Set up the option to notify you via email. So every time there is a reply it would send it to your email. Although, this means every single future reply will be have a separate email. Could result in a lot of spam if you do post regular.

The watch function hasn't worked for a long time and I think it's been addressed before, but was set as low priority.
7142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert - bitcoinvalley.ca on: November 13, 2013, 04:22:58 AM
When submitting a scam accusation you really do need to supply as much evidence as possible. Such as screenshots, conversations and anything else which can help the matter in hand.
7143  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitmit - Bitcoin shopping mall - Bitcoin market place - Bitcoin auction house on: November 13, 2013, 04:14:24 AM
Escrow should always be on a site like this. Although it should be registered. No point in cutting corners.
Registering an escrow is not that easy.  Not sure which country you are from but in most developed countries an escrow is a very regulated activity because they handle large amounts of money and titles to real estate.

It may not be easy. But, a site which had a lot of traffic and a lot of people visiting it daily should be keeping up with all the requirements. We are assuming this could of caused the selling of the site. If so because of this reason many people have lost Bitcoin.

TF isn't responding to any of the questions yet. Even though he's been active earlier.
7146  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling $5 Best buy, LOL & Starbucks gift code on: November 13, 2013, 02:49:40 AM
I can buy the $5 starbucks, as long as the code can be redeemed onto our starbucks card accounts?
If so, please PM me  I'll give you $4.50 in bitcoin.

It is possible to redeem it to starbucks account. I may just place this up for auction on one of the trusted auction sites instead. I'll start the price off at $4.50 more than likely and see where it goes from there.
7147  Economy / Services / Re: tattoo bounty? on: November 13, 2013, 02:40:36 AM
I will pay you 1btc to tattoo "moron" on your forehead.

It will serve as warning to everyone you meet.

Don't tempt me. Come on now. This is a lot of money for a tattoo. But, I don't think I would be stupid enough to do this. Basically renting out your skin. What makes me wonder is why people would spend this kind of money for someone to do it.

He told Techcrunch in August he is 28:

Coinchat’s founder, a 28-year-old male freelance web developer based in Australia who (in keeping with Bitcoin’s shadowy origins) wishes to remain anonymous to avoid any Bitcoin associated “drama” or the threat of “doxxing”, tells TechCrunch the service has been up and running for about five months. In that time it has amassed around 8,000 registered users — mostly in Western nations, with a sizeable community of cash-strapped school age/college age folk among its user-base. There’s also an active Spanish community of Coinchat users.

Ah. I don't think that's where I heard it. But, that's some nice information there.

7152  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.9BTC for Uni Books on: November 13, 2013, 02:13:48 AM
Hi, I'd like to borrow 0.9BTC or Paypal for Uni Books. I get paid in two weeks, so can pay back then. I desperately need these books. I'd prefer if it was 0%

Thanks in advance,
Matt. Smiley

Maybe take a look at tomatocage's loan offers. Although, you would need to provide collateral.
7153  Other / Off-topic / Re: best monitor for pc? on: November 12, 2013, 11:29:14 PM
The make is entirely on you. Pick one which you like the look of and have looked at some reviews. Popular ones like: Samsung and sony are normally good.

7155  Other / Meta / Re: Rules on: November 12, 2013, 10:44:30 PM
There is a forum moderation policy (although not updated): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=20333.0

The policy to not remove anything worked when the forum was small. Now that we have thousands of posts a day, we can't afford 50% of them being junk. The moderators are now instructed to be less tolerant of low-value posts.

Some guidelines:

1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.
2. No zero value posts or threads, like "SELL SELL SELL"
3. No pointless or uninteresting threads.
4. No referral code spam
5. No NSFW content

Some action finally. I haven't seen something like this since that altcoin war. Can't recall who that was between now.

This is going to take a while...
7157  Economy / Auctions / Re: Bitcoin gambling site "SatoshiLottery.net" Popular Livestreamed bitcoin lottery. on: November 12, 2013, 10:03:05 PM
You would need to back that up if someone was serious about bidding for this. You would need to provide Google analytics's with all the statistics.
7158  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] PS3 super-slim on: November 12, 2013, 09:57:05 PM
Posting pictures of the unit would increase popularity. Try to provide images of all sides with any damage or defects in the image. Also, include any games and game discs if possible in the picture.

What price are you looking for? Do you accept escrow?
7159  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 1.2BTC/month just by posting! on: November 12, 2013, 09:50:46 PM

Actually he is wrong. If you get more than 50 posts before the 17 of November then you have to get paid on 17 of November and start all over. If you get less than 50 posts then you wait till December.

Well, that's why I wanted to have confirmation. I will probably get 50 posts by the 17th and will have to start again. Thanks for the correction!

You're quote of my quote was messed up, but in response to you, BINGO! Keep all advertising dollars inside the scam and the scam won't cost you a dime.
Exactly. Thanks for pointing that out. I normally quote manually and occasionally mess it up.

Think about this: assuming inputs.io has been hacked the hacker knows email address of everyone.
Why he should not send fake emails and try to withdraw your money?
Sometimes it is hard to understand if an email has been forged.

Even though this is a good point, it's invalid. Just because of that reason doesn't mean he has to ask for identification. Instead he could ask for previous passwords, ip addresses logged in from. What's the current password. TF clearly states on inputs.io warning page this:

Quote
however passwords are securely stored and are hashed on the client.
