You can attach an ASIC to it and make some profits. However, it would consume some energy. You are better off purchasing a raspberry pi since it only uses about 5-6 watts and does the job just fine.

7424  Economy / Auctions / Re: For Sale over 27.5TH ~9 Neptunes on: March 28, 2015, 05:40:57 AM
Not implying OP isn't legit.  Had someone create a name almost like his and try to complete sale with me.
Always check the amount of coins below the name and check the ID is 134328. This kind of things happens very often at auctions and users should always check the user carefully before initiating transactions.

7429  Economy / Lending / Re: ★[No Collateral]★[No Interest]★ Offering Micro-Loans To Everyone! on: March 22, 2015, 02:23:06 PM
lol to be honest, the loan could be paid within 24 hours

Just trying to build reputation here is all

As far as I'm concerned as soon as the funds hit my wallet, they could be sent back to the person, just am wanting to extend my VPN by 7 days so I can continue using my torrent client anonymously

I've come the conclusion I have really come to like Bit Coins and just trying to gain some reputation in all areas of Bit Coins

This just seemed like another important forum to build that on
Yes this is an important forum but reputation building is generally discouraged here and frowned on since most of them ends up being a scam after reputation is built. If you truly want to built reputation, try doing some trading with the forum members and people will trust you eventually. You don't get trusted for taking out loans and repaying them.

7433  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: March 22, 2015, 06:58:37 AM
well, robinhood for sure was huffle...

because he know the exploit and trying to make it naturally but of course PD notice it before he WD all the profit.

withdrawing 1000BTC if he was hufflepuff and i think robinhood was able to withdraw 40BTC before PD stopped all transactions.. yep he stole tons of dollars..

Wow. I heard robin hood got 100+ 2x greens in a row, how is that possible?
He was abusing an exploit which allowed him to have unhashed server seed. He thus knows the result of the next roll.
7434  Economy / Auctions / Re: [WTS] Full member account on: March 22, 2015, 06:35:19 AM
Why don't you just use the bitcointalk account and join a signature campaign? You can earn more than 0.05.
I don't have that much time to post nowadays. I would prefer not to do so.

You are bidding on an full member account.
Rank: Full Member
Trust: Neutral trust.
Activity:130++
Post: 150+ ( Includes more than 20 quality post)
Starting bid: 0.05BTC
Bid Increment: 0.001BTC
Buy it now: 0.1BTC

I am able to give you a signed message from the previous owners.

End date and time: 24/3/2015 5pm forum time or 1 hour after the last bid, whichever is later.

Escrow is accepted and in fact, recommended.

I think you should really raise the end time to a bit more because if nobody bids after an hour, that's loss for you.

That's only my opinion though.
You misunderstood me. I meant the end time will be at 24/3/2015 5pm at the earliest. If someone bid at 4.01, the end time will be 5.01pm. If someone bid at 4.49, the end time will be at 5.49pm if someone bid at 3pm, the end time will be at 5pm.

7437  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.035 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE *New rules on: March 21, 2015, 11:11:09 AM
Considering registrations are closed and considering BTC is stuck at this low price, has a raise of payment been considered?
People are asking this every time bitcoin price goes down. Funny they are not asking about downgrading their payment when bitcoin price goes higher.
And it is not like BTC is 'stuck' it will rise again, just earn coins now, wait for pump and you will be good. The best part of bitmixer's campaign is its stability.

People are greedy. It has always been like this.

There is no reason for Bitmixer to increase payments. 0.035BTC is 0.035BTC no matter what the exchange rate is showing.

Bitcoin fluctuates so much I don't think there is much point in changing the rates and people would be pissed if the opposite happened and their payments were cut. Besides, bitmixer still gets their cut of money in bitcoins regardless of the price so it doesn't make sense to them. I think the 0.0007 is a decent all round price and the on time auto weekly payments seem attractive for many.
Its probably only for full members. For sr members and above, it may not be as attractive since many campaigns offer a much higher price. The smooth payment is quite attractive too.

7440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Host a node on Microsoft Azure on: March 21, 2015, 04:23:00 AM
I get a bit of free credit with Microsoft Azure, so I host a few bitcoin nodes.  Digital Ocean have some good documentation, so I thought id document the steps for MS Azure.  The goal is to have very clear steps that anyone can follow, and the smallest possible foot print / dependencies.

If anyone would like to peer review the steps, they can be found at...

https://github.com/evapeak/bitcoind/blob/master/README.md

Note:  Ill be adding a few more screen shots very soon.

Azure was giving a little bit of a credit a while back when you start.

Digital Ocean if you use high CPU usage be prepared to submit documentation proving your identity if they are like they were.  I know I had just one account and they wanted me to jump through hoops.  But this was in days of cpu mining.
If you have an MSDN invite or admin, you will automatically get $150 credit per month. However, the price is very expensive for bandwidth and the VM.
