For me personally if i get winning, some of it i will cash it out and spend what i need or i can use it to have fun with my friends. And partly i try to invest it or to play it again trying to find a chance to win anymore.
If you get profit then take everything out of the site. Afterall you play to get profit so there is no point keep it to play or invest it when you get it. You could have use it for something else but instead you choose to take more risk? I dont see any point of it but everyone has their own decision however for me this is just plain stupid When you think that everyone have own plan to use his winning money, then should accept his plan to celebrating the party with his friends. If it were up to me, i'd stay my money out of casinos period. Except for recreational purposes, i wouldn't even think of a long time investment. Addiction is different from believing it as a sin or not. For those to whom gambling is an addiction will never think it as a sin and yes they're like a time bomb, if the addiction get to their head then they'll do anything to gamble. I have seen some ridiculous stories of gamblers to get money to gamble.

Well my addiction is nothing to do with sin because I dont really gamble alot of money. If I spend alot of money only to gamble or trying to make money from it then Im a sinner however I only play a small amount. It's not that bad to get some drinks in the weekend it will help you too to distress yourself then you can play gamble after having some small drinks. When winning i always feel that it was my lucky day and i always smile the whole day from that point the only problem is when i feel that way i also find myself so greedy and i wanted to go back and play instead of enjoying the winnings.

I have knew some people who make gambling as a source of income and usually those card games they make money out of it which i can really say somehow that gambling can be profitable for long term but it will all depend on how good you are on those games but talking about pure luck based games i can say its impossible to make money out of it for long term.

Over and over again we hear these stories of those who practice poor bankroll management practices who fall into these depressive episodes because they cannot control their behavior, even when they know they should. My suggestion to anybody who is reading this thread, and who also relates to the OP's predicament, is to learn and adhere to a sound bankroll management plan....diversify, build slowly, and start saving a percentage of everything you collect <-----always put aside a percentage.
I think its easier said than done mate. I also try your strategy way back, by doing sound management. But unfortunately, when everything is on the line, your judgement will be clouded and all you want to do is to win or recover what you have lost. So even if you put aside a percentage there comes a time that you need to get something out of that percentage and gamble and eventually lost everything. I agree with you mate. You really can't tell if your self control will be there with you in times when you're playing crucial in gambling. I really don't think that location have something to do with our winning, For me gambling is just about luck and skills, but it will affect you once there is team that always play dirty games/intentionally in the place where you are playing.. If I have a bankroll around 0.01BTC, maybe I'll stop and Withdrawn when it reaches up to 0.10BTC. I will play and if I win I will stop and play another time, and if it has reached 0.10BTC I will stop and withdrawn. But this is very difficult to do and takes time, may even fail. I often do this even though gambling with small amounts.
Even that would be too high for me. I usually am contented with x2 or for this case, once i get 0.02 but i can go as far as .05 if i feel lucky or cocky. Then that's it. It is a good one though, it is not fun to me, it excites me to bet in my favorite player but it just ends there. Like I can resist my desire to gamble after loss much or after get huge wins. did you wanna try my way  My advise is to stay away from gambling sites if you want to make some money, i know plenty of people who spend more time in the trading platform and earn a good profit only to loose all those profits made to gambling,so if you are really looking to make money then avoid those and that is my opinion rather than having a separate ledger. I would be surprised if all their games are 0% house edge. I'm sure they only have a few games that are 0%, because they still need to pay bills, their initial investment and make a profit.
