7041  Other / Off-topic / Re: Russia’s Ruling Party United Russia Launches Blockchain-Based Voting System on: March 08, 2019, 08:42:40 AM
I'm still not buying it. Everything that involves Russia + blockchain to me seems very dubious. Just remember those people behind the country, I don't think they're willing to give up power.

And just imagine blockchain technology is immutable, so it's going to be very difficult to manipulate the result so I doubt that they will really take advantage of the technology specially in elections.
7042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Too late too buy BNB?? on: March 07, 2019, 03:01:42 PM
Well we have a crypto saying that there's no right or wrong time to enter the market, so I guess you're not late and can still buy it at $15 a pop.

Yes, it has it's ups and downs during this bear market, but it seems BNB is showing good signs even at this worsening market conditions. Looking at the chart, it seems that it's been pump hard now, and also remember that it is back up by the number 1 crypto exchange so I guess it's a good investment for the long haul.
7043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: March 07, 2019, 02:56:39 PM
It's pretty strange to bring Bogut back to the Warriors line-up. But maybe that's what they really need as this point and maybe Cousins case is something that we need to look at specially that he is also playing very well.

Maybe Golden State is looking for a backup, the East has strong Center and perhaps they want to offset them by getting Bogut again, specially when then face a team like Philly, although Joel is injured, there are reports that he maybe back in the line up next week.
7044  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does anyone know about this site? on: March 07, 2019, 02:50:07 PM
I think i will try with as little as possible. It seems like not HYIP, it gives %0.04 interest for daily and there is even managed account service which has %50 commission on profit. As i see the trade history there are some loses not only profits. It is written Thomas Axelsen as CEO on the site which i found profile on FB seems real. Keep here posted.

Lol, that bolded statement is a classic definition of HYIP/Ponzi scheme.

And it looks like you're shilling for them and your red trust speaks for itself. So I guess the answer is that it's not safe because it's a HYIP, simply as that and it's possible that you're part of that group as well.
7045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Galaxy s10 Blockchain Mode Won't Include Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2019, 02:44:43 PM
There is a rumour that Samsung Galaxy s10 phone blokchain mode will not include Bitcoin and its Blockchain. It will include only for ETH and ETH based tokens. Is it true? If it is, then I think it will be big wrong. What do you think about it? And I guess it may affect Ethereum price well...

Come back here when you have the actual facts. You don't have any links whatsoever in your claim so I think there's nothing to argue here.
7046  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Pump is Coming on: March 07, 2019, 02:40:29 PM
Or better yet not expect a pump? Or not wait for it?

Usually when people starts to say that the pump is coming, the market goes on the opposite direction. Yes, I understand your frustrations because of the worsening market conditions. But I do believed that eventually, we will see another huge spike in the price and bull runs, but we really need to be patience here and just prepare for the best or the worst.
7047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Proof of Pumps on: March 07, 2019, 07:35:19 AM
There are certain events like halvings (BTC,LTC) and rebandings (NEO) that have historically led to real pumps, not just buy the rumor sell the news ones but actual triggers of massive gains.

Does anyone have any charts to share for various proof of pumps?

All charts are available in the web dude, even the basic coinmarketcap can show you this one so I don't know why are you asking for proofs.

The halvings though are not rumor, they're going to happen eventually and soon we will see a good price spike that could lead to another bull-run (at least in the case of bitcoin).

However, you have to understand that it would happen in a snap of a finger. It will still take months and slow, from 2016 and to it's peak in December 2017.
7048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how you feel at this point(currently) on: March 07, 2019, 07:26:58 AM
It is good that OP has a positive thinking despite of the low prices caused by bear market. IMO, bull run is always unexpected. Maybe it will come this year or next year, we will never know.

Well we really can't do anything at this point but to stay positive and hope that this bear market will be over in the next coming months. I wouldn't say that bull run is unexpected, it will eventually happen, but there's no sign whatsoever so we need to wait for it.

