761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TokoCrypto Launchpad What's about? on: April 13, 2021, 10:44:37 AM
TKO has good price today. The increase of Bitcoin gives us the bottom price to accumulate Tokocrypto token.  Bottom in btc and it is opportunity to buy, hold and wait for its recovery.

I don't expect any x rise from bottom for this token in few coming weeks. 50% is good enough. If you have free capital, no plan to use it in next 6 months you can hold this exchange-based token. Exchanges will help their tokens rise in prices. Tokocrypto is supported by Binance too.

If you want a safer entry, wait for the top of Bitcoin and buy instantly when Bitcoin starts to crash.
TKO is already 22.5x of the ICO price. The circulating supply is 15% and not privilege to information on holders of the coin, time and process of distribution to investors. I would have considered it as good coin to purchase cause most coin on binance had already made remarkable profit this year. If bitcoin should pick up from here we might see dump for some
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honest opinion poll about the potential of NFT on: April 12, 2021, 09:24:13 PM
NFT at the moment is enjoying a bubble but after it settles the real NFT project will stand out to survive through the bear. The use cases are strong ones especially for online purchase of Arts and Gaming, If the project is built around it, not like some that readjust the coin used case to exploit the hype, they could likely thrive. Cryptocurrency space do not need as many NFT coins or projects as we already have
763  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria Local Board {Official language, Pidgin} on: April 12, 2021, 05:39:42 PM
For me eh na binance oh
Binance na ogbenge exchange and I nor think sey e get any Naija peep wey dey trade crypto wey nor get account with dem. My main problem with dem be the high fees wey dem dey take to transfer BTC out. Dat standby commission wey don dey since long time Imo River na die! If you convert am for naira na almost N12k oh. But me I nor know wetin dem dey collect for escrow sha as I never use Binance for P2P before.
Binance na iron hand for the crypto matter, for the 9ja sef e nor get who dey follow am drag. But their fees dey tear shirt normally nai make me dey taya for them. Make them try review their high fees o. You don try BrainbossExchange? Na blast for the p2p life normally, no long story...btc for fiat instant payment
Except for ethereum and Bitcoin transaction, other transaction fee are relative low compare with other exchanges and I consider it as the main selling point for binance among others. Have u tried their P2P transaction compare with other local exchanges, fast, secure and low transaction fee. It provide a good exchange rate and can trade as high as 50 million naira in one transaction. Interesting I still some people looking for where to sell their bitcoin within the country with such provision available
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are good for investing? on: April 12, 2021, 11:50:26 AM

The Sovryn (SOV) Bitcoin Defi project is about to open this April 13. A lot of users on their channel seem to be bullish for this project, they are saying its going to be BIG. Not shilling but you may also look at it to see how detailed their documentation here. https://wiki.sovryn.app/en/home

I suggest to invest in Binance Coin which recently the most important and significant Coin. Binance coin price now more than $450 dollars and it would be hitted more than &500 within running month.

An investor might wanna wait for it to calm down first before investing to BNB yet. It had really jump quickly and this is all because of the ETH high gas fee but when ETH updates and gas fees are lowered, the investors may fly back to ETH leaving BNB to dip.
How can I buy Sovryn (SOV)?
Sovryn will  be publicly traded on their platform on April 13th only, with SOV/BTC liquidity pool. The little delay was the coin transaction problem, which had been resolved. The price is at 3-4$ at the moment but the bitcoin defi narrative is capable of an explosive pump as it enters the market. Institutions are showing great interest with a lot of acquisition
765  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex cannot change the email address assigned to an account on: April 11, 2021, 09:26:57 PM
Whenever I hear about Poloniex, pretty much 90% of what I hear are bad news.

Just screw that exchange altogether, and just move to Binance or FTX if you need an exchange with a good number of trading pairs.

The Trading Discussion section is probably fine, but this would probably be more fitting in the Service Discussion[1] section. The move option is near the bottom left corner of this page.

I dont think the exchange can be blame for user's loss of email address and access to the exchange account. The email address is as important as the access to exchange which I think anyone can claim the exchange with such excuse.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is BNB is at it's peak price? on: April 11, 2021, 09:01:14 PM
Binance BNB is exploiting the challenge of the high transaction fee in ethereum to increase the adoption of binance blockchain both in existing projects and new ones, whereby also increasing the DEX with the blockchain as well. Lately more IEO is starting on the exchange demanding a certain amount of BNB holding on the exchange to allow investors participation in the offering on the exchange, hence high purchase and pump of BNB.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP is up 118% in seven days as the market responds positively to SEC case news on: April 11, 2021, 08:50:44 PM
What happening with XRP right now is a bear trap, and those who rush to invest in this coin will regret about their decision later. The SEC lawsuit was just a symptom. The disease remains. The biggest problem with XRP is that its market cap is inflated through artificial means. The promoters hold somewhere around 80% to 90% of the circulating supply (either by themselves, or indirectly through Ripple foundation and other bodies). And only a small part of the supply is in free-float and thereby the XRP exchange rate is kept at a very high level (despite not having any real life usage).

