721  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 25, 2016, 04:59:04 PM

Well, you have to dream to become rich, that's should be your goal so time will come you will take your trading in a more serious level. We need to be ambition enough as in crypto world there's no limit here.

Correct, to have an ambition or dreams is not a problem. Attaining it is another story. Their are many ways to attain it and some qualities include to be patient, determined to reach it,there were sacrifices to be made, motivation etc.

I agree with you mate. becoming rich is not easy you have to work hard and the sample of qualities are indicated above. Bitcoin is one of the best way to make you rich and it really requires a lot of work and time. This is also my goal to become rich in bitcoins.
722  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: November 25, 2016, 04:31:46 PM
Now I buy Bitcoin because faith in the fact that its price will be much higher soon. This is my investment. In this way, I plan to make money
Good move dude, you just have the right trust and making the right decision. Bitcoin will certainly be big in the future and we will be all benefited. We have to ensure that we must only put the amount of money that we can afford to lose, otherwise when we fail at first we cannot recover.
It works for me too.. just put it in a wallet and wait for the right time to sell some of it.. just making a good investment for myself.. I think bitcoin value will keep growing and this is good for us for investment.
723  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: November 25, 2016, 04:21:10 PM
Actually it is a process where this two is involved.  When a person want to invest and does not have enough money, he tends to save for it.  So the process is to save from income until he meet the needed amount.  After meeting the needed amount, he then invest it to the venture he needed.  This is the reason why people is saving.  That at the end of the day they can invest to some venture and earn more money.

Exactly, most of the times the capital someone needs for investing is accumulated by saving, because not everyone earns enough to invest them directly to a place which can generate him some good profits so the first step of investments is saving itself.

This is most common people do, they need to save a lot and once they have enough money they will put some of it for investment even in little amounts for as long they make a profit out of their savings.
724  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: November 25, 2016, 04:07:50 PM
is bitcoin more popular than US Dollar ?

Usd is a universal currency . It is known and respected in every country while bitcoin is in dwveloping currency the userd where increasing in numbers but it will not absud or be over in bitcoin. It is only use now for trading online not like usd in everyday life.
USD will be used on everyday life only in the United States. even you said every country respected USD but they still use their own local currencies rather than USD and just mainly use USD when importing stuff from other country or even when they're buying stuff on sites like ebay or amazon

All countries also rely on USD currency. It's uses by my countries as a standard to get the value of countries local currency. It's physically used buy people who lives in US, but in other countries they also using it everyday for trading - stocks and exchange, etc.
725  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: November 25, 2016, 04:00:12 PM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?

Fiat currency will definitely be replaced within 15 years in my opinion. However, is it going to be a cryptocurrency or something else will come out and replace cryptocurrency? Is that cryptocurrency going to be Bitcoin?

There is definitely a chance. That chance would be something that insurance companies bet their money on.

I agree that paper money will be replaced but 15 years is not too long cause I believe that it will make a huge impact to people if this process is taken quickly so it must be taken bit by bit so that people can adopt properly .

The chances are likely cryptocurrency will be the one to replace paper money cause among all other kinds of currencies,  Cryptocurrecies is definitely in the top basing on its progress .

Well i don't know about 15 years though. A lot of poor countries still do not have decent online access so it would be hard for crypto to reach those areas. Also i think in 15 years we would still have fiat as the main mode of currency but definitely crypto would already pose a challenge to fiat during in that time

It also depend on each countries on how they will resolve the issue of having a good / decent internet access even in their remote areas.. and it also depends on the government if they will adopt crypto currencies as a their main currency.. I think fiat system will not be replaced by bitcoins it will just an alrenative currency to make purchase online.
726  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: November 25, 2016, 03:48:42 PM
The best way is to divide our money in some places, don't just put it in one place. We should also have to be investing for the future, the investment could form real like stock, land, gold and more. Bitcoin is one alternative investment for long term.

