701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Strategies of Institutional Bitcoin Accumulation and Their Motivations on: August 25, 2023, 06:13:54 AM
When Michael Saylor's, MicroStrategy buys bitcoin, the market price increase and they usually do so to mostly when the market is experiencing a down turn. Correct me if I am wrong but I am assuming they don't do so from miners via OTC trading offers. Keep reading . I was still years old(don't crucify me) when I learned that institutions can accumulate substantial amounts of Bitcoin without triggering significant fluctuations in the market price. They execute this through purchasing Bitcoin directly from miners via OTC trading offers. Now, I have learned that this is one of the ways that Blackrock is accumulating bitcoin. As some asked, I will ask here too: when institutions use this "silent" method to buy bitcoin, are they doing it to gain control of a large percentage of the market or it is purely profit driven?

I wouldn't call this a "silent method" to buy BTC. This is just a direct method of buying lots of BTC by bypassing all the middlemen(centralized crypto exchanges). I'm sure that OTP trading could also have an impact over the Bitcoin price, because we can't have difference prices for Bitcoin on the trading platforms and outside the trading platforms(at least not in the long run). The miners also want to sell at a higher price.
The Bitcoin market cannot be controlled. We live in 2023 not 2013. Of course that the institutional investors are doing this for the profits. Do you think that they are doing it for charity? Grin
702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $25,000 give this time? on: August 24, 2023, 10:30:09 AM
It is very possible if the support is broken, and it is possible that it will drop again. Moreover, the big sell-off came from large institutions that were shaken even though they knew that BTC had to be patient and use a defensive pattern, although some people think that BTC is very cheap now. So, we can take a lesson in these 2 days, not only the direction of price movement that we see, but margin and leverage must also be calculated in trading.

What "big sell-off from large institutions" are you talking about? All the "BTC sell-off" news were about SpaceX, but I have reasons to believe that those news were fake. I don't know anything about any big companies selling BTC right now. The idea of SpaceX having Bitcoins seems ridiculous to me.
Anyway, I expect the 2022 scenario to repeat and we might be witnessing a 15K-20K USD Bitcoin price in the last Quarter of 2023.
This will happen, if we see negative news about Binance and Coinbase, or another big centralized exchange does bankrupt or turns into exit scam.
703  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: vave.com - is a rasists on: August 24, 2023, 06:33:17 AM

And the funny thing is that the site supports 19 different languages, respectively, the section "Terms and Conditions" is translated into all available 19 languages. And Clause 2.1. in "Terms and Conditions", where it says about the ban on players from Russia is only on the English version of the site. No other language has this item

Just because the Terms and conditions aren't posted in your language that doesn't mean that you are free to break them. Grin
I also live in a country, where English isn't the main language, but I don't expect all the websites in the world to post their Terms of Service in my language.
Vave.com cannot be racist, because race doesn't matter here. I assume that your are white(like most Russians) and the owners of vave.com are also white. I guess that they are just coming up with an excuse to shave your money.
You made an interesting point about the crypto casinos allowing withdrawals only when the player account is "red" (more money lost than won).
When the account becomes green (more money won than lost) all those verifications and problems begin to appear.
I guess that's why I never had any problems with withdrawals. My accounts aren't "green".
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long can Bitcoin out perform inflation in the long run? on: August 24, 2023, 05:53:46 AM
In theory, some deflationary and scarce asset like Bitcoin should be able to always outperform the levels of inflation.
In reality, the Bitcoin price has ups and downs and there's a possibility for it to crash in times of high inflation.
Many people claim that the Bitcoin price movement is cyclic, which means that we always have to wait for the next high wave of the cycle(when the price hits another ATH).
Just don't sell when the price goes down and wait for the upcoming ATH. Inflation is good for BTC, because "money printer goes brrrr..." and this creates more demand for Bitcoins. Grin
705  Economy / Economics / Re: How Does devaluation of currency helps to build a dwindling economy? on: August 23, 2023, 10:22:54 AM
Currency devaluation makes the imported goods more expensive and the exported goods cheaper for the foreign buyers(which means more desirable). In theory, both effects could help in boosting the domestic industrial production. In reality, most countries around the world depend on importing raw materials for their industries. Devaluing the national currency means that the raw materials will become more expensive, which  means that the end products will become expensive. This leads to more inflation and a lower standard of living for the working class.