XRP has real life usage and your fud will not become more true if you repeat it over and over again. You can bet your coins in your 777 Casino. Who is interested in the facts of the case of the lawsuit - in order to make a decision and no casino game - should read this:

https://www.forbes.com/sites/roslynlayton/2021/03/11/sec-stumbles-in-ripple-case-lost-in-a-maze-of-its-own-making/

I support everything legal about cryptocurrency irrespective of use case and other fundamental, I wont appreciate all the years of investment in XRP be thrown away but it is important that they put everything under law and order. Court injunction on the access to executive finance is just a phase in the proceeding, There are suspicion of conspiracy from some members of the SEC, with interest in information not related to the financial record of XRP alone. Ripples Army hope the judiciary can accept settlement out of court at a point to allow the coin resume normal trade again
768  Economy / Services / Re: ⚡ FATEMA - High Quality Yet Affordable Bounty Manager (Available Now) ⚡ on: April 10, 2021, 03:53:59 PM
Fatema is one of the best bounty manager in current time. I participated most of his bounty and i got paid money as my work. He is very responsible Bounty manager and his work is very satisfying. I personally like this bounty management and the way of his work. Good luck for job and keep this service.
She brought in great projects when most mangers are struggling to get any but at the moment she is really struggling to deliver on the promises of bounty reward distribution and the trust tag had affected the acquisition of good campaign since the keytango campaign, early in the year. I just wish she can improve on this delivery and she might see reaction of hunters to recover the trust and get more campaign.

770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY TOKEN - TOKEN TO BE TIED TO THE VALUE OF H2 on: April 10, 2021, 03:20:15 PM
Just learnt about wpp energy. Good to see this project is still alive and is making progress. Joined wpp telegram and got to know their future plans. Roadmap looks very exciting. If they got SEC approval, wpp going to on moon for sure.
The sad thing is it is only listed on one exchange that's too in digifinex which is not bad but project like wpp deserves much better exchange.
The project got so much promises and at this stage the project should be having a remarkable onground influence with tha amount of fund raised in the bear market 50 million. If it was kept in cryptocurrency both Ethereum and Bitcoin, the project should have 10x of the fund raised in dollar value. The fund from token swap is enough to pump the token itself to 1 dollar but I feel it is too early because many can easily swap most of the profit to bitcoin. Covid was the main challenge last year according to the team but I expect the recovery in the menace should allow delivery of milestone faster.
Yes that's the disadvantage with crypto projects. They all lack transparency. They never disclose how and where they are spending money raised. They should have made wallet address public where they are holding the crypto raised during sale.

Even after raising so much money, they haven't been able to get their token listed in some decent exchange.
They keep creating new tokens with every announcement and no solid progress is made.

THis is the only channel to express one's grievances and I dont think any of the team attend to this forum recently, no one to read our opinions. Both telegram and Twitter can be controlled, any unappealing posts and account are ban or deleted on the telegram. All I want now is a public roadmap in this bull market, where holders can relate with. As energy project, it makes irrelevant to partner with most crypto-base projects in the space. There are many options for decentralized exchanges if centralized cant be accessed now
771  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you believe history repeat itself? Economic wise. on: April 09, 2021, 05:46:08 PM
I don't know what country you're in, OP, but where I'm at (the US) inflation hasn't started soaring....yet.  I'm anticipating it's going to start taking off, but I just don't know when.  We've got all of this stimulus money being put in every citizen's hands, and simple supply and demand would dictate that we should be seeing prices rising more than they are.

And yes, I do think economic history does indeed repeat itself, especially in the stock market (which seems to have a very short memory).  Bubbles will continue to happen, depressions will continue--you name it, it'll come in cycles.  I do hope the US and some other countries have a plan to contain inflation and monetary devaluation due to all the money printing.  We know what the government is doing, but somehow we're never privy to their strategy for the future.  That's what concerns me.
Inflation beyond 2% can be felt in the economy, however,US had put lots of measure in place to suppress the inflation rate below 1%. although the price of electricity, gas, house rent seemed to rise a little but other basic needs from food to prescription drugs etc were subsidized to suppress below 0.5% inflation in the last 3 months. European countries were able to suppress inflation on the average below 1% in the first 2 months of 2021
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TokoCrypto Launchpad What's about? on: April 09, 2021, 05:18:24 PM
Tokocrypto, Indonesian token from a big Exchage is launching in Launchad in BinancexBNB... any news?? any advise??
From yesterday the purchase of BNB tokens for TKO has been extraordinary and even it can have a good effect on the current price of BNB tokens because it includes a very good Launchpad for everyone, especially Indonesians who often use the tokocrypto exchange.
How many BNB is expected to be held in ones wallet to participate in the IEO? Will the token be available for IEO participants after offering or exchange listing?

