761  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [LIST] Exchanges that support/use multisig technology on: August 22, 2016, 05:03:23 PM
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't bitfinex also have the multisig but despite that ended up getting hacked ?
762  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Another shooting in a Florida nightclub on: August 22, 2016, 04:55:57 PM
Gun laws don't solve the psychopath problem, but it will atleast solve the availability of weapons to those psychopaths. The France truck case was a different case. Atleast the guy who fired on the nightclub wouldn't have driven the truck inside to kill. Without the availability of weapons he probably wouldn't have even done it.

Chicago IL
Detroit MI

Those two places have the worst gun violence in the Northwest hemisphere and the strictest gun laws in the USA. Please explain how gun laws keep guns away from psychopaths?
I am not sure of those 2 places, but maybe the gun laws were implemented after a lot of guns being used ?
There will always be counterexamples. I am not saying gun laws will solve everything, but will atleast bring it under control to some extent.
763  Economy / Services / Re: WTB Gmail accounts, $0.10 each In BTC on: August 22, 2016, 01:56:35 PM
A brand new account offering to buy gmail accounts and promising to pay after its sent in most cases is almost always a scam. Use escrow or have him send the money first if you are Jr. Member+
764  Economy / Gambling / Re: Scam casinos list / not paying casinos on: August 22, 2016, 01:46:42 PM
I would suggest adding a note in the op for any sites not covered in the list.

"If You are new to gambling and don't know about a particular site being a scam or not. Then do you own research by googling the name and going to the ANN thread on btctalk and looking at the last few comments on the thread to see the state of the site"
765  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Gambling Discrimination on: August 22, 2016, 01:45:21 PM
Happened to me a lot. Whenever I tell someone I play poker or gamble to earn money, they start judging me like crazy. So I have stopped telling people that, and only mention about poker to my close friends.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying Options for bitcoin on: August 22, 2016, 01:40:38 PM
The above mentioned sites aren't exactly for options.

i am not yet found a market exchange that giving Options for bitcoin, because as far as i know, its only available in stock. maybe for next year, there are a service that provide Options for bitcoin. for the honest, i really don't know how to trade with Options, maybe i will learn from the book.
I believe its because bitcoin is volatile, so anyone selling options is probably taking a lot of risk specially because he could be giving these away in bulk.
767  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2016-08-15] ToI: Here's why Bitfinex's recovery plan may not succeed on: August 16, 2016, 07:56:14 PM

Both elements of the plan are open to legal challenge, lawyers said. Imposing losses on customers who were not hacked appears to go against the company's terms of service, said Ryan Straus, a Fenwick & West lawyer
[/i]

This sort of is a very strong point. They can't just take funds from everyone and spread the 36% of losses like this. Have they commented yet on how the exchange was hacked or the 2 sigs were compromised ?
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: August 16, 2016, 07:54:02 PM

You are a real whale and gamble guru, btw, how much you have earned so far by gambling.
He confirmed his address above: https://etherchain.org/account/0xd502d15f469689a39f7c780421fd15fde2c52e43

Seems he is already up more than 100K which is a lot since this thread started. One hell of a gambling story.
769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: PumpTeam.Net - Elite Group of Pumpers on: August 16, 2016, 07:50:37 PM
Well, its been over a month since I first posted. I have been gotten in on 4 of their pumps and I can honestly say I have made over 10% profit in just a few minutes. It seems legit to me but I try to be careful about it. I like that they consistently post the results of the vote and the results of the pump on their twitter feeds.

I am waiting to hear from someone who has actually lost money from the pumps but I haven't seen anything yet. Just the same old trolls.

Care to share what coins were part of the pump ? We can actually see how good it was by looking at the chat history for the coins, and the volumes traded during the pump hour.
770  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: August 16, 2016, 07:24:36 PM
I'm impressed. This site views very awesome. I hope I can watch this site grow. I just wish it had a faucet
Sportsbetting sites don't have a faucet.

Update to the Load more button, I tried but still didn't show. This is the page I see the button on: https://sportsbet.io/sports/live

Which browser though?

Been using Chrome. Don't have any problems like this on any other site. Sometimes it gets difficult when I want to bet on an upcoming match and I can't expand that list.

772  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: August 15, 2016, 04:32:25 PM
Whats happening with the Chelsea game?

I was going to put a bet on yesterday when the odds were (I think) 1.6 and this looked better than competitors (paddy power, nitro etc)

now the odds are 1.5 which isn't great (paddy power offering 4/7)

Are these odds going to get closer or did i miss my chance to bet yesterday lol
Probably odds won't increase now. Sportsbooks change their odds based on the bets they get and the risk involved. If someone bet a big amount on Chelsea, then you will see a drop in the odds on the same right after.
773  Economy / Gambling / Re: New script on: August 15, 2016, 04:30:39 PM
Have you considered doing the tests with test net coins ? They are free, and its on an alternative blockchain.
Here is the site for more information: http://tpfaucet.appspot.com/

how does that work? how can i test my script there?

I am not a developer, so I am not sure. But since its advertised to be like bitcoin, I suppose the source code of the two would be very similar, so if you have figured adding bitcoins to your script, then it should be similar for testnet coins.
774  Economy / Services / Re: GKV9's Vouch Copies - REVIEWING Service! on: August 15, 2016, 04:13:16 PM
I wouldn't trust a single person doing all the reviews or vouches(specially with neg trust). Its like CNET's case where the companies paid them to give good reviews and that basically made a lot of people upset because of it.
775  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitfinex legal obligations to users on: August 15, 2016, 04:11:17 PM
So Im hearing that all US users at Bitfinex account are now frozen.
Any United States users that can confirm this?
From an article at merkel I recently read, it doesn't seem they had their accounts banned, just that a lot of of them had problems with withdrawing or trading on the website.

777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VIP TIPS (all with payment) W3-L3 on: August 15, 2016, 03:43:27 PM
The full thread just stinks of someone who can't actually make any money gambling; the only way he can make money is by charging other suckers.

*anyone* can show a half decent run with football betting when you're betting on the favourites. But a loss every 2-3 games is going to put you into losses overall... the only winner here is the tipster.

Its painfully obvious he's no fucking clue what he's doing as well, jumping from random league to random league.  Its not even like he's trading off expert knowledge of one league ffs, one minute he's telling you to bet on Japanese 2nd division and the next its a Malaysian cup game, then a schoolboys game in Wales  Grin
Have to agree with this, the record for this is terrible , specially because you are charging 0.005 for it, and I see no reason why would you even charge that unless you don't trust them yourself.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top ten AltCoins on: August 15, 2016, 03:10:33 PM
Top ten in regard to what ? My top ones so far have been:
ETH
DRK
LTC
and
DOGE. A lot of other coins too, but these are what I have mostly tested and played around with.

Have you tried clearing your cookies or try using other browsers. Could you show us a screenshot of what you're seeing so we could help you more on your problem.
I think I tried that last week, will get back home and confirm. Basically when I clicked on it, it just didn't load anything. However the first homepage did(for upcoming matches), so I doubt its the cookies, but I will check and post here.
780  Economy / Digital goods / Re: *** Starbucks Physical Cards 30%*** on: August 15, 2016, 02:50:53 PM
If you have the receipts and the physical gift cards to show, doesn't Starbucks offer you your cashback or some cashout way to get the money back instead of selling it to other people ?