I use a trezor one cold wallet, and I have verified my pc and they do not have any type of malware. I think that since they are manual withdrawals, sometimes they cannot be 100% infallible, I repeat that I have no reason to falsely accuse them, since I was earning and receiving withdrawals very quickly from them, what I ask for is an investigation on their part in this manual payment

I guess that it was a mistake from their side, but they will never admit.
You have two options:
1.Give up and move on. You will most likely never get those coins.
2.Hire a lawyer and sue them. This will take lots of time and money(probably even more money than the amount, which you have lost from this transaction).
Arguing with their customer support seems pointless. They will never admit that they have made a mistake. Maybe this is yet another way for the crypto casinos to scam their customers(even though I haven't heard about such story in the past years).
It would be really hard to prove your point in court.
Never accumulate big amounts of cryptocurrencies in a crypto casino and never leave them in your casino account.
707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the launch of $350M crypto mining centre in Oman make a difference? on: August 23, 2023, 05:35:19 AM

With this policy which they have done, I  see giant Crypto mining organisation heading to Oman in the nearest future.

What "giant crypto mining organization" are you talking about?
I have always been skeptical about the big cryptocurrency miners. Crypto mining should be spread across multiple small miners(even though I know that this is impossible for Bitcoin).
I don't think that this crypto mining facility would make any difference in the crypto mining world. I don't know how all this mining hardware will be cooled down. Oman is a hot country. Perhaps they will have to use air conditioners in order to cool down the mining equipment, which wastes energy, but I guess that they will be using free energy from oil and gas production in order to produce electricity for the crypto mining.
708  Economy / Gambling / Re: LEGIT CRYPTO/PAYPAL COCKFIGHTING CASINO!!!! on: August 22, 2023, 11:32:19 AM
It seems that cockfighting is popular in Southeast Asia only. I doubt that people in other regions would be interested in betting on such "platform". I'm totally against animal abuse and I'm sure that other people share my views.
A cockfighting casino, that accepts Paypal payments? This sounds ridiculous to me. Even the normal fiat casinos are staying away from Paypal because of the chargebacks. I guess that the Paypal payments would be "friends and family", which also seems suspicious.
Why do you want to keep this "cockfighting casino" a secret?  Grin

and i am now proud of my gambling achievements.

These gambling achievements aren't yours. You are simply copying the free bets from a more successful sports bettor.
If this sports betting Telegram channel is so good, then why don't you just spend some money and buy VIP membership? Is it too expensive?
80% win rate seems pretty good and you might return your money from the VIP membership fee.
I usually don't trust such Telegram tipsters, but I guess that this particular tipster had proven to be successful.
Maybe you are lacking enough knowledge to become a better sports bettor. Losing money is a normal thing, the real problem begins when you lose a lot of money. Just lower your bets and play for fun.
710  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Searching for New Crypto Debit Card on: August 22, 2023, 06:27:03 AM
I also want a virtual VISA or Mastercard, that is funded by crypto, but finding one seems like a pain in the a$s(especially non-KYC).
The problem is that most of those platforms require ID verification(which is pretty difficult to me) and the cost of issuing such virtual card makes things worse.
There's a new service called Swissmoney, where you could get a virtual card funded via USDT. They also require KYC and I haven't tried them yet.
I don't know if they are legit or a scam.
I've used Paywithmoon in the past, but unfortunately they aren't active right now. They used to offer prepaid VISA cards.
Also there are services like pst.net and Wallester, but they are focused towards people, who are using virtual cards for Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Good luck trying to find a cheap crypto virtual card with no KYC.