Have been monitoring most Defi projects combine with  of other use cases and I feel insurance will be a solid combination, because of the financial affiliation or connection. Most true insurance project have organic price movement, am yet to understand when in the space they will get better use, the bear or the bull.

775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt season NOw on: April 07, 2021, 08:03:03 PM
With few altcoins doing 10x already I have no choice but to agree, even Wink turn 240% gains this morning, I wasn't expecting that this sooner, now can be the best time to start buying those cheap altcoins, I've already buy and buy again, I guess I'm set for the ALT season
Winks is one of the sell off that I regret this year., I lost my faith in the coin after holding for more than a year while I lost almost all the value in bitcoin. After the pump I realize every coin will have its time both old and new coins, At the moment all IEO coin on binance had recovered remarkably in BTC value, they might not have broken new records..
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: April 07, 2021, 07:54:57 PM
The situation with XRP is highly ambiguous. Even if the project does not get out of litigation, as long as there are chances for it, then there are chances to make good money in case of a positive outcome. Of course, the risks are very high. If you look at it as a whole, the project essentially sold its coins for a very long time without any outside interference, and now suddenly the SEC decided to clamp it in a vice. Nevertheless, Tezer manages to stay afloat despite any lawsuits, the same can happen to Ripple.

I think the slow rate of the court proceedings is giving the project opportunity to engage its army. It is observed that most of the trade is outside US jurisdiction especially with Law enforcement, from Korean exchanges to Australians, Binance outside US is yet to delist XRP, Which could be the strongest trading front for the coin. So In a bull market it might be easier to maintain the volume and engage the trade by sustaining the price.
777  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Token on: April 06, 2021, 08:46:42 PM
The forum must create it's native token and distribute them to members based on their activities.
Tokens must be transferable among forum members but should not be listed on any exchange.

Although the ticker btt is already taken, we can have btf that stands for bitcointalk forum.
Any crypto project planning to run their airdrop or bounty campaign must buy these tokens first from forum. This will give forum another stream of revenue generation.
This will also prevent scam projects from running bounty and running away without paying.
This is just an insinuation or suggestion that will lead nowhere, didnt you read 'BITCOIN'talk in the name, why another token after the bitcoin? Bitcoin was a reward for bounty campaign and still some reward for some projects. The forum was started by Satoshi himself for bitcoin, not for altcoins or bounty campaigns. Managers are most times responsible for teams denial of reward, this cant happen to some managers, they will rather pay with their money than deny bounty hunters their reward.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre-sale] Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin on: April 06, 2021, 08:42:29 PM
it seems like there are still many problems that arise here, and I don't understand whether the trading is really active or not, I don't really like joining the telegram group because I see a lot of adult stickers there look popping
They now have a better community manager that contain spams and remove spammers. It is just disappointing that everyone cant be the same and some people dont care what people feel about their actions, that should not be reasons to leave the group as investor, other option is to join the Annoucement channel where team only post. Sovryn shows such a strong support from some capitalists which can put the coins to survive into the next cycle as a Defi with bitcoin
779  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free on: April 05, 2021, 07:45:06 PM
At some point in the cryptocurrency market I feel those economic analysis covers all the cryptocurrecy entity, both bitcoin and altcoins. The provision is not only in the high return for investment but to have the life you want with minimal labour. Those in the space for longer time understand it especially those that had learnt and understand investment. they can easily apply this to opportunities around them. At 150k bitcoin, bitcoin will produce half of the richest people in world, imagine how easy it will be to follow your passion with money in your hands.
780  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you buy bitcoin? on: April 04, 2021, 11:22:51 AM
I bought bitcoin because I just want to stake and I want to hold this coin for over a year this coin has different possibilities and capabilities today the bitcoin can now adopt into a different industry, the forum also enlighten me a lot of things needed for the bitcoin so the holder can benefit but again it depends on the holder what they want to their coin which is bitcoin. I stake a bitcoin in any price because there's a possibility it might arise because of the market volatility. In the end, it depends on how you handle the coin.

I am also having a different plan for post bull market with the stability bitcoin is gaining with the institutional investments. Since we are not likely to see the massive dump in bitcoin like in the past, it is worth the longterm hold along with some stable coins. We have not been seeing exchange hack as well, so I think staking bitcoin will be safer with exchanges now. Safety and insurance will be of concern in coming months and will determine some of my decisions.