Everything here in crypto is based on timing, so when the time comes, we should all take the opportunity to make profit, so let's be positive and optimistic that we may see a bull run happening or at least some spike in the price in the 5 digits level this 2019.
7049  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best way to energy? on: March 07, 2019, 07:22:05 AM
Upon waking up, you should learn how to prioritised things so that you will know how to spend your energy. I will admit that sometimes I always wanted to sleep because of my condition, (I'm a diabetic) and when I took my meds or sometimes a insulin shot, I feel drowsy that I need to take a nap.

However, I try to fight it out and thinking about the things I needed to accomplished in a day so that helps me. But I took some nap time if really needed, however, I improved a lot and terms of productivity so everyone should try it.
7050  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reversal of Bear Market? on: March 07, 2019, 07:09:38 AM
While there is no global reversal, many cryptocurrencies give good profit percentages during the week, but the capitalization in general almost remains in place

So it means that there's no reversal at this moment, it's just a continues buying/selling that is happening around the market.

So it's hard to say where at we right now in terms of the bearish trend, I initially thought that we're in the tail end, however, it looks like we may endure a bit longer. So perhaps we're still in the middle of it, meaning a year of trading sideways with small spike will happen until there is a global news that will stop the bears from their control of this market.
7051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Get Rich Quick - Bitcoin on: March 07, 2019, 06:42:03 AM
Lol, you got me there @Kakmakr  Grin

I'm sure that those who thinks that bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme have understand that it's not how it works. But it's really a good investment if you're willing to risk, how much money you wanted to invest and when to book profits. I think my profit is around 800% as well, as I have been buying them when the price is < 4 digits and book some profits in December 2017.
7052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IBM X-Force Red Team Announces Blockchain Security Testing Service on: March 07, 2019, 06:36:12 AM
I'm guessing this is to sell a service to corporations who want to internally use the blockchain.

Right, and could probably customized it as needed. And the keyword here is 'security', so that alone is a good marketing ploy and I'm sure companies with bite on this one. Who wouldn't want a technology that can give you better security?
7053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give up yet on: March 06, 2019, 03:35:31 PM
it is not easy not to give up. i try to stay positive, but that is getting harder for me day by day. let's see how much longer i will hold out. the crypto market is stressful for me and i hope i stay with it.
I think so, everyone who like me, was able to survive 2018 and did not quit working with cryptocurrency, most likely will be able to wait as long as you need, the nerves are already hardened

Good for you mate but I believed that majority of newbie traders quit in the second half of 2018 because they can't take the heat of losing their money here. But its good though, at least they have learn their lessons very well that this crypto market is not for everyone.

But for those who chooses stay, it's going to be a long road, but nevertheless we will going to survived this one and we will see another bull run in the future, that's for sure.
7054  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: #Deletecoinbase - Agree or Disagree? on: March 06, 2019, 03:28:18 PM
What do you expect? Our data is not safe with them as they admitted that their previous tracker providers have sold customers data without their authorization. How the hell did they allow that to happen?

And now acquiring Neutrino, another company with a shady past of selling information as well, so they make things worst then. So who will trust Coinbase? So it's up to us, whether to still used them and hope that your data will be not leaked someday.
7055  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Cheat Sheet Collection on: March 06, 2019, 02:26:16 PM
Market cycles and chart patterns are useful but technoical analysis will only go so far in crypto.  These markets are heavily manipulated and you never know when one of those early adopter whale will decide to dump his bags on everyone.

lol.. can you explain how ppl make money here if TA doesn't work?
TA here on crypto market might work or wont work it is just really the same if we do use up these tools on forex too but the difference with crypto market
is that anytime it can break out technical analysis due to its characteristic where it do mostly reacts with news/fundamentals that's why sometimes I'm not
basing my orders on TA's.

Don't expect 100% from technical analysis, according to my experience in trading by TA you are able to stay safe from loss and earn gradually.
I find crypmike trading sheet collection useful and i think it will help beginners a lot.