Due to the current economic situation and the BRICS, the crash of the dollar seems obvious. Although it will not happen instantly as the US Government will bail out packages in order to maintain the dollar value, however, the question is for how long?

De-dollarization doesn't necessarily mean the crash of the US dollar. De-dollarization might lead to further devaluation of the US dollar instead of a fast and rapid crash. The British pound was the global currency 100 years ago. Now, the British pound is just one of the global currencies, but it didn't crash. The same thing might happen with the US dollar.
Robert Kiyosaki is no prophet and he's not even a macroeconomist. He's just a conman, who makes bold statements on social media in order to gain more attention(and more people buying his books and courses).
Bitcoin will hit 1 million dollars only when the US dollar becomes as worthless as toilet paper.
Most investors are running away from risky assets in times of economic crashes. Bitcoin is a risky asset.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 21, 2023, 06:07:11 AM
I hear rumors that PSG wants to sign Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt. The transfer price seems to be between 80 and 90 million euro, but the German team wants 100 million euro. I know nothing about Muani's performance in the Bungesliga, but I remember that he missed a goal opportunity against Argentina in the World Cup final. I guess that Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembele will lead PSG's attack in the next season. Let's wait and see if PSG is going to keep Mbappe for another season, or they will try to get rid of him soon.

- IT'S FUD! FUD!! FUD is to blame!  of course, with 90% not even knowing what the acronym stands for.
- Then it's a single culprit, obviously, someone who criticizes Bitcoin, a simple handy scapegoat is needed! Musk! Buffett!
- the last stage obviously's the evil gubbermint! Forgetting that for months before every single one of them was laughing at how the evil governments are not able to hurt Bitcoin, now when they see only red candles it's the same impotent government that is somehow not that impotent anymore!

I wonder why would a space company like SpaceX own Bitcoins. What's the point? Space companies are supposed to build rockets, not trade on the cryptocurrency markets. Grin
Anyway, the trading volumes on the crypto markets were decreasing, there was little to no demand for BTC and many traders decided to sell. When there's big supply and low demand, the price does down. I also assume that the price drop triggered some stop loss orders, which sold more BTC automatically, which caused the price to go down even further. It's not like we've never seen this happening before in the Bitcoin market. The bad news coming the Chinese economy and the Blackrock Bitcoin ETF decision getting postponed also have a small impact over the BTC price. There's no reason for drama here.

So, this is going to be a really mindfuck moment for a lot of users
- he likes Bitcoin
- wants to get rid of the central bank
- want to fully adopt the usd dollar, so ditching completely the pesos

I don't see it as a "mindfuck moment". Bitcoin isn't suitable to become an actual currency. BTC is more of a financial asset(digital gold) than a real currency for daily use.
Ditching completely a weak currency like the Argentinian peso for the US dollar seems like a reasonable move. The US dollar has it's flaws, but it's way more stable in comparison to the Argentinian peso(even though the peso was pegged to the US dollar).
Having no national central bank might be better than having an irresponsible central bank.
Being pro-USD and pro-Bitcoin at the same time isn't so absurd as you think. Unfortunately, most of the Bitcoin maximalists live in a "black and white" type of world, where the US dollar is seen as the root of all evil, while Bitcoin being viewed is the solution to all problems.

Waking up early morning to play gambling without eating any breakfast
When someone badgering me behind while I’m playing
When I already on adrenaline mode after losing more than 50% of my bankroll and start chasing losses using huge bets.
Gambling late night while I feel already sleepy
Playing gambling after a recent huge win
When I already huge amount while I can’t withdraw my balance due to my pending deposit
Chasing small bets lose while I’m already up by huge profit just to close my balance to nearest whole number