Putting all eggs in one basket is always risky so one must distribute his investment in as much as denominations. Dividing investments among low risk to high risk options is a great way to deal with risks and at the end one can find balanced position for his investments. As we know low risk, low returns and high risk, high returns. One must be able to tackle with the risks if his intentions to get good returns.
No smart people are doing that, it's like gambling in my eyes. Even in gambling when we see a lot of games on board we do not just even put with one game as we put in different games to avoid losing directly.

It's a good strategy.. and just like gambling, investing your money will always be a risk. You just have to be careful or cautious where to put your money for investment.
727  Economy / Economics / Re: How would you double $100,000 safely? on: November 25, 2016, 02:57:02 PM
$100,000 is really a big amount of money. If i were you, i will invest half of the money into gambling site or something that have a good prospect and the rest of the money i use it for trading and gambling. I'm sure i can make that money growth with my skills.
With 100k at your disposal you could create your own bitcoin casino instead of investing in one there are risks obviously but if successful you could pull some serious money after a few years.

100k isn't a very large bankroll to attract players to begin with. On top of that, the risk of variance bankrupting you at such a small starting bank is much higher than a casino with a proper bankroll to ride out a hot streak by a big player.

Depending on how you want to give assurance to your players that they are allow to win and bet high amounts but I guess with that amount, that's still considerable amount for just start. Because as your casino site keeps running and does have a good outcome at its first launch then that will attract some investors and players that will make your site more profitable.
Big investors does not automatically jump to new casinos as they know the risk associated, and there's no difference investing in old ones and the new ones as they have the similar investment program. If i am an investor, I will have to ensure that I will only trust my investment in long time running investment sites and a reputable one.

Yes since most investors today are very cautious,  So your gambling site must be long running and highly reputable to attract investors .

I agree that with that amount it will be insufficient to build a successful gambling site .  It will be best to just divide your money and invest them to different things .

Just make sure to always check where you put your money at .

I agree.. owning a gambling site is really good when it comes to profits.. and it really depends on your idea and creativity of the games you offer to play in the site because you really need to attract a lot of customers so that they will be your patrons and will stay playing in your site for long. Remember that there's also a risks so better track your money in your bankrolls.
728  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: November 25, 2016, 02:38:21 PM
That's why it is always good to have an emergency fund so you don't get into this hole in the first place.
It will boils down to savings, we should learn how to save for the future as we do not hold the future and we cannot see it, anything can happen even the things that we do not expect, so it's good to be ready all the time and we have to start saving now and instill discipline to succeed.
We really should be prepared for the future, savings is what we really need and it's the only way we can solve our desperate times if we have it. I know  that it's not easy for everyone since we do have a lot of wants in this world that we want to buy and we forget about saving our money but it's necessary.
Yeah i think that would basically be the bottom line here. The thing is to avoid being that deperate financially that you would need to loan or borrow money from others. We have to think ahead of time so just in case we find ourselves desperately in need of money, we can pull something out without getting high interests or looking to other people for help
Saving money is really important.. it's not bad to get loans or borrow money from others but it's better to have your own money so if the time comes you'll be needing it in case of emergency there's no hassle for you on where to get a money.
729  Economy / Economics / Re: Imposing tax on bitcoin on: November 25, 2016, 02:19:59 PM
It affects the adoption as well the price to higher extent. More users were into bitcoin to avoid taxation, if taxes were levied surely the decentralization gets converted to semi decentralized. Users identity and transaction details too will gets revealed. Without doubt a big percentage of potential loss will be experienced.
And this is going to be a bad news for us here in bitcoin community if that happen. Yes this is the reason why more people are into bitcoins to avoid taxes and if tax will be implemented soon in bitcoins majority of users might not use bitcoin anymore.
730  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 25, 2016, 01:56:16 PM
Bitcoin growing in value usually makes altcoins loose their value, the market takes a bit longer to readjust the altcoins value at bitcoin. Bitcoin price or any currencie does matter, if we consider 100 dollars to purchase something the ammount of btc we spent makes difference, think you wanna to buy a domain for those, 0,15btc or 0,10btc will make a huge difference.
That's true, bitcoin is continuously growing its value while altcoins drops when bitcoin pump, you have to think that for future investment only bitcoin is legitimate since altcoins is only for short term investment. Altcoins IMO is good for trading as it fluctuates hard than bitcoin.
Indeed mate.. so that's why it's better to invest more in bitcoins. Altcoins is good also because you can see some fluctuation in its price from time to time when you do trading. But bitcoin has more potential for you to invest because the price now keep going up.
731  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: November 25, 2016, 01:47:29 PM
Some altcoins just have huge potencial, soo selling them now makes no sense at all, you could be wasting a great opportunity to get a good ammount of bitcoins if you hold. Even knowing bitcoin is achieving biggers ammounts we will see most altcoins readjusting their price, and those its something we all know that happens. Sometimes there is a good pump that may let us dump our coins at the best rates but i believe save the coins is the best for now.
Not all coins are good for saving, there are other coins that does not have a good future value, if you will ask me I will only save bitcoins as it has been proven already for many years that the value increase overtime. When it drops it will follow another pump, that's how strong bitcoin is.
I agree.. some coins aren't valuable enough. bitcoins is becoming stable when it comes to a high price value. So it's really better to save bitcoins than any other coins.. then sell some of it if the price really go above.
732  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: November 25, 2016, 01:44:39 PM
Perhaps mroe than 50%? Or maybe not because not much country even developed country uses it
in 2020 if 20% of the world start using bitcoin i think it will be a good progress, as still there are so many backward countries who educational ration is still very low, their people have very little access to computer and internet. but we can expect that the new generation will be more educated so we can expect that they will have access to interment and computer in future but still it will take more than decades when these people will get benefit from bitcoin.
Yes, everyday more people are getting involved with bitcoins and this is a good start if we are really aiming to have at least 50% of the world population who will adapt bitcoins. The only problem is those communities whose lack of internet technology because these people will be left behind if that happens.
733  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments create their own cryptocurrency that will replace fiat? on: November 24, 2016, 03:21:32 PM
No, they won't replace their own currency, but use blockchain technology for their fiat instead.
Then, bank will also use blockchain which is more efficient  Roll Eyes
that's right much better not not to change the way its been there so people will not having any problem continuing using
the currency but instead much better to adopt the blockchain system to make it much easier transaction.