Exactly, that's why I merited this post a while back and I totally forget it as I wanted to go back and take a look. I agree that TA most of the time doesn't work but for me at least a good grasp of TA is not that bad and in the long run, it might help us out, just saying.

I'm not going to book mark this so that I can go back and look at it whenever I want to because it's really useful for beginners and even mid level traders.
7056  Economy / Speculation / Re: RIP Bull Market on: March 06, 2019, 02:17:17 PM
RIP bull market - it does not seem like a bull run in the near future, but in the future it will come (in the perspective of several years).
I expect the smaller bull runs to come this year. But for a good bull run (similar to 2017), we wait for one to three years.

As others have said, there's no bull run, just FOMO who enter because they think there is an imminent bull run. Yeah, I would think there will be smaller runs like this for the rest of the year, but it won't be the same as 2017.

2017 bull run can happen again, maybe in the next 1-2 years (might be a long time), but hey everyone wants to make a lot of money so patience is a virtue key.
7057  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Top 3 advices Regarding Bitcoin Investing on: March 06, 2019, 02:08:57 PM
If you could only give 3 advices to someone who’s new and wants to invest in Bitcoin, what would you tell them?

1. Understand the risk - This is not a get rick quick scheme
2. Don't listen to others, don't ask financial advises here. I'm seeing a lot of newbies here asking what coins do they need to invest, blah blah. Everyone will give different answer.
3. DYOR - Do your own research. So instead of listening to others, take time to investigate around, you can ask if something is not clear to you. But you yourself should make the final decision and not because you have been swayed by others.
7058  Other / Off-topic / Re: Breathing exercises on: March 04, 2019, 03:24:15 PM
The only reason why you would look for this kind of exercises is if you want to come into a state of meditation and i think thats what the OP is talking about. Otherwise i dont see any reason why someone would even think about looking for breathing exercises.

Exactly. That's why I asked him/her about the positive benefits of this so called breathing exercises. Of course we always wanted to learn new things as a human, but we need to study first what it can bring to us.

Yoga is already there if we wanted to a state of calmness and has been practice for hundreds if not thousands of years. That's why I'm curious about what the OP is telling us.
7059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another trap for ETH? on: March 04, 2019, 03:18:58 PM
Yes, pumps that occur in Ethereum are like traps. If this is a trap, there must be many people who have entered it. But we also have to think positively because it makes a good impact. Currently, the market is getting crowded and investors are starting to get excited again to invest.
the pump will occur when there is good news in the world of ethereum, whereas if there is no good news then it will not be possible so you should not be too happy first when there is no good news because it will not guarantee a price increase.
There's a lot of good news actually but not all of them has been a reason for a price pump.

News is only use now to pump the price temporarily and that happens because this market is still manipulated, and in the first place we already know that it's a trap for people to buy because eventually ETH will fall down again, the trend has been consistently working, it's still a pump and dump game now.

I recently check the price in coinmarketcap: $127.56.

So it's currently down, but to fair it seems that all the top 10 is having a hard time start of this week, bitcoin goes back to $37++ after a strong $38++ price in the last 4-5 days.

And there's not even a negative news that will pull the market price today, very surprisingly. Anyways, ETH is still in the second spot, maybe we need to wait for a couple of days to understand what happens this first week of March.
7060  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: small gains but cant make it big on: March 04, 2019, 03:04:00 PM
.. snip ..

Any advice on moving to the next level or what I need to look at in order to reach my goals

There's no fool-proof strategy at this point, specially that we're in the bear market. Just continue what you're doing since you're making money then.

Don't be greedy as well mate, I'm sure you can go on the next level, but you don't need to rush things otherwise you might end up trying too hard and losing in the end.

If there is a secret, I doubt that someone will share the knowledge to you,  Grin. Just go and grind everyday and when you gain experience I'm sure that you will not notice it but you're already going on the the next levels within your capacity, best of luck.
