Do both of course. And if you have the luxury of time.
Also, not all the time, you can participate in sig campaign.
So if you're not in sig campaign, and you have lots of time, you can do the trading.

How can you address that concern to potential customers?

Though the expected growth is suggesting a positive increase based from the graph, there's a statement from FAQ section regarding HADE token - "There is no suggestion or promise that HADE have, or will hold, a particular value."
That means, buying HADE token is still an investment risk and even them can't guarantee that you will have a good profit at the end.
But at least how this project is running seems legit and well-prepared. And also, collected so much already that this amount is more than enough to get this project moving.
