701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of proper knowledge on casino games increases chance of loss and reduce fun on: January 01, 2024, 02:56:09 PM
I played Roulette on a casino three days ago and it was obviously my first-time playing Roulette, I literally didn't understand my way out and I just knew I should select a number and click on spin. I did that obediently and time after time, I lost. I was really motivating myself with the next spin, and next and next, but all to no avail, I was lost in the ride until I drained my deposit for the day's gambling, that time It dawned on me that my Ignorance has contributed to my parallel losses for the day, I just logged out and ended that day's session disappointed.

Yesterday, I was discussing with my friend on my experience, and it was more obvious that my Ignorance played a major role in my bitter experience days before. It was after I was whipped badly that I went back and saw the demo option which I should've used to learn before I engaged. Also, I wish to advise all new gamblers to visit demo space in the casinos where you can learn before you start playing with real money cos I think it will help people master the games before engaging to have more fun, because not only did I lose money that day, but honestly, I didn't have any fun.

I would like to ask if some people here has experienced this too and what is the possibility that most people who experience repeated losses are Ignorant of the game play patterns.
Why would you keep betting if you have no clue what you are doing? Just hoping that luck happens? You should have watched a tutorial on youtube or read the game rules before placing any sort of bet if you didn't know what you were doing.
Really just that common sense. Who would really be the one will really be making out some bets if you dont know on what you are doing. It is really just that common or would really be that
a normal act for someone to make out adjustments on the time that they are really having those questions into their minds on which they would really be definitely doing their best
to learn up on what the things needs to be learnt up. It is really just that there are ones who cant really just that able to avoid on dealing up with something despite of zero knowledge towards it.
You would be just basically wasting up some money on something on which you dont really even know on what it is.
702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be play with care on: January 01, 2024, 12:44:23 PM
That's easy to do when you're early on in the gamble but when you're so entranced to it right now, it's going to be a different thing for you because you're having fun and sometimes you go overboard because you can't think straight when you're having fun so even if people take that advice to heart, it's definitely a hard thing to do maybe if we're aware about doing it and we do it continuously, maybe we can do the gamble with care consistently.
On the time that you are already experiencing those kind of emotion boost up on the time that you are playing gambling then you are really that bound on having those kind of changing decisions on which those earlier plans that you had made would really be that bound to fail or would really be that commiting those change up plans. You would really be tolerating the addiction that you are currently
feeling out and you are really that proceeding without minding about the consequences and outcomes might really be that changed out. You would really be finding yourself on such big trouble on the time that you would really be making yourself that tolerating specially on addiction. There's no way that you would really be able stop it when addiction is really that severe.
703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich, average or poor. Who loses more? on: January 01, 2024, 11:43:03 AM
Your point is not unreasonable. Because we know that people who spend more time in gambling they will have the provability to loss in gambling more. But we cannot be sure that a rich or poor person spends more time in gambling. We know that if a rich person wants he can withdraw profits from there by betting more in a short period of time, but for a small amount of money, a poor gambler spends more time in gambling. In that case the gambling amount of rich person will increase and if so then there is a comparatively poor gambler to lose more. I often see that a poor gambler loses more than a rich one. Although his amount of money is less than that of a rich person, his gambling losses are proportionally higher.
Unless the person is rich and doesn't think about how much money they use to gamble, they will probably get their winnings after gambling for a while. But we know that playing gambling for a long time can trigger a person to lose a lot of money because he can also lose control of himself so he might increase the amount of his bet. He will think that by increasing the amount of his bet and he can win, his winnings can cover the amount of his losses. But he didn't think about the defeat that could come anytime and would take more of his money. Regarding who will experience more losses between rich, middle, and poor people, it depends on how much money they use, how long they spend, and how they gamble, meaning whether they increase their bets or remain with the same amount. It's the same bet as before. And many other things need to be known to determine who will experience more defeats among the three types of people.
When you are rich then you could care less specially on spending and specially on the things that you've been doing. You wont really be that tending to make yourself that counting into the money that you've been losing since you know that you could easily patch it up or able to recover from it easily.Unlike into those poor people who do gamble on which they are really that wrecking themselves further more as they do engage with gambling. There are really people who are really just that doesnt care about on the things that they've been dealing even if they are already compromising their
finances as long they could be able to feed up their leisure then they would really be doing it right away without a doubt. This is why people do mess up with these kind of decisions.
704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Connecting to Public Wifi on: January 01, 2024, 11:17:17 AM
I've never tried it. I don't want to try to gamble at an online casino when I'm connected to public wifi. It makes me uncomfortable with the connection. I don't know whether there are strict regulations regarding IP sharing or whether there will be restrictions implemented by the admin, especially if they know that visitors are gambling at their place. That is very risky for me and also my gambling account, especially if I am in a country that prohibits gambling. My device connected to public wifi could be reported to the ISP to be traced to who is connected to the public wifi. Instead of taking big risks, it is better not to connect to any public wiFi and not gamble at online casinos when in a public space.
Even logging in with my email or with my social media or even with my bitcointalk account details then i dont really have that much confidence when connecting into a public wifi. As much as possible
if ever i do able to make use of my data connection then i would really be making those kind of accessing specially if its really that account related. So far i dont have experience on logging in with gambling site account and having that worry about ip problems because most gambling sites arent really that too strict when it comes to this and this is why i dont really have that much worry when it comes connecting into public wifi. If you arent that confident then you can just simply skip out and connect if ever there's a possible access through net without needing that public one.
705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather vs Pacquiao II on: January 01, 2024, 10:43:46 AM
2024 you say.?  Smiley