The last one seems more like obsessive-compulsive disorder to me(even thought it might have nothing to do with OCD). What's the point of reaching the nearest whole number in your balance? There's no rational reason for this, only two irrational reasons- superstition or OCD.
To keep gambling after a recent big win is a big no no for me, because I know that I will lose everything. I always try to force myself to stop after a big win(a relatively big win, I never won any gigantic profits out of gambling).
I don't gamble when I'm sleepy. My performance drops even further and I can't concentrate.
Getting out of tilt while gambling is the biggest obstacle for me(and for almost every gambler in the world).
716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is centralized, will other cryptocurrencys survive ?. on: August 20, 2023, 06:10:58 AM

Because cryptocurrencies are basically a cryptographic contracts that exist and are running on their individual Blockchains on its own, and it doesn't hold any value. what gives it value is the concept of general acceptability, so the nature of one cryptocurrency can not affect the other if the community behind it so believe or want it so.

with all this put down here, I'm still not convinced. I need your opinions that, if Bitcoin is been centralized can other cryptocurrencies survive .

You are answering your question and you still want other people's answers. Are you trying to boost your post count?
What do you mean by "survive"? Coinmarketcap is full with dead shitcoins, with a market cap and trading voume below 100K USD. Theoretically, those shitcoins are still alive. Their blockchains still work, but almost nobody uses them. Are they dead or alive?
I'm sure that even the smallest shitcoins can survive, but their prices will be pretty close to zero. Something like 0.000001 USD.
Bitcoin cannot become centralized and I don't know why do we have to keep imagining ridiculous theories about the same shit over and over again.
717  Economy / Gambling / Re: Opinion on crypto casino project on: August 18, 2023, 10:14:21 AM
OP, you are writing about decentralized gambling but you didn't mention where those "probably fair" games will be hosted.
If the player has to deposit the money somewhere in order to play the games, then this is NOT decentralized gambling.
I'm not an expert in this field, but I think that using smart contracts is the only way to make gambling truly decentralized(by removing the human factor). Good luck, if you really plant to make a truly decentralized no-KYC crypto casino. I don't think that this would be enough for you to win the battle against the big casinos in the crypto gambling industry.
718  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the reason for the X on: August 17, 2023, 10:59:20 AM
AFAIK, Elon Musk owns the domain X.com since the year 2000. Maybe he rebranded Twitter in order to finally use that domain name. Grin
Maybe he is a fan of "The X-files" TV series of the Triple X(I remember that there was a wrestler with that nickname). Grin
The new X social platform will become a major competitor of the social platforms owned by Meta(FB, Insta, Threads) and it will be more censorship free and maybe more oriented towards the right wing conservative people. This is means that it will gather users from the former right wing social media websites like Parler.
719  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0xBET | Crypto Casino 🎲 Sportsbook ⚽ Fast Payouts ✅ on: August 17, 2023, 10:23:24 AM
From what I see 0xbet is a brand owned by Boomerang which is a Russian casino and sportsbook. There are several other brands in Boomerang's portfolio. Am I right? Having multiple crypto casino brands seems suspicious to me, but I might be wrong.
I've visited 0xbet and most of the games can't load. There's a sign that says "something went wrong, please try again later".
Anyway, the casino looks pretty much OK and the owner has a Curacao gambling license.
Good luck with this project, OP.
720  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Is there a site where you can withdraw without deposit? on: August 17, 2023, 06:32:33 AM
Are there sites where you can actually withdraw coins? I mean gambling sites. It doesn't have to be a lot of money, but I used to have the impression that there were more sites like this and it was much easier to withdraw free money. I know there is freebitcoin that gives you free btc every hour, duckdice is also a faucet - do you know any other sites you can recommend?

Are you looking for a crypto faucet or a crypto casino? No crypto casino would allow such withdrawals. Some crypto casinos might give you "free bonuses", but there's always a catch. Nothing comes for free in this life.
AFAIK, some fiat gambling platforms used to offer no-deposit bonuses and the players could actually withdraw their earnings, but there where always some wagering requirements or something like that.
There were crypto casinos that give you free tokens every time you bet cryptocurrencies on them. Betfury was one of those crypto casinos.
