761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Exchange Alternatives - What Are The Best Ones Out There? on: September 20, 2019, 04:20:12 AM
I think a couple list of exchanges on your blog is no longer the best.

Coinbase is limited only to American citizens.

Poloniex has been abandoned by many traders, especially when they no longer have a trollbox (forgetting the exact name, a chat place for fellow traders), many issues there and the most severe is the ticket support that takes a long time to response.

CEX I don't use them after their shut down the mining.

At the moment I prefer to use Bittrex Binance and Indodax (local exchange on my area).

But @OP is discussing alternative exchanges so it's only natural that  exchanges mentioned @OP are still unfamiliar or don't have much interest. From  exchange you mentioned Bittrex and Binance are still one of primary exchanges and cannot be called an alternative exchange. Maybe for me an alternative exchange is an exchange that is still relatively new and has a good reputation in near future.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: September 20, 2019, 03:09:06 AM
of course if the gambling that we do is very excessive it can affect your personal reputation because most of the time we have can only be spent on gambling and the community can assess the activities we do as negative activities that are not good to be used as an example that should be emulated

That is why we need to control ourselves in gambling so we can prevent the bad reputation that might happen in our society. The society in our communities will not know what we did in our home because we don't gamble in every day. If we can do other things with our society, they will not think that we are gamblers because they don't know our activity in our home or in out there. But if we tell them that sometimes we were playing gambling, then they will think that we are a gambler and we might get a bad reputation.

The point is we should not rule out community life just because we do business at home, sometimes many online businesman close themselves at home and are anti-social because of their busy online business. Although I own several online businesses, I don't forget to mingle with other communities.

If they question my online business, then I will be honest about it. As long as we don't forget to contribute to the community environment by helping each other. When we make a positive contribution to society, that society will respect us.
763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the best free source for market data on: September 19, 2019, 04:28:42 PM
I'm looking for high-quality market data source where I can pull the history of top 100 coins and also get live data

I wonder if there is any free source you guys know about?

There are many similar sites like coinmarketcap and there are a variety of different data presented by these sites.  The data presented is indeed not far adrift but at least there is a picture of an estimated price. And if you want more accurate and real-time data, then I agree with  suggestion @pooya87 to use API of some exchanges that you want to analyze because indeed some exchanges already support API for their customers.

Or use some of sites below:

764  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: September 19, 2019, 01:42:39 PM
I would highly suggest people to just bet small amounts right after a big win and than keep increasing that amount the more it stays under 2, eventually you will hit a high wagered but than there will be a huge win as well which would recover all of it.

Well maybe that is your best strategy, but here many gamblers have their respective strategies which may be more profitable. I myself like your suggestion not to bet big amount after winning, so far I will return initial amount after big win. The strategy that I run is almost similar to Martingale, but initial amount bet starts below 1.
765  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial crisis 2.0 - What will happen to bitcoin in the next crisis? on: September 19, 2019, 12:18:11 PM
I think Satoshi had created Bitcoin because of the financial problem and instability back then that is  why he created a peer to peer digital transaction that will surely take away some tax for a free transaction that you can surely say that it is fair, Well I guess Bitcoin will sure survive this financial Crisis at hand even though Bitcoin's price might have a slight downfall because of this, in my opinion, it will still surge in increasing just like the  way it does, And we already know the volatileness of Bitcoin so why a sudden fear.

I understand what you mean about satoshi, but situation bitcoin is still in area of doubt for investors where they still have uncertainty to put their money in bitcoin when crisis takes place. Maybe for investors and crypto players already know how bitcoin runs with high volatility, but how do people who are outside of this crypto who do not even know crypto more closely. If we see, there are still many whales who are not familiar with and convinced of bitcoin.

Well, I'm sure this big investor will still trust gold compared to bitcoin because gold is able to survive when country's financial turmoil worsens.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do or Die for ETH on: September 18, 2019, 10:55:31 AM
~snipp

Yes, that is normal, but for some people, they cannot accept the ETH price is at a low price. They want to get a profit from ETH, but they cannot realize that they cannot always get it from ETH. The market still volatile, and that happens too with ETH price. So if they can be patient and still wait, I think soon they will see ETH price will start to increase because I am sure that ETH is one of the potential coins that will be able to hit the highest price again.

Whatever it was,but Ethereum is one of the best coins that really benefits the entire crypto community. As dapp develops, the price will grow accordingly. So patience is really the key to success.