I was supposed to say about having fight with Buakaw but its been clarified that this fight would happen first before Mayweather 2. I dont know about this possibility of
Mayweather on fighting against Pacquiao on second time around on which we've seen that Mayweather doesnt have that interested on having a round 2 but it
seems that there's a huge money sharing on this one to make this happen again.

Exhibition fights are really that indeed now their way of making money since they have retired. So i dont really expect that much when it comes to fight performances
but still an interesting fight for us to look upon though.
706  Economy / Gambling / Re: Powerball btc on: January 01, 2024, 10:25:25 AM
I was thinking of starting something like a Powerball it basically follows all the same rules with the exception that the tickets are digital and instead of paying with dollars you would pay with BTC it will be fully legal backed by the BTC community would anyone participate in this is just a questioneer I want to hear peoples opinions

So its just simply a lottery. Try to look into this gambling board alone and filter out to those lottery based sites or platforms. What can you see? For sure you would really be coming back and telling that
all of them are gone. Why? due to lack of recognition and demand on which it isnt really that shocking considering that interest of lottery games here on this forum is just less.
Legal backed? How you would be doing such thing? Escrowed? there would be no assurance that the money is 100% safe. The only platform i do saw on which lottery is legit
and can be trusted is into that Freebitco.in thing which its been running  for long years now.
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: January 01, 2024, 10:04:31 AM

I want to ask, do you believe in experts gambling predictions?

No one can predict the outcome of this gambling one hundred percent correctly, just as no one can predict the price of bitcoin one hundred percent correctly. They can only analyze, for example in sports betting, they only provide facts and history of meetings between the two clubs, even though they provide predictions, but that is not our guide in making decisions when betting on sports.

So seeking opinions from prediction experts is fine, but use that as our reference to combine it with the results of our own analysis so that when we can consider predictions from experts and independent predictions when making decisions.
There's no one on this world would be able to make such thing and this is why it wont really be that shocking that results or outcomes would really be that totally random despite of having that sureness
or being that a good bet or choice basing up into those analysis but just as been said that there's no such thing about 100% when it comes to results. Professionals or into those experts then if you do find out on too hassle on making up some research then you could opt on following someone but dont bang up your head on the wall on the time that you would be losing just because of someones tips
on what team/player you should really be betting on. Gambling is really that totally random in terms of outcome. So it would really be better that you should really be
that relying with your own choice or bet.
708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online or offline gambling which is more safer? on: January 01, 2024, 08:36:40 AM
Sometimes people are always addicted to playing gambling online and this has made them loss alot of funds, due to always topping up theire casino account with there debit card when they loose. and this usually makes them exhaust all there funds.

