761  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 08, 2017, 03:34:25 AM
most people would choose invest to grow because the investment is intended for long-term gain, but if the situation I own a lot of money and can secure the future of life, I would prefer to save because I wanted to spend all my time with family
if I own a lot of money I would still invest a small portion of my money to some legit and good business. investment is always a good think and smart move in business point of view. savings can finish anytime if you don't have any income. and investment gives you income and increase your savings.

Still to invest is the way to go. We need to invest for our future plans and needs. Investment is anticipating a future needs that we need to spend and we are doing it now by investing.Saving without investing is not a good move,we will be losing by the inflation.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a crypto enthusiast? What has driven you into becoming one? on: February 07, 2017, 04:42:40 AM
Yes I am a crypto enthusiast and what drives me to be one is that of the opportunity to earn. As a student , this really helps me to augment my allowance. Also I learn trading here and still learning new strategy to earn. This bitcoin really amazed me.
763  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask Satoshi Any Questions ? on: February 06, 2017, 11:46:09 PM
My first question is :

Are you really Craig Wright? Since all the news and events most likely points to Craig, there is a big possibility that he is, but we need a confirmation Smiley

Second question since it is debated already for a long time : What will you do with your BTC you mined? Some suggest that you destroyed it. Its closed to a billion dollar already at current price.

764  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin address should be hidden ? on: February 06, 2017, 11:31:42 PM
Maybe they want to maintain their anonymity and do not want their address to be associated with their personal social media account.Once your bitcoin address is identified with you, they can check your bitcoin transaction/ received in blockchain etc Smiley

Or, they are hiding the address because its not their btc wallet, they just copied it just a proof in marketing something. You can not verify their claims if this is the case Smiley
765  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Use Kraken, do not use Coinbase. Coinbase is horrible. on: February 06, 2017, 11:19:21 PM
Many people use Coinbase as their wallet, not as a trading website, so Kraken isn't alternative them. Mostly people use Coinbase just because they are offering free transactions. Trading on Coinbase even isn't available for many countries. I agree that their customer service isn't, but isn't the worst. If you want to resolve your issue, sometimes you need to attack them with support request through all available methods - not only support email, but also Twitter, Facebook and so on.

Correct sir,Coinbase is mostly used just a wallet but you can trade also but not a good one and as you point out its not available on other countries. If you have issues with coinbase, you can always contact their support as in my experience customer support is fine. There are delays but i understand they are attending many customers. Kraken is a good trading exchange platform, its fast and reliable too just like other active exchanges.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitKey: New Linux Distro for Bitcoin on: February 05, 2017, 01:48:46 AM

767  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading places on: February 05, 2017, 12:13:45 AM
Agree with bittrex Poloniex and c-cex as I am trading there. But these days,c-cex has some shit coins added as what I observed, but I assured that after no performance they  will removed those coins for some cleanup. There are also new exchanges like kraken and liqui, so far they are ok but not enough trader.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Ways To Earn Bitcoin on: February 04, 2017, 11:45:40 PM
Joining Multi Level Marketing,HYIP's cloud mining etc. I found this group that pays bitcoin but of course it is not recommended as it turns into scam in the long run most of them. Also you can join in affiliate marketing that pays bitcoin.
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is no "proper" price for bitcoin on: February 04, 2017, 09:21:30 AM
Of course, there is no "proper" price for bitcoin. It is the market that dictates it,the law of supply and demand.Price is volatile, someone can dump his bitcoins whenever he wants nor pump if he has a substantial amount of bitcoin. As we know,no one controls the bitcoin.
770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make governments accept bitcoin? on: February 04, 2017, 02:23:06 AM
This thing would be hard to happen and hard to implement, since the government concern is to hold and have a control to every currency that they have where in if the bitcoin is publicized the control of the finance of the country will not be monitored, the money that come in and out to the country will not the recorded as what we have in traditional way or like what we have now. And I guess there were countries now that do not allow to use bitcoin to circulate in their country, there were few but I guess it may increase once government notice that bad advantage of it.

I fully agree with you, its hard for government to convince to used and accept bitcoin, a currency which the government cannot control and regulate. It is a disadvantage to any government in that case unless something will happen that a government truly become a government of the people.

Like in the TV series Mr. Robot, they created their own coin the E-coin to rival bitcoin since they fear that bitcoin was controlled by Chinese Smiley

773  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: February 02, 2017, 11:40:40 PM
Laundering can be done through any type of currency especially with bitcoin, because bitcoin is biggest value coin where huge money can be transferred in single transaction through bitcoin, but it is not possible with fiat currency. Bulk transaction can be easily identified by banks, so it is very hard to transfer bulk transaction with fiat currency.

