Everyone knows the world has a total of 21 million bitcoins and a total of 17 million bitcoins have been mined. So what happens when 21 million bitcoins are exploited?
As far as I know miners have two sources of income when exploiting bitcoin that is:
1. Be rewarded with bitcoin from the number of deals they handle.
2. The main reward: the bitcoin reward, for each bitcoin block to be exploited.
When 21 million Bitcoins are mined, the second source of income will be gone. So how will the bitcoin network do when there are no miners? I do not think that with only a single source of income, it may be profitable for them when the Bitcoin price goes down.

Well by the time all bitcoins are mined bitcoin will be so popular that it will be profitable to mine it even if the miners only receive the transaction fees. For example, let's say that bitcoin replaces all visa transactions, which is 24k a second. That means that bitcoin would handle 24k*60*10=14.4M transactions per average block. Also, if every transaction is going to cost, let's say 0.01$, it would mean that every block reward would be 14.4M/100=144k$ which is around twice more than the miners receive from blocks right now (78k$). It's a problem that will solve itself with time and we don't have to worry about it. This is a great point of view but on the other hand, right now bitcoin seems to evolve an asset more than a currency. If it keeps as an asset there won't be that much of transfer so even bitcoin valued very high, there won't be thousands of transactions at a time. |

Last year i was getting overpaid thanks to market and this year i am not getting paid at all (there is some incoming tokens but they don't worth anything or very little)

This indeed very important. How the team will handle all of the handicaps that surounding icos projects. Whether they will continue or not, we need the team policy. SEC is always attacking but they mostly don't have anything to say outside of US. And as far as i know, ehealth don't have anything about US. And about the meltdown, as you said it is current and this project is very long term. |

1.22M has been raised so far (so 5% already). There is no soft cap, we will do the project in any case scenario, we have already done a good 60%; the hard cap is 21M. This money will mainly be used for liquidity and licenses. The project is viable if 500M are raised, but in that case we will not have enough cash to setup our own liquidity pool and will have to rely on partners liquidity; so this could reduce the profit on the short term.
1.22m $ is a good number actually. Even you don't have a soft cap, it is giving good capital to build on. Yes of course 5m or 21m would be better mostly about liquidity but still, it is great that the project will go on and also raised a significant amount so far. If you think about the market, it is more significant. |

If I'm not mistakin, DUSK is only conducting a private sale but yes, with the current market slump, I think it will have an effect as every investors are now becoming more cautious and in a "wait and see" attitude towards investing in crypto.
Last year some ICOs had $200 M contributions (hell, EOS got 4 BILLION dollars...), so I think that Dusk's goal isn't impossible to reach, we're talking about "only" $14M if I recall correctly I think last year was the reason we are having this downfall. I mean why the hell a project raise 4 billion dollars. The only reason i can think of, they liked the idea of Escobar and will burn money on the fireplace for getting heat. Lots of projects raised an unnecessary amount of money and now it is causing the market dump. Anyways, still i don't think 14m $ is not reachable for dusk network even in this conditions. And i believe they will reach it, just meant to say, last year was a fluke. |

i'm also impatient to try the new beta of the application with the hope that it works right away at best and be without bugs...
I'm actually very interested in acquainting my own kids with this platform and I am very positive it will have real benefits with them.  but it looks like this project can't be expected for the future, I see URA tokens don't exist in Coinmarketcap, and about updates it also looks slow, where can I buy URA? etherdelta? forkdelta? LOL  Being a full member you should understand crypto well enough that tokens/coins dont hit coinmarketcap before the project is in full swing. Maybe he is not aware tokens are not listed on exchanges. Or maybe he is only filling a signature quota or something and random commenting. I don't think he is not aware of how tokens hit coinmarket. |

Actually nor btc 4000$ or nor eth is 100$ right now, they can drop to these figures but right now 4450 to 130 would be correct numbers.
I can provide two points of view one is optimistic and one is pessimistic. You can choose what to believe.
Optimistic: It is finding the bottom to start pumping again and entering into a bull market.
Pessimistic: Bubble has burst and everything will turn to zero.

It is the AI implementation that excites me about this project because advances in AI technology has been proven viable to help us humans live a life efficiently than ever.
I think the same in relation to AI, we have not yet used 10% of all possible branches, and certainly the health area has great potential for this technology, we will have much more convenience when applied. Unfortunately, there are still few promising projects like Ehealth to use AI Yeah, you are right about this. We are reading lots of thing about ai but even the things told using ai not using with full potential. Ai is like our brains we are only using a little bit of its capacity. In time i think it will more. |

Hey, what is going on? After reaching the $1 million pledge the DUSK token sale on EthFinex has entered the first of two 48 hour contribution periods on Saturday. We are nearing the end of the first period but the raised amount has not even passed $100,000 yet.
Did people submit fake pledges or is something not going alright with EthFinex contribution process?
Probably people think there would be more hype for ethfinex but seeing pledge barely passed 1m $ they may change their mind. Also, there are lots of variables in this. Eth price crash can be one of the reasons. On their Telegram they said: *Please be advised if you were unable to contribute to the Dusk Token as planned, this has now been resolved and you should be able to make your contributions. Even so this does not really matter for DUSK, does it? Since EthFinex already bought the tokens from DUSK. I didn't know that ethfinex already bought the tokens. So why they are doing this. The price is the same, so why are they bothering for buying and selling tokens without profit? Or because they are a partner this tokens for partnering/listing fee? |