While those people playing offline in casino halls play with only the little money they have at hand, and that will reduce the risk of over spending. So now my question is this

Playing online or offline gambling which is more preferable in terms of risk reduction?

Happy New Year everyone! For me it doesn't matter if it's online or offline if you are a gambling addict. Same thing happens when you play in an offline casino, you see people selling their cars, using their house or other possession as collateral and even exhaust their cards when they ran out of money to gamble. There's no difference at all, it just look like there's more gambling addict who opt to be gambling online since it is more convenient as you can shut your self in at home gambling all day.
Once you do find yourself getting addicted then it wont matter whether you are playing offline or online on which you would really be that spending on the money which is on more than that you can afford to lose. This is why it would really be that always best that you should really know on how to control yourself when it comes to money because once you do find yourself that impulsive then you would
definitely be having that kind possible messing up your finances or simply being that addicted. Offline or online it wont matter, it is really just that depending into someones control and this is
something that could be putting up you on safe side but if not then expect that you would really be hovering yourself on such situations or conditions.
709  Economy / Gambling / Re: Finding a Bug on: January 01, 2024, 08:20:43 AM
If they do not offer a bounty, will you still report the bug is the question? Most sites will offer a bounty but like others said, it depends on the bug.

I would report the bug either way.
If there would be no bounty or reward then people would really just simply ignore or would really just moved on and dont mind but on the time that they do saw that they could really be able to benefit out then they would really be taking advantage of it.If there's bounty then there's no doubt that they would really be reporting it but it would really be just that depending on a certain individual.
Sites cant really be perfect on which there would really be those kind of flaws or errors on code and this is why you would really be that able to experience it out
but most likely sites wont really be having those kind of issues because once they would really be launching up their site, its already that polished.
710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling and religious restrictions on: January 01, 2024, 06:52:53 AM
for me, as long as you are not harming anyone, i think that's fine. everyone has their own beliefs and way of living their lives.
Yes, the most important thing is that it doesn't actually harm other people, that's why religion prohibits it because it has too many negative impacts compared to positive impacts, for example robbing, stealing or even committing suicide, many cases are made by gambling addicts just to satisfy their emotions by gambling so looking for money in the wrong way to finance his gambling.

Everyone has different beliefs and not everyone agrees with the rules and laws of their respective religions, not everyone thinks that gambling has a negative impact as well as a positive impact, it all comes back to each individual as long as they are still gambling for themselves without harming others. it's normal and the point is to always remind yourself not to gamble if you can't control yourself.
This is why sometimes i do really that totally opposes some religious rules or ways on which there are really that prohibitions which are already having no sense on which even though it doesnt really give out other people to harm on which i could say that it is really just that it is way too much but i cant blame out people to be able to engage into those things even though its prohibited just because
there are moments or times that it cant really be avoided. We do know that there are really things in life that despite of being not allowed but we do naturally getting involving with it.
Yes, we do commit out mistakes on religious approach but talking about getting harm into other people then its not. So its up to your choice on whether you would be trying it out or not.
711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling. on: December 31, 2023, 11:56:21 PM
A mixture of being happy and wanting to play again after the game ends. I have no regrets despite not being in a winning position because I came to take pleasure.
When I first got to know the world of gambling, feelings of regret and anger emerged after finishing the game because I lost, but because I got used to it, I finally started to realize that gambling is not about seeking riches that requires you to always win.
But I didn’t have such a quick understanding of my feelings when I lost money. I needed to calm down and take the loss for granted, but sadness and sadness at such moments overwhelmed me. Over time, I came to understand that not everything is lost when I was unlucky today. Take a few deep breaths and reframe the situation in a more positive way. It’s sad that there is no psychologist next to us in such situations. ))