I understand that everyone here is hoping for an return, and fall in price of ETH is not only because of bitcoin, but because of decline in investor interest in participating in crowdfunding. Actually all of this correlates with each other, where investor interest affects crypto including bitcoin and bitcoin affects altcoin. So if there happen is a decline in investor interest and price of bitcoin then it is certain that altcoin will follow direction of both of these trends, so this is normal now.
767  Economy / Gambling / Re: BSpin.io | Bitcoin Casino | Instant deposits | Slots, Games and Lottery on: September 18, 2019, 06:21:01 AM
Today is the last day of current round, and we will see more people withdraw their money from BSpin.io. Consequently, we will also see more sharing experience on withdrawals here tomorrow. I agree with lots of commenters above, that 0.005 BTC is not a issue, at all, because it worths around $50 with rate of Bitcoin at $10200. Fortunately, nowadays, you can move your bitcoin with just a few cents of transaction fees.

I'm a members rank user earning around $20 worth Satoshi, with 2weeks participating in campaigns I still won't be able to withdraw my funds. The campaign will be ending this week how them are we (member ranked users) will be able to withdraw our funds when minimize is $50. They should consider reducing the minimum withdrawal amount. 0.005 is an issue for me.

Well I think developer can consider your opinion about withdrawal. But if developer can't make what you want, then you can't do anything to withdraw your funds unless you deposit some funds to reach minimum withdrawal. Or you can send a ticket to withdraw your funds and prove that you participated in their signature campaign.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "Provably Fair": How Fair & Provable is it? on: September 17, 2019, 02:35:05 PM
Just verifying if the Server SEED hash is really the hash of the Server SEED is enough to tell if the casino isn't lying:
(...)
So it is still possible that casinos are still lying for example, there are 2 out of 10 that are fake SEEDS they generated for a user?
Because I tried some gambling website which you can re-generate your seed anytime, but the problem here is how about those user who didn't even bother try to verified their seed anymore because on the first, second generated seeds are all fine and verified.

Only portion of users will not verify seed, but not with most other users. Surely there are some users who will verify each seed so they will find if there is scam on the site. So if some of these users don't want to bother verifying seeds, then they only need to monitor the reputation of the site they use.
769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's up with Gemini? on: September 17, 2019, 11:54:55 AM
Try to analyze any reviews available on the internet.

I looked some at some reviews and don't want to share my thoughts after reading some since we might have different conclusions. All I can say is, they are regulated.

But you know, why Gemini? There are other more exchange. What features of them did you see that's why you become interested?

From  analysis I got from several sites and feedback, I feel Gemini is quite good in service. Maybe this site will be a coinbase rival in  future, at least we can give trust to this site to develop. Moreover, this company was founded in  US which has pretty strict regulations for every new company.

We are a licensed digital asset exchange and custodian built for both individuals and institutions. We are a New York trust company regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYSDFS). Gemini is a fiduciary and subject to the capital reserve requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and banking compliance standards set forth by the NYSDFS and the New York Banking Law.
770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin future on: September 16, 2019, 02:22:23 PM
If you question function, I think bitcoin will still function in next 10 years, but about what bitcoin prices will be in next 10 years I can't predict it because there are many aspects that will affect price of bitcoin in next 10 years. If you want to invest in bitcoin it is better to first learn basic knowledge about bitcoin, if you already are sure, please invest some of your money.

Correct me if I am wrong, I do believe that you are referring to the second one I mentioned and that is the future value of bitcoin. There are many speculations as to what will be the value of bitcoin next year , 3 years from now, after 5 years or 10 years. But one thing is clear now since the bubble and hype is already over we can assume that we will be seeing a bearish move on bitcoin on the coming years.

There are many unexpected surprises in bitcoin, how do you believe that market will be bearish in future. If you were here before 2017 surely you also did not expect that bitcoin will touch exceptional ATH, well that's what might happen in future, unexpected things like 2017 ago. Hype and bubbles can come at any time, maybe when some whales want it back.
771  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: September 16, 2019, 10:00:18 AM
Blockchain is indeed being predicted will replace old bank system. But Blockchain has not yet passed trials in all respects, implementing a new system in a bank is not an easy thing, everything must be calculated with both profit and loss. Some banks also need to first adjust to blockchain system while waiting for results of research to come out, so it takes quite a long time for the consideration to become complex.

