Britain's Cameron says if you don’t learn English, you may be deported

LONDON — British Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday threatened to deport spouses who don’t learn English as part of a wider government effort to stamp out segregation and tackle radicalization.

Speaking to the BBC, Cameron said that those who speak poor English are “more susceptible to the extremist message.”

Cameron also said the British government would spend £20 million ($28.6 million) on English lessons for women.

While the lessons will be targeted at immigrant woman from “isolated communities,” Cameron highlighted the Muslim community in particular, saying that there were 38,000 Muslim women in the U.K. who don’t speak any English, and 190,000 who spoke poor English.

702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: January 18, 2016, 07:51:35 PM
Bitcoin is better that Western Union in transferring small amounts abroad and with very low fees.
But with big amounts, one should choose a time that has stable prices because if the btc value declined rapidly and suddenly during the transaction and exchanging it , it will be a loss and WU would be better in this case

London is one of the world's 11 most bitcoin-friendly cities

Where in the world can you do most with your bitcoins?

London is one of the hotspots for the cryptocurrency, but other than that your best bet is to head to the US.

Using data from Coin Map, Crypto Coin News has put together a ranking of the world’s most bitcoin-friendly cities, based on the number of establishments that accept bitcoin.

The number-one spot to aim for if you want to spend some bitcoin is San Francisco. With Silicon Valley around the corner, it’s not altogether surprising that this is the bitcoin capital of the world, with 194 establishments accepting bitcoin.

Financial hubs like New York and London are also high on the list, as financial institutions are exploring the blockchain and bitcoin’s potential use for finance.

London lands in fifth place with 93 businesses accepting bitcoin, everywhere from garden centres and restaurants to accountants and travel agencies.

The results reveal that seven of the world’s 11 bitcoin-friendliest places are in the US.

The notable exceptions, apart from London, are Buenos Aires, landing in third place as many flee the instability of the peso, Melbourne, in tenth place and Amsterdam in eleventh.

Bitcoin Price Goes East

If we do not see the price pattern circled in magenta, above, accompanied by the same combination of signals in the 1hr and 4hr charts, then continued decline will become less likely and we’ll have to stay out of the market until we get a clear signal across timeframes. However, with the 1-day chart looking increasingly bearish in all the exchange charts, the bias is currently to the downside with targets at $320 (Bitstamp) and 2100 CNY.

708  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: January 16, 2016, 01:11:07 PM
I had bad luck yesterday.
I tried to sell 0.2btc when price was 395$ but even though I payed 0.0003 fee it wasn't enough and my transaction took over 12 hour to confirm and at the time it finally got confirmed price was at 355$
Lost 10$ because of that Sad

Maybe your transaction had a lot of inputs and that's why it took 12 hours to get confirmed. Yesterday I sent two transactions and they got confirmed in an hour only.
I feel you when you talked about losing because all bitcoin holders lost more than 20% from btc value in the last three days
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 16, 2016, 01:07:09 PM
Most of the blocks are full these days due to the high volume of transactions that is happening.
I do not know what is right for the block size but I believe it needs some upgrade soon
710  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall I need to sell now on: January 16, 2016, 01:01:03 PM
The bitcoin price can do even more down but it will rise again in the following weeks or months and i don't think it's the right time to sell now.

A lot of people are saying that but I do not think this predicted rise will happen soon. It may happen at the end of this year but not now with all of these negative news
711  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is HumanResources about? Is it allowed for Muslims to enroll in signature.. on: January 16, 2016, 12:57:23 PM
I got your question, you are asking if it has something haram, right ? It is unknown so no one can give you a specific answer.
So try by yourself to surf their site and check what kind of jobs they offer
712  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall I need to sell now on: January 16, 2016, 12:49:27 PM
If you can not afford more loss, sell them now.
Bitcoin is going to fall more untell these divergences like block size and fork end
713  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin will rise again on: January 16, 2016, 07:51:29 AM
Bitcoin price will not rise before the community agreed on one opinion. Without agreeing, more people will lose faith and more will sell and the price will continue falling.
And the price rising again is not gonna happen soon

Hearn’s Bitter “Goodbye Kiss” Sends Bitcoin Price Plummeting While “Bitcoin Classic” Gains Support

Former Core developer Mike Hearn’s acerbic departure from the bitcoin scene has sent the cryptocurrency’s price plummeting, while ironically more support grows for Bitcoin Classic and effectively increasing the block size limit to 2 MB.

Since Hearn published his letter on his Medium blog just over 24 hours ago, the price of bitcoin fell 14% from $420 to $362.

715  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: January 16, 2016, 07:42:10 AM
It only matters if the price goes around 1 dollar. Everyone who invested would hate Bitcoin and sell all their coins.

Do you think there are some bitcoiners who will wait intel the price reaches one dollar ! Hundreds of people sold their coin because of 70 $ dollars fall

So if you are talking about hating bitcoin, it is not the first time to have such loss in the prices

Bitcoin A "Failed" Experiment, Says Departing Developer

Bitcoin developer Mike Hearn said the cryptocurrency has "failed" in a widely circulated Medium post this week, announcing an end to his involvement with bitcoin.

"The fundamentals are broken and whatever happens to the price in the short term, the long term trend should probably be downwards," Hearn wrote. "I will no longer be taking part in Bitcoin development and have sold all my coins."

This fall will be so hard for bitcoin to recover, it will take months to reach 400$ level again
I predect the price will continue falling to 300 soon