It actually happened with everyone beginners. Beginners can't take pressures and sometimes the do worong gambling. That's the reason you lost. Don't worry the journey isn't finished yet. Go on buddy analysis and think more don't play gamble in pressure that pressure force you to take wrong stape. Play with cold mind and soon you will recover your losses.
Experience is the best teacher as always on which you cant really just that make yourself that being knowledgeable on the things that  you do first time encountering on which it would really be that normal that you would really be having those kind of impulsive approach just because you do lack knowledge out of it. It is really just that there are people who are really that too highly reactive
and easy to judge just because they had experienced out unfortunate conditions. If you are that someone whose really having a problem when it comes to losing money and you've been that too impulsive about gambling loss then its better for you to quit up while its still early and dont make yourself that prolong on dealing up with things which you cant really be able to handle yourself.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for fun, is it a lie that we tell ourselves? on: December 31, 2023, 11:45:11 PM
Perhaps deep down in our conscience, somewhere that we don't like to listen to, it still tells us the truth that the reason why we're going to gamble is to hopefully win money, not really to have fun.

I know that it's said that you should gamble the amount that you can afford to loose, but will you call it a true fun when you know that there's a higher probability of losing your bet?
Gambling the amount you can afford to loose does not mean you aren't loosing but just a mechanism to keeping you in check such that your losses doesn't in anyway affects your mind to making you tend towards unhealthy attitude s after gambling because there are amounts that when we lose we are definitely not going to be same.

But then it's important wether you are gambling for fun or to make money , only risk the amount you can comfortably loose so you don't get to regret and start chasing losses and tend towards addiction knowingly or unknowingly the aim is to maintain a healthy gambling habit and not to self decit about our gambling habit, if your losses is taking a tool on you, it's important you take a break and probably quite it will do you much good than it will hurt but if you don't quit you will only get frustrated as gambling can actually ruin you if not played with good caution.

A must thing or something that you do really need to do on which on the time that you do step your foot into this space or gambling field then it would really be just that right that you should really be setting a borderline on how much money that you could really be only be able to afford to lose because once you do really found yourself that getting past with those lines then you are really that
prone on making those impulsive actions. Playing for fun is really just that something that we do need to have but on the time that we are really that playing on longer periods
then these things would really be changing up along the way until you do find yourself that aiming not for the fun but rather on the money that you could possibly earn.
This is where addiction do starts.
713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Answer this Gambling Question on Duration of Joy after a win or loss on: December 31, 2023, 11:35:40 PM
No one enjoys losing in gambling.Losing brings our hopes down, it ushers in emotional pain and grumpiness whereas, winning elevates our mood, bringing happiness and excitement. There are games where I have won and after withdrawing my winnings, I am so happy that I give gifted some of it to people around me. This doesn't last for long once the it is out of my hand and minds. I am curious, how long does this joy last after a win or a loss—does it linger until your next bet, lasting the whole day, just 20 minutes, or perhaps 2 hours?

