Yeah, that's true. A lot of times, they just posted a very short ANN, then, some brief description and that's it.
Very few are real developers from these thousands of coins.
But still, a large number of people will ride the bandwagon and invest even if it's blatantly a crappy project.
No wonder, scammers are everywhere here because they are allowed to exist. 

I'm also waiting for this project.
Hope they will not disappoint the community.

At least this one has plans. 
A lot of new projects that I've seen has no roadmap whatsoever.

This project is still very much alive. There's already a lot of users - 7 239  as of the moment.
From what I observed, the dev answered such questions/concerns as much as possible once he's online.
There are few who want to sell their BRO coins, but I believe a lot are still holding their coins as this project is promising.
You can't stop people from listening to music. So this one, I think will have a good future.

A small percentage of population in the world knows how to use a bitcoin wallet, how much more of the ethereum wallet.
So as you already stated -  tokens of love may be possible, if we imagine in the future that people are using eth wallet.
So this one is just based only on your imagination and you're just hoping that someday people will learn how to use such wallet.

That's nice idea though, " token of love" . 
But the thing is, the receiver should know how the crypto works, otherwise, it meant nothing to them even if you send so much LOVE coins to them.
And you have to educate them first before sending the coins to them. Such a lot of work to do.

And if those followers just wanted to sell their free tokens, then the value will decline fast.

I agree, we need to get back on the project itself.
Based from the presale price of 1QAU = 0.05$, this one is already running to have about 10 240 000 QAU tokens based from the investments (consider BTC = $ fluctuations) .
Since from the whitepaper, this amount will be 1/3 of all the tokens, that means, we are having an approx of 30.72M QAU tokens so far.
The total QAU tokens as of now is still small as compared to the other projects that have this billion range supply.
So I believe, this one has a good future. But let's wait until the presale period is over as we can easily determine the final supply of tokens. 15 more days to go!
