move cause it could just hit so many supporters who live in this country. |

I do not think it would be lost if they stopped bitcoin mining because others bought a bitcoin in the market. if the miner was the bridge to increase the btc sure the market was out of stock because there was no supply for everyone investors in the BTC.
That is in some way true but there will be time when the amount of bitcoin will be always the same (cause the number of bitcoin is not infinit). So for me it doesn't matter how many bitcoins will be on market cause there will be always possibilities to make transactions or ways to send coins to other person. |

NEO is a very potential coin. And I think now is the time to buy this coin, for long retention.