Totally instant whether im losing or winning on which it would really be just that those emotions would come and go in an instant. When losing then it would be giving out that disappointment but if its winning then you would really be having that kind of boost up on which this would be primarily be felt out on to that condition on which it would be totally opposite when you do lose.
Duration would really vary since every person does have their own level of emotion handling on which there are ones who are really that impulsive and there are ones who are really that
good when it comes on self control and awareness on the actions that they are currently doing basing up on the situation or condition.
For me, I think that the duration of joy after a win or loss is dependent on the amount won. The bigger the winnings, the longer the joy would last and the smaller the winnings the shorter the joy would last.
Where it becomes very sad and joy is lost on the instant, is if after the gambler has claimed his/her winnings, then they spend it frivolously on things or pleasures that aren't a profitable investment to begin with.
You are right on this one though because on the time that you would really be having those huge wins then for sure you would really be having that kind of joy which might last for a while comparing into those small wins on which you would really be just simply forget it and proceed on the things that you've been currently doing. This is why it is really that true on the thing that you have said though.
When it comes to losing too then it would be the same on which the bigger the amount the more harder that it would be forgotten, some might be thinking about for minutes and there are ones who do think for days. Unforgettable moments would really be that remembered forever despite on having that continous dealing with gambling.
714  Economy / Gambling / Re: Responsible gambling on: December 31, 2023, 11:26:15 PM
Welldone mate , because their is nothing like learning from your own mistake and not just learning but also using it as a means of improving yourself. Gambling is something that everyone needs to thread carefully with because if you take it upon your head to be obsessed with the act then it will definitely ruin you to the very brim and believe me gambling can fuck you up in a very bad way. Anyone that have gotten some kind of experience in gambling will let you know that it's a never a child to play to gamble, I mean your mind needs to be strong and ready for whatever that might come your way.

but we must realize, that more novice gamblers who try gambling do not come with such readiness. mostly because of friends' invitations or seeing friends playing and it looks like it's fun, so they try the game.
A more responsible mindset usually occurs after several losses that the player begins to realize on their own. whether he gets benefits from gambling or gets more losses.
Some of those newbies are lucky to have won the first couple of they bets and can settle down quickly, but this will only happen when they have someone more experience beside them to always put them through on how to act when the luck in winning welcomes them first and this is most preferred.
Compared to those whose early days in gambling are filled with losses before the winning comes, most time those in this category will easily give up when they see that they have recorded multiple losses and lose the motivation to continue so for that, getting into gambling simply because someone else around you is gambling may not be an appropriate thing t9 do as newbies who are looking into going for something as risky as gambling.
Even if they do have someone beside them on which would be telling on having that kind of control towards the joy that they are feeling Beginners luck is something that being the most common thing on which this is the moment that you would really be having that kind of impression that winning in gambling is really just that easy whether you do have someone or have not on the time that you do gamble. Once those emotions had been set then it would already be that hard to get out on which there's no way that you could really be able to get out not unless if  you do have that kind of self control and discipline towards gambling because if you dont then for sure you would really be ending up on having those kind of unfortunate situations with gambling.
715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling and religious restrictions on: December 31, 2023, 11:17:28 PM
Talking with someone that is Muslim yesterday, it was suggested to me that many Muslims around the world might be using crypto to circumvent the strict treatment of gambling in predominantly Muslim countries.

It was an interesting concept to consider that since crypto can be used to conceal your spending, it is probably also used by people who want to gamble to avoid the consequences based on religious practices.

But the more interesting side of this is that some probably interpret gambling with crypto as permissible under religious rules. Not exactly 100% approved let's say but not explicitly forbidden either.

So what do you think about this? Does gambling with crypto mean that laws about gambling being Haram don't apply all the time?
I was thinking that of crypto is earned outside of one's regular job, for example as a reward for activities such as bounties or sweepstakes, then maybe gambling with these earnings insta Haram?

These concepts are interesting to me because most Christian people like me, while having our religion dictate that gambling is a very serious sin, most do it anyway. Basically most christians aren't very pious at all and don't follow religion rules at least in my experience. So using loopholes to circumvent religious rules when your country even endorsed certain casinos isn't needed that much. So it's interesting to observe these differences.
One thing that i can say about this on which it would really be just that still depending on "INDIVIDUALS DECISIONS".
Everything that you are tending to do is will really be that basing into the decisions you do made, if you do know that if a certain thing is prohibited on religious means then
no matter how many methods or ways that would be known or shared out then you wont really be doing anything.

