I also FOMOd into XVG when it dipped earlier in the year, the very first dip if I can recall, and so far it has been kind to me. It made me back my money the first time it went back up, and when it dipped again,,, I bought again with all the profits. Then it went back up again so I sold to make back all my original investment plus 50% profits.

Now I hold almost double the XVG I bought but the price is so crazy low. No regrets though. If it ATH like all alts can, I make a lot of money. Can it? McAfee said yes

Actually, if I had $100 to throw away,,, and of course I do not! It would be an interesting experiment to spend $5 on 20 shitcoins and see if you make money in the bull run when it comes in 2019 or 2020 hehe.

If even 1 coin makes x20, you already make your money back. The problem is,,, so much management and hassle to find volume for all these stupid tokens. I think I feel better keeping $100 in Bitcoin. At least I know I can use it straight away when I need it.

I do not have the best English on this forum for sure but asking for millions of dollars of crypto, and not being able to use spell check for FAYR distribution, means the project cannot ever achieve serious credibility required for people to trust you. Statistics show about 80% of ICOs are scams, so to make it to even that 20%,,, you have to show more seriousness than this.

Also,,, not the first automated token creation platform. And why would we need that anyway? 2 thousand tokens are not enough?

But even if you are not greedy, what happens when there is sudden spike when you are doing shorts, or what if price flash crash when you are doing longs? It is very tricky because you always psychologically look at stop losses as percentage of price, but with margin, this stop loss can lose you 5% or 10% easy, just for being there when orders all trigger at spikes and crashes.

No point in margin, just be patient,,, it is truly a gamble. Win big, lose bigger.

But this has been the thinking that everybody carried, which led us to this stage where everyone is worried because all they did was SPECULATE.

It is time now to reexamine why we invested in crypto. Did we really believe in the new technologies? Did we really want to use the altcoins? Or did we just want to make profit?

Time to only consider that the market has a limited amount of money. And the wise thing to do is invest in something you know will be used in future.

I am just curious about these whitelabel exchanges,,, how much capital is normally required for an exchange and which platforms or markets do they take the orderbooks from? Not every body has a few hundred BTCs to have for capital or liquidity, so is there a solution for people with minimal capital? And what is this minimal capital?

Honestly speaking, the image of crypto is hurt without anyone telling people about fake ICOs. The public should learn for themselves, just like we all did, not to just simply trust any central ICO. ICOs in general all did not really mean to do the cryptocurrency ideal of being decentralized and free, they all wanted profit. And this is fine. We also all want profit. Good projects with proper philosophy of decentralization actually do not need ICOs. Know this and you can understand that ICOs are businesses, nothing more. Invest with caution.

I see 3 types of new coins. That that seriously want to do good, in which case they actually do not need funds but only need support. These coins do airdrops or they work slowly on blockchain development and teach people to mine and develop use cases. This type of coin almost does not exist any longer,,, the other type of new coin wants to make money so they design some kind of token, and use some idea to build around the coin. They are not really serious about growth or usage, they just want money.

The final type of coin is the one that just expands business into crypto. They want to expand they already have business and they only want to move on. So they raise funds like normal company doing IPO.

Hello friend. Do not worry. What happened was after the end of bounties and ICOs, Global REIT decided to take over all the community management from Amazix, so the old mods and managers handed over all of their work. I did not know this was how it worked with some projects so I also got confused.

Unfortunately this means the threads on bitcointalk are no longer watched but supporters are always updating.

The good news is Telegram still active, just new mods and admins. I actually just finally got a PM from Telegram admin in Global REIT who promises tokens are still being distributed. So we just have to be patient.

Yes,,, I agree with most of the posters about Binance. You can trade and deposit and withdraw with zero difficulties up to a 2 BTC daily limit. That is probably what I will ever need in even 1 year!

Even so,,, just be careful with all exchanges. If Binance one day suddenly ones to change their rules, be prepared to bring your KYC or your funds might be stuck forever. My experience is that anything can happen when you do not expect it so always expect the worse to happen. Never store anything anywhere if you are not prepared to lose it.

Exactly I think positive news has no more effect on altcoins. Every single project I support and every alt I have has nothing but positive news these past few months but none of them move the price anymore. Still we are waiting on Bitcoin to move. The positive side is that now many alts are 90% down from ATH so if you got in late, this is the chance to own those good coins you like. Just be patient, and do not rush and you will not lose money for being impatient.

Tapi kan, kalau melihat prestasi ICO2 yang dilancarkan dalam beberapa bulan ani, sangat mengecewakan hasil jualan token. Tambahan pula, Bitcoin dan Ether harganya sangat rendah, mungkin ramai pelabur cuma menunggu saat harga kembali ke asal. Sebabnya, 10 ETH sekarang belum sampai $3,000 tapi kalau tunggu sampai harga naik sedikit walaupun setengah ATH, sudah berupa $7,000. Jauh bezanya. Apapun kami tunggu sahaja, mengharap yang terbaik dan terus menyokong projek ini. Aku rasa, semua projek ICO tengah risau sekarang.

I think NEO was almost $200 but it really quite reached those points, except on some exchanges. It is hard to say now, so many altcoins are 95% DOWN from the ATH, so if you believe they will recover, then you can buy them and get x20 which is amazing returns. Even if they only become half the ATH you are looking at x10.

But will this happen? I do not really think so. This is the season when tokens that cannot find use or support will die.

Bitcoin is always #1 as we can all see,,, which is why I always faithfully choose Bitcoin in any time I can add a small bit of investment. Ethereum does look good now also but practically all the alts I already hold I feel is a good moment to add at these cheap prices. Litecoin, Monero, very good coins that will always bounce back sooner or later. Waves also extremely good and I like older coins like Gbyte which has not finished distribution.

Tapi memang sudah diberitahu ICOnya hanya di Q4 2018, jadi paling awal pun bulan Oktober nanti, bermaksud masih ada sekurang-kurangnya 5 minggu sebelum bounty program berakhir.
