Ich kenne den Algorithmus von VISA nicht, aber hier werden auf jeden Fall strengere Kriterien als bei "normalen" KK angelegt.
Solange man die Karten so benutzt, wie sie gedacht sind, ist man auf der sicheren Seite.

I dont recall you buying from me, but ill answer it anyway to set thighs straight.
The debit cards defiantly convert with a 2.8% surcharge automatically.
It must have gone through an intermediary bank, which put a hefty surcharge on the transaction.
Please inquire at the hotline(back of the letter, they speak English) why this has happened.

sorry guys I have a problem My evisa card have pln currency, and I have a problem with cashout form atm. three days ago I picked up 100€ from the atm, now at https://companynet.mbank.pl/mt/fragments/prepaid/prepaidLogin.jsp?lang=en says: BLOKADA: WYPŁATA GOTÓWKI W BANKOMACIE ZA GRANICĄ but however I received my money... now I have 100€ more to cashout, but the atm says: impossible to carry out the operation, the daily limit has been exceeded  any suggestions ?? p.s. the card results as "active" I never sold MBanks PLN cards. Please contact the person who sold it to you. |

Your debit card is propably blocked.
They do this when something shaddy is going on or when they just feel like it.
You need to get in touch with them and ask why.
There is an english speaking hotline on the back of the letter, but i would do it by registered mail.

There is no need to withdraw fiat from MtGox to make profit on e.g. arbitrage trade. Many people don't get that, which makes it very profitable for the rest of us. Oh, most people get it, dont you worry. I hope everybody keeps on pumping hard cash into the normal exchanges and Gox keeps on sitting on a pile of BTCs. |

1. There is no easy or hard, it depends on the banks involved in the transaction. But usaually ~5 days. 2. The debit cards work with all, but if you value your privacy, id suggest finding an exchange that doesnt want naked pictures and your SSN. 3. Thats one of the best ways to go, the person buying would have to use SWIFT(since you are US based), which unfuckingbelvably takes anywhere from 4-7business days depending on the banks and their very convenient but antiquated stage coach system. |

Die Karten sind dazu da, um der allgegenwärtigen Uberwachung zu entgehen. Wenn du damit Unfug anstellst, werden die genauso wie jede normale Kreditkarte gesperrt und an die ermittelnde Behörden übergeben. |