I agree with you mate. It would be chaotic for countries who will replace their own currency because it will make their people suffer and their market will go down rock bottom.
734  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: November 24, 2016, 03:16:11 PM
However bitcoins users now are very big and bitcoin population are getting bigger and bigger now we are earning bitcoins from different things first is in signature campaign and trading now if we earn bitcoin what will gonna to trade it into fiat to use that in our daily needs and if fiat will dead then what we gonna use? Tbh we can't really use bitcoin for now in physical things.

I would say, when the day comes bitcoin as a centralized money and if all the government announces we can use the bitcoin any kind of transaction like paypal. Then bitcoin will replace the fiat and It will become the leader for the all currencies and transaction mediums.

It's possible but for now it's not.. bitcoin need to be introduced worldwide even in some remote areas of the country.. their technology should be updated to have people from these remote areas can access the internet.. and it will take some years before this will happen, but the idead is good but it's not possible for now.
735  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: November 24, 2016, 03:11:47 PM
Thanks to bitcoin we got a new option if you cant trust fiat anymore. But I can say it will be living for long as long there are places that cannot be reached by technology. It will be only us who lives in cities can do it for now.

Indeed mate.. bitcoin will still exist in the future and so as fiat, but fiat will not be out of the picture because everyone in the world uses it, bitcoin value is also depending on fiat. Without fiat, bitcoin will be worthless.
736  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 24, 2016, 03:06:57 PM
We are all having this dream but if it really will happen is the question lets hope it will happen, I think that the bitcoin has a good thing so that is one thing that is pretty nice about it.
Yes, this is the dream of every bitcoin users and most of us are waiting for the right time to have the bitcoin price to go up.. and we are seeing a very positive outcome for the value of bitcoin. I'm also hoping to get a good amount of investment for my bitcoins.. not to get too rich but to have a good savings for my family.
737  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: November 24, 2016, 02:57:41 PM
[quote author=ethereumhunter link=topic=1108671.msg16976340#msg16976340 date=147999517i hope this is really happen in after 5 years, and it will be a good news for bitcoin community and will be attract more people and adoption process will be growth with so many people from US which is using bitcoin and maybe among of them, will build more store online that accepting bitcoin for the payment.

