Nur wie ich bereits gesagt habe, wer ist auf die Idee gekommen bzw. hat erlaubt, dass BTC wieder freigegeben und ausgezahlt wurden, die möglicherweise mit schmutzigem Geld gekauft worden sind? Oder standen derartige Vorwürfe durch die polnischen Behörden zu dem Zeitpunkt gar nicht im Raum und die saugen sich das jetzt aus den Fingern?
BTC ist keine Währung und da brauchen die Volldeppen sich nichts aus den Fingern zu saugen, für die ist das nichts Anderes als Monopoly Geld. Und die Schätzung von diesem gekauften altem Noobaccount ist völlig daneben. 2Weix investiert auch grade, aber die polnische Staatsanwaltschaft ist nicht grade für ihre Gesprächsbereitschaft bekannt. Was wir machen könnten ist den polnischen Anwalt auf grobe Fahrlässigkeit zu verklage, denn der Vollpfosten hat diese Sache überhaupt erst ins Rollen gebracht. /irony off zum Verklagen Teil. Aber das passiert halt Simon, wenn man absolute Noobs engagiert und btw die Sache in Schland hätte auch anders ausgehen können, nennen wirs einfach Einsicht vom Richter und dem coolen StA, ohne Shit is der im Gegensatz zum polnischen echt locker und verständlich drauf. |

Ein Betrug ist IMMER vorsätzlich, es gibt keinen fahrlässigen Betrug! Der Anwalt Deines Vertrauens wird das gerne bestätigen. Bei den Summen hätte er sich ohne Probleme im Privatjet mit ein paar Koffern aus dem Staub machen können, hat er aber nicht! Jeder Bankraub wäre riskanter gewesen  Ich gehe aber weiterhin davon aus, dass Simon durch pure Blauäugigkeit und Unwissenheit da reingeschlittert ist, also fahrlässig bis grob fahrlässig. IMHO eher letzteres, das wird doch schon durch sein Banken-Hopping klar! Auf jeden Fall ein Idealist, aber die Frage ist, was davon noch übrig ist nachdem er von allen Seiten vergewaltig wurde. |

If a buyer tries to scam you we will not easily refund the buyer when we have no clear evidences that the seller is a scammer. Yeah, there is this 14 days, 10 days or 7 days rule? But generally you put sellers who have been around for quite sometime under general suspicion instead of sokmebody who makes his first buy? |