Are you sure it is impossible? There are maaany ways you can do this with fiat. You do not need to carry a million banknotes in a bag in order to transfer $1.000.000 to someone else without anyone knowing about it. But criminals existed even before Bitcoin, so it's certainly not the only way to launder money..

That true, not only for bitcoin that you can launder money. But now, with bitcoin it is very easy and anonymous that is why there are many transaction in dark web doing illegal services to selling illegal substance and bitcoin is payment.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: money or not? on: February 02, 2017, 01:19:03 AM
I agree with them, skip the economics of Bitcoin instead focus on the technical aspect, to make use of the experience and knowledge in due time.  It is related to your course, so having an experience towards this kind of stuff and added in your portfolio will make it attractive to your future employer.  You can try reading Bitcoin Whitepaper to start your journey here Smiley

I agree also on this aspect, as a student myself I am also for the experience. Someone advised me also that I will pursue what I love to do and compensation will be rewarding at the end.If you master your field and be known to it, they will come and find you.
775  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: February 01, 2017, 05:42:17 AM
Don't keep all your eggs in one basket, it is not wise and good decision for you because no body don't what is going to happen tomorrow. So please find all possible ways like Bitcoin investment, Trading, Shares, Real estates, Pharma, Coal industries. From all these you will get profits.

Thats true. Diversification is the key in investing. I would suggest in investing  in the top 20 persofrming stocks or the blue chips with at least 15 - 20% earning a year, yes real estate also, and in bitcoin. Also, if you want to try cryptocurrency trading, its a worth to try and also you can gain knowledge in trading.
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin prevent crime? on: January 26, 2017, 04:32:19 AM
it's the opposite due to the decentralized nature and thus more hard to control, it's strengthen the crime activity

yes due to decentralization, it wouldnt prevent crime. since it will be so hard to control the in and out of bitcoins. its hard to control all the transaction and due to this, bitcoin can be a MEDIUM or TOOL to do crime or any illegal activities.  since identities are hidden, so it will be a great way for criminals (or people who have criminal minds) to do an illegal acts. and sadly, this is the biggest DISADVANTAGE of bitcoin and decentralization.

Yes, that is true with bitcoin anonymity bitcoin can not prevent crime, in addition it can used as a tool to encourage make a crime. Bitcoin is simply lioke our fiat money. Whatever you do with yopur money, whether for fraud or not its up to you.

778  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: January 26, 2017, 12:00:10 AM
if you true have 2 million dollar, is good youre open real business
about bitcoin you can self mining, farm mining, maybe 10k dollar you can invset to mining bitcoin
10k dollar again , you can use bitcoin trading
and another money you can use real bussiness and offline business

Two Million dollar is a huge capital if you are going to invest that all and I would suggest that you have to diversify it. For in my opinion bitcoin mining is my list priority to invest as it is very expensive to operate now a days including the rising cost of electricity, maintenance, hardware equipment etc. You can put your money in real stocks, mutual funds, bonds etc or some fixed assets. Some maybe in equities, and a portion in bitcoin. It is also good to buy a land and development it into farms, residential or real estate venture.
779  Other / Politics & Society / Re: GOODBYE OBAMA ! on: January 23, 2017, 10:16:10 AM
President of a divided USA in his tenure police brutality against black people has risen so exponentially and nothing was done to stop. He is all talk and no action. He should be a war criminal for dropping bombs on innocent civilians.

Same sentiments here. He has drop more bombs under his administration or during his two term tenure. Though he has done good also but seems they created more enemy than friends.I like some of Presidents policies and the are nice family. Smiley

Good luck and God Bless on your new private life Mr President!
780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitrage Strategies on: January 21, 2017, 12:59:21 AM
Finding out gaps in price levels in different exchanges would be the simplest form of arbitrage trading.
Also some people are suggesting to trade series different altcoins and finding out profits through irrational ratios. But I have tried only the first type of arbitrage trading.

Arbitrage trading will be easily profitable as it does not require time to wait. But finding out such arbitrage opportunity would be the catch in it.

I agree but before you do arbitrage trading, you have to research first and check some factors that may affect your trading. For example, you have to check if the wallet is OK,the volume to be traded since you might lose on charges and fees. How long will it take to transfer funds? Sometimes, too long waiting time results to losses.