If this was the case, banks would be already actively working on it, they would show some prototypes, make network tests, create joint groups and so on - but there's nothing like that now. All we had in these years is just a few banks saying that they are interested in blockchain and nothing more. Maybe it all was just a stunt to boost their image, as blockchain was very hyped in 2017. Anyway, blockchain has to prove itself on a smaller scale first, but it failed to do so for many years already.

Maybe there should be encouragement from one of banks to start using blockchain, at least there is one concrete evidence that blockchain system is able to run well within bank. Although it cannot be implemented immediately, at least other banks have a clear picture of how blockchain system works within bank making it easier for them to conduct research in implement this blockchain system.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 16, 2019, 05:11:23 AM
Unfortunately, particularly in the world of sports predictions, the majority are often right.
No doubt the majority few times getting it wrong in the out come of a bet where the odd difference is very much, but what I was driving at is that we can also depend on our own sense of judgement in games since we the one staking if we should take responsibility for any outcome the game brings
Before you consider sticking to your own decision or following instinct especially in sports bet, be sure to take the risk and ensure you have the money to waste at that point, because obviously those high number of predictors are always 80% accurate. It is always better to follow them and loose than to go with your judgment and lose at the same time. If you lose following your mind, you will always find yourself to blame because deep down, you know it was avoidable.

I have never gone against majority in gambling, although most majority opinion has led me to failure and I wish I obeyed my mind but thinking back to the times obedience made me win, I never regret staying with the crowd.

If you never fight majority, you will never be able to learn independently in gambling. Indeed, most important thing is end result, but if you always think of victory when with many people then you will never get experience in gambling. Pro gambler has extraordinary abilities because of his experience, they have gone through various losses and ignored lure of profits from predictor for become independent.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Blocks US Customers - Where Will Crypto Traders Go Now? on: September 16, 2019, 03:48:26 AM
I think they just want to polish the name of the business. because immediately Binance created an exchange binance link for Americans, that is Binance.us
Americans are currently trading a lot of coins up to the present time. Therefore, they will never ignore such good customers.
I think Binance customers in US are being controlled by the government so this exchange does just this to make it more accessible for investors. The US market is very potential, so any exchange wants to own a large number of investors because this is the country using the most Crypto in the world. I personally believe that Binance US will be the best solution for US investors

Actually not controlled, but US government does not want to miss business in crypto exchange, so US government tightens tax rules for crypto players there. We know that US has a very complex taxation system, so I think that US government looks at everything towards business.

And well, Binance is smart enough to build innovation in crypto exchange where when others exchanges choose to run away from US customers, Binance instead views it as a new business opportunity.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Have An Exit Plan In Playing Gamble? on: September 15, 2019, 02:36:55 PM
When I am able to generate consistent profits in other businesses and of course far more than gambling profits, maybe that's when I will stop gambling and occupy myself in other businesses. It might be quite difficult to leave gambling for someone who is very addicted to gambling, but I'm sure someday he will come to his senses by himself.

And maybe for some people who are not married, they will start to stop gambling after marriage because they cannot continue that bad habit. They will think that needs in family are more important than gambling, well everyone has their own plans in future.

If you are a chronic gambler, you will have a hard time planning your exit plan, you will not even think of crerating a plan, only a proffesional psychiarist can help a chronic gambler to plan his exit, I'm lucky that I am not a chronic gambler, I can plan easily how can I plan my exist, I can replace it with online gaming which is very popular with all my friends.

I think it could be, a chronic gambler out of his gambling habit. It's just that it takes quite a long time, chronic gamblers will come out when they already feel bored with gambling and that's when they realize that they are doing bad habits. Everyone has restrictions, including limitations in addiction, someone surely have boredom.
775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Triangular Arbitrage on Binance still profitable ? on: September 15, 2019, 11:17:59 AM
I myself used to use bots in trading and well it is true, bots are profitable but that is not much, maybe only 1-2% of traded capital. But I experienced a disaster at that time, when I was busy and did not control bot that I run, at same time market changed due to whale and my bot was chaotic, my capital began to be eat by the bot.

So in my opinion, bots are really good if you are reliable enough to make a trading strategy, surely you need to think carefully in making complex algorithms so that no leaks occur when bot is run.
776  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain developers hiring trends on: September 15, 2019, 08:05:27 AM
That is truly an informative post users who have been with plans of becoming a blockchain developer will know the opportunities that are available globally. This will also give some positive energy to work hard to be one among the blockchain developers working for the top companies. Even with the job search portals we can see lot of requirements for blockchain development.