Now that cryptocurrency gambling has been known and you've seen that gambling is really that possible. Then why would really be tending to get engage with
it if you do know that it is really that not allowed? This does means that you are really that responsible towards your actions and if its a sin on religious approach
then you do know on what you have done.
716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the perception of people about gamblers in your neighborhood? on: December 31, 2023, 11:07:11 PM
Gamblers were seen as irresponsible people in my town few years ago. Parents usually warn their children never to indulge in gambling or associate with people who gamble. However, a lot has changed recently as gambling has become one of the biggest business here. As a result of that, societal perception has also improved as many testimonies of life-changing wins from gambling has emerged.

I don't know if this is only happening in my area or is a general trend, hence the reason I created this post. Let's know what people think about gamblers and how well the gambling business is faring in your area.
Im not sure if they are really that still having that negativity towards gambling in speaking about my neighborhood on which it seems that they dont really care on other peoples lives or into the things that they are dealing with. One thing that im much pretty sure is that people who are really that close of mine or with my loved ones like relatives and other known people will surely be having that kind of impression which is really that totally negative towards gambling on which on the time that you do deal up with it then they would really be having those kind of impressions on which you would really be looking like a bad man just because you are engaging with it on which its not really that shocking anymore on that case. Doesnt matter on whose those people look at bad at you
but still that if you do play gambling for fun then i dont see any issues.

718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there long-term profitable sports bettors? on: December 31, 2023, 10:09:47 AM
I wanted to open a new discussion on this issue. I recently watched a video about gamblers. There was a presenter who helps gambling addicts get out of the dark streak in their lives. He worked in the bookmaking business for many years. He believes that there are no long-term profitable players in sports betting. This is impossible by definition. If you start to win often, the bookmaker company begins to cut your odds, either reduce your winnings or block your accounts. It's as if the bookmaker is telling you, "You're not here to get rich." The presenter claims that he does not know any profitable players over a period of several years. There are rumors that such players allegedly exist. But where are they and who saw them? What do you think? Are there profitable players in sports betting?
This isnt really just that applicable on sports betting but also into those luck players on casinos too on which account blockage and being restricted or facing up some unknown issues would really be just thrown off on which its true that gambling site owners wont really liking into those people who do have that good winning rate as these fellas would really be putting up a huge effect into their
business in terms of revenue. So it isnt really shocking that they would really be doing such step. In regarding on the question if there are those long term profitable sports bettors then they do surely
exist. It is really just that true that they might be restricted but we do all now that we do have tons of options on which a bettor could really be able to register.
719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be play with care on: December 31, 2023, 09:51:19 AM
Though I understand your points but the fact is, everyone has different financial levels, and the money that might look big to some people might look extremely small to other. This is why the topic of rich and poor gambler came into existence. The rich might think they are using money that they can afford of loss while that same amount to the poor might be too much for gambling. However when gambling we should consider our financial level before gambling or even set aside money specifically for gambling alone so you'll not end up spending more than you were supposed to use for gambling. Even the rich experience losses so the amount of money you put in doesn't matter.
You are on point man, as every gamblers are different so as their financial levels are also different, the hight amount I have gambled with I just a $30 and there are lot of gamblers that fund there online betting accounts with a hundred dollars or even a million boxes.
I can not be compared to them because we are not the same when it comes to financial measurements.
However, I can proudly say that the more you get paid the more you stake (the more money you have that's the more you gamble). A lot of gamblers starts from little until they have good jobs that pays them well, or starting from small to bet and when they win big money they increase their stakes also.
When it comes to financial capacity then it would really be that just depending into certain person and if you are someone who do have less then its better not to make yourself that always reflecting on someones capacity on which this might really be that resulting into desperation on which you would really be looking for another money source just for you to bet big which its never been that a good idea.
When doing gambling then you shouldnt really forget on what are the possible things that might happen. Gambling could really only cause trouble on the time that you would really be already
putting up some risks when it comes to finances and your relationship into your loved ones. You should be sensible nor be aware on the things that you've been doing then it is really just that fine
for you to proceed on.

1. Do you read casino reviews?