That is a good prediction if ever more traders or business men will build store online that will accept bitcoin as payment. How convenice in the fture if we can order our grocery online, paid in bitcoin and will be delivered in our home. It creates more demand in the future and will push the bitcoin to an astonishing high.
[/quote]

I believe some business are starting to adapt bitcoins. In our country there are few establishments who already accept bitcoin payments and this is going to be a good start.. because soon it will grow and more business and services will be available for us in bitcoin community and it would be more convenient for us to make transaction online.
738  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: November 24, 2016, 02:52:41 PM
This is the first time i see something against paypal reputation, something they are its honest, they follow each rule from each country, that make them the example to follow, even with huge fees, paypal has build their image, sure the chargeback and frozen funds they sometimes does makes the most panic but as long you dont break the rules you will be fine.

Thats right. Paypal is not a scam maybe aome users do scamming but the last time I used paypal transactions went well unfortunately the last time I ised it is last Feb so I dont know the issues on freezing or being hacked. Anyway if anything happens I know there is still a contct line in paypal that can report suspicious transactions.

Yes I agree, Paypal is been here for a quite long time and its reputation has been good ever since. Yes there are some users who are not satisfied with paypal and so as with other big companies.. definitely every business and company has its own bad sides coming from customers but that's the thing is for as long as they help out their customers definitely it would heal the issue.
739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: November 24, 2016, 02:46:26 PM
If you are a league follower, know the stats, who is in form etc, this not a gambling!
Gambling is when you play roulette and anything can happen.
According to you which is not predictable, that is gambling right. Means the Roulette, Dice, etc. games are unpredictable we can not guess the result. So these games come under gambling. Then what about sports betting? Here also we will put money in risk and now we are getting unexpected results frequently. I think both are same but for you what change you found I don't know.
You are right, when ever we gamble our money then it means we are into gambling. With sports betting also we are risking our money on others (player's) skill. Fortunately we are using our knowledge that is the only difference in sports betting, still for a better result be depend on our luck. So, sports betting must be one of gambling type.
Knowledge is important but it will not guarantee you a win, though you know all the players and you have studied them very well it will not bring you a win. In gambling especially in sports, there are a lot of things to consider and we might be right to see what team will win but can they cover the spread or the line that was set?
In gambling, we can not say which is important which is not, according to me the only thing luck is important. If we use all our strategies, plans, methods everything finally our luck will decide that we are in profit or loss. So for me the sports betting and slot games both are same.

Quite true. Luck should be needed when we gamble. Sports betting and slot games are both gambling but not much the same, because for me you have bigger chance to win in sports betting if you're familiar with the game / sports and know to read and decide whose going to win the match.. whereas slot games it's only pure luck and the chance of winning is very minimal or slim.
740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: November 24, 2016, 02:42:39 PM
In real casinos we meet to a ot of friends and new people with whom we together get entertained and having fun with them, so I will more like real casinos, as in online gambling we only gambling sitting in a room with quietness.
But we also meet a new friends from online gambling and we are communating to them every day if they are online and we having fun also the same with real life gambling the difference is moral support. But i like the most is Online gambling Less Fee and less expenses.
You are right in online gambling it's less fee and less expense and no more restrictions. If you play in a real casino, you will meet many friends, but you will not get time to think your bet. You will get confused, they will disturb your mind. So you can not play your game. In online gambling, it's not like that no one will disturb you and you can take your own time to place your bet.
I just tried to play in real life gambling and it's really hurt my wallet more fee's and more expenses for foods and other fee's i don't want to play there again it's really kind of loosing 0.05 bitcoin in entrance fee. In online gambling is less fee and you don't need to think for foods because you are playing online.
That's a bad experience for you mate. I don't know why there are some casinos were they require entrance fees.. here in our country casinos doesn't have entrance fees, so that's why you can roam free inside the casinos to have fun even if you're not playing and just speculating to some games.