Well moreover blockchain is a technology that is still fairly new, of course competition is still low compared to other developers. But behind that, blockchain developers have extraordinary challenges in learning blockchain technology due to limited learning space for blockchain developers.

I see a lot of companies hiring for blockchain developers on LinkedIn, but it's not balanced because blockchain developers are still limited. I myself will try to learn more about this technology, because I believe blockchain has good potential in future for developers and world.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could a nonprofit school do an ICO? on: September 15, 2019, 06:13:15 AM
If there was a small group of customers (families and prospective families), would that shorten the time for the ICO? Looking for creative fundraising ideas for a small private school that lost its building. Thanks!
You don't have to do that there are sites like GOFUNDME me for donations, once you set up an ICO the investors expect a return of their investment, ICO should never be used for fundraising without a platform or project that will generate profits for investors, you can ask for donations and just ask stable coins like Bitcoin or Eth.

GoFundMe I think is right solution for @OP to build a school building. Because so far I haven't found a nonprofit ICO, most of them run on a business basis for profit. If there really is, I don't think anyone will donate funds because nonprofit ICOs are more suspected of being a scam if there are no real facts.

So for @OP it's better to register on GoFundMe site and make a fundraiser to build a school building and then please promote it in several forums, maybe there are generous people who want to help.
778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: People are tired of talking about Binance.... on: September 15, 2019, 04:29:58 AM
There will always be something better that will come out.
Sure thing Binance made some major trouble with what happened to them.

There is a sad part though. Kucoin have been there for a long time and yet people picked Binance over it. So why Kucoin now? Same with Coinbase Pro. It was sitting there and no one is noticing it but because of the hype of Binance everything switched over.
I guess we learned a lesson here. Stop supporting the hype.

Haha I think you're right, it seems like people have been affected by hype binance so that their attention is diverted to binance and doesn't look at other exchanges. Honestly, maybe I was also affected by hype yesterday but on other hand I still believe in KuCoin as my main exchange in trading. I like Binance because some of CZ's work programs are quite interesting but it seems like it's just a hype bait.
779  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. on: September 15, 2019, 03:50:39 AM
Anybody knows if Sportsbet provide any profit sharing to investors?
I am looking an alternative to YOLOdice...
I do not think they do. If they would then I would spot it. I spent good amount of time in their site.
Agreed with what he said. Few years ago, when Sportsbet.io was just a new gambling site in the market, I already look for any profit sharing scheme that it could be offering but they don't have any of it.
When they launched their site they didn't seem to have any problems with their bankroll and they're spending a lot of money on promotions I don't think they need investors or would open up in the near future.

For alternatives the best way to look for one is to check gambling sites that has dice because all bitcoin sportsbook doesn't have bankroll investments.

Yeah right, now SportsBet has established a good reputation, so I don't think they will try to find investors unless their finances are not stable. There has been some discussion about gambling investments, I will give him a few threads that might help him in finding a gambling site.

780  Economy / Economics / Re: INFLATION IN THE UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRIES on: September 14, 2019, 10:32:59 AM
I think it could have been if government of that country was smart enough to spin economy without relying on other countries. One of them is in technology, technology provides hope that can restore a country's economy, but country must make an extraordinary innovation like what has been done by other developed countries such as US, Japan, China, etc.

From these technological innovations they are able to boost level of country's economy, without having to sell natural resources to other countries.

I would not say that the in=inflation rate in all these under developed countries is as a result of them selling to countries with good economy, look at china, china has a very good economy and they are far developed, most of their produced are not only sold to countries with good economy, but also sold to countries that are under developed.

One thing that has jet china out of inflation is the level of their corruption that is low, china has been able to curtail corruption that every agencies knows the right thing to do, but these under developed countries, when they get the chance to sell their resources, they end up squandering the moment rather than them using it for something that will be of benefit to their country and things that would make inflation be controlled.

Yeah right, corruption is indeed a major problem for every country, corruption hinders economic development that was previously well planned. China is one of developed countries, so naturally their country's corruption level is low, most of the biggest corruption is in developing countries. Developing countries still have many imperfect government systems, so this is exploited by irresponsible individuals who end up harming their own country.
