* at this time of post .16 is worth about $20.40 i dont know if this is a great bounty but if it is not please inform me

Well, a programmer costs about a 100 bucks per hour on the lower end, so your offer would suffice for about 12 minutes of work. That should be right about enough time to skim through your documentation, nod sagely and say "Yup. I guess one could build something that would help you.", put on the Fedora and leave.

In today's economy you could hire a good programmer to work from home for $30/hour.

I guess this would be in the US?
Developing countries, I believe. You can find cheaper programmers sometimes on sites like freelancer.

Yeah, I've seen the results.... It's not pretty.

SSL is safe if you do it right - strong cipher + PFS + certificate pinning.

Not anymore it's not. RSA has warned today against using RSA encryption because the NSA apparently compromised the RNGs.
703  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mt.Gox Held Funds for 8 Months on: September 20, 2013, 12:22:55 PM
Greetings To All:

Back in January I decided that I wanted to purchase Bitcoins.  I suppose that it was required to use some sort of "exchange" broker, and according to what I had read at the time Mt.Gox were the ones to go to.  Mt.Gox transferred the funds ($145 USD) from my checking account on 4 January 2013.  I provided a myriad of supporting documents as required by Mt.Gox.  Life took over and I forgot about the purchase.  On 13 August 2013, I receive an email from Mt.Gox stating that they received $136 USD into my account.  The very next day I am told that the supporting documents were not sufficient and that I was to resubmit within 5 days.  Well, the cost of 1 BTC in January 2013 was around $15 USD.  As I write today, 1 BTC = $138 USD a loss for me of about $1K.  Do I have any recourse?  Your thoughts!!!

Cheers

Recourse? You'll be lucky if you ever get your dollars out of there. Bro-Tip: You won't get your dollars out of there.
704  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what is feathercoin? on: September 20, 2013, 11:51:40 AM
does anyone know what feather coin is? and what is the difference to bitcoin?

One of the difference is you cannot buy much directly with FTC.

Yeah, that's a big difference there all right....

Hehehehe.

It's like some of you have never tried to post on the bitcoin subreddit.

6 minutes is short.

Every little bit, you will run away with :/

That would not be very wise, considering we've got his name, birthday & age, adress, phone number, former high school, photos of him and his cat. Also that Van Dyke? Shave it, doesn't work.

hehe, great to know, but how?  Another loan?

No loan.

I'm not going to go into details concerning the how as that could give potential future scammers an edge.

Where you addressing me as a future scammer?  Or other viewers?  If me, I could tell you, your wrong  Grin

No, I was talking in general
708  Other / Off-topic / Re: What small, easy to code game would you pay and play for? on: September 20, 2013, 08:16:59 AM
Do a Diner Dash type game where you have to assemble ASICs before the angry customers burn down your facility.
Quintupled. Outside freemode/survival implementation, it could alternately be done in story-mode fashion, where customers' death threats become increasingly severe and frequent. You could eventually have a choice between going into protective custody (through some type of long series of tasks), or simply pay a guy to whisk you away to South America, Breaking-Bad-style.

You would have to deal with employees being shot, SEC & FTC investigations, civil suits, and damage to the facilities.

End day event: Mining market over-saturated, ASIC demand permanently drops 100%. Bank officer has stopped by to inform you they're calling your $1,500,000 loan in full. File for bankruptcy protection?

I like that. Kinda like Papers Please.

Name it "Miners, Please".

So you're stealing content. Better go get your lawyer warmed up.

I prefer to see it as sharing the creator's content because I didnt claim anything and it still has all the logos aswell!

Probably should be preparing and loosening up that butthole for the big burly men in jail.

I just noticed, his username truly is BadBear not a Black one but a Bad one!

GreyHawk, I enjoyed reading your bear stories, and as to the deleted "referral scheme thingy", well it was a short announcement about a new, exclusive advertising and content review site where members receive not only bitcoins but also entries into a drawing to win their dream car. You must admit that this is something very new in bitcoin market.  Not any big ref scheme, for they only pay for first level refs and my motivation was more on building GBBG organization, (the new site is their project and I am their founder and supporter) than on gaining few refs from it.

Once upon a time there was a girl and the girl went out to Badbears forest to hand out fliers for a loud and stinking thing to all the animals. And she said to the animals: "You can have a loud and stinking thing if you only take my flier". And the animals were very confused and dismayed. And news was brought to badbear of a disturbance in the forest.

Badbear went out of his castle cave towards the girl and said:

I AM BADBEAR! FEAR ME!

And so the girl took her medicines again and lived happily ever after.

The end.
