761  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine African countries using Bitcoin to pay salaries, on: January 15, 2024, 05:19:13 PM
I don't know if the government of any African country have adopted the system of paying salaries in Bitcoin, but I know here is Nigeria they haven't, it's possible to pay employees using Bitcoin or other crypto currencies ,
With the services of some crypto currency payroll agencies  like Bitwage, papaya global, ontop,  which will make it possible for the government to pay their workers in Bitcoin or other crypto currencies and can be sent  into their digital wallet,
Since it has to do with the government another agency can be set up in the country in respect to paying salaries as Bitcoin which will somehow help in the growth of the economy of the country.
Think about it, is it useful for them to do that at the present time? Since most of the countries here have weak economies, it can be seen that they are not really ready to accept truly new things, in general, paper money is still a tool for them to use every day.

And if that proposal is applied, they will have to spend more budget to improve service quality. I find this idea not really convincing at the present time. Even countries with top economies are not ready to adopt that, although I can sense the potential of blockchain technology but let it take its natural course like how ETF comes as a inevitable with bitcoin.
yeah.. It's about the readiness of these nations to embrace such a significant change. Implementing a system of paying salaries in Bitcoin could indeed pose challenges, especially in regions where the infrastructure and understanding of cryptocurrencies are limited. The transition to a new form of currency requires significant adjustments, both in terms of technology and mindset. Moreover, it might necessitate additional budget allocations to educate and facilitate the workforce in adapting to this change.

Even in countries with more robust economies, there is a hesitancy to fully adopt Bitcoin for salary payments. The volatility of cryptocurrencies and the regulatory uncertainties surrounding them make many governments and businesses cautious about such a move. Allowing blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies to evolve naturally, without rushing into widespread adoption, allows for a more stable and sustainable integration.

If they start struggling, they often keep struggling and it was what happened to them last season at the end and now it is happening so much earlier. But what's worse for them is how well Liverpool is playing and that Manchester City is now picking up steam after KDB now came back, Doku is about to be fully back and he will be in great shape again and then there is Haaland who will soon be back at full strength. By then, I doubt that Arsenal can compete with them for the last 18 games.

Manchester City is able to pull off a big fat winning series and if it's necessary that they win 100% of their games, they could do it. That's where I think Arsenal won't be able to do that.
It's a legit concern about Arsenal's current form, especially considering their struggles from the previous season. This is about mentality to stay competing at highest level which, I think, Arsenal is lack of it. The competition in the Premier League is too fierce for Arsenal, with teams like Liverpool and Manchester City performing exceptionally well.

Liverpool's strong performance with strong mentality and the return of key players like Kevin De Bruyne and potential additions like Doku and Haaland at Manchester City certainly add to the challenges for Arsenal. The depth and quality in these squads are formidable, and it might seem like an uphill battle for Arsenal to compete consistently with them over the remaining games. Manchester City's ability to go on winning streaks is well-documented, and their capacity to maintain a high level of performance is a significant factor.

Jose Mourinho's options at Roma are limited because of the clubs inability to his preferred players as a result of their financial strength. But he's been able to perfectly use the team to produce great performances and results since he arrived the Italian club. In his first season at the club, he was able to win the UEFA Conference League trophy for them and last season, he took them to the final of the UEFA Europa League competition before they were narrowly beaten by eventual winners Sevilla. It is because of his presence at the club that they're still considered as one of the favorites to reach this season's final in the Europa League but after their league game yesterday against AC Milan, I'm now doubting if Mourinho's AS Roma can reach the final of the Europa League.

Roma were comfortably beaten yesterday by AC Milan in the Italian Serie A and it seems they're not strong enough to reach the final of the the Europa League this season.
It's common knowledge that Jose Mourinho's options at Roma might be constrained due to financial limitations. But Mourinho has demonstrated his ability to orchestrate great performances and achieve notable results despite the challenges faced by Roma. His impact to the club is undeniable considering what the club has achieved in europe in last two seasons. that showcases his knack for extracting success from the resources at his disposal.

Mourinho's ability to position the team as one of the favorites to reach this season's Europa League final is a testament to his strategic approach and the belief he instills in his players. Even in defeat against AC Milan in the Serie A, it's important not to draw hasty conclusions about their European prospects. Roma's performance in the Europa League may differ from their domestic league form. Mourinho has a track record of excelling in knockout competitions, and his tactical expertise could be pivotal in overcoming challenges on the European stage.

Jonathan Gradit got a red card at the end of the first half and thus, there were many opportunities for PSG to make more goals in the second half because Lens only played with 10 players. So yes, if for example Lens played badly then of course PSG would easily win with a bigger score of course. But what happened was not the case because after all, even though in the second half Lens only played with 10 players but yes, the reality is that PSG also still needs a lot of time and needs many attempts to make the second goal. Therefore, Lens played well in this match because yes, the second goal for PSG also just occurred near the end of the match and thus it is clear, that Lens performance is not bad at all in this match.
I think it was a good performance from Lens despite playing with 10 players after Jonathan Gradit received a red card. While one might have expected PSG to capitalize on the numerical advantage and secure a more significant lead, Lens demonstrated resilience and defensive strength. The fact that PSG needed a considerable amount of time and multiple attempts to score their second goal indicates that Lens played well defensively. They managed to withstand the pressure and limit PSG's goal-scoring opportunities.

Scoring the second goal near the end of the match shows Lens's ability to stay competitive until the final whistle. The outcome suggests that Lens didn't crumble under the pressure but instead put up a solid defensive performance that made it challenging for PSG to break through. It's a reminder that football outcomes aren't solely determined by numerical advantages but also by the resilience and skill of the teams involved.

I think it looks like Aston Villa have a bit of a problem with player rotation. We know that big teams have the advantage that they have good squad depth so they will be able to perform consistently throughout the season. And I think Aston Villa is a mid-table team that has been able to perform surprisingly well at the start of the season. To be honest I was surprised by the draw because we know Everton are one of the worst teams in the EPL this season and everyone thought Aston Villa would be able to get 3 points from last night's match.
Don't overreact to this draw, I think this result is quite reasonable and fair enough for both teams, and Aston Villa is still strong and should also be taken into account to be able to enter the top 4 this season, but we also have to realize that Everton is a team who have improved much better and they are playing at home so it is quite natural that Everton managed to hold Aston Villa to a draw.
People should put things in perspective. The draw between Aston Villa and Everton might not be the jaw-dropping victory or defeat that fans crave, but it's a result that reflects the competitive nature of football. It's not fair to overreact, especially considering the strengths and circumstances of both teams.

Aston Villa remains a threatening side, and writing them off after a draw would be premature. Their ambition to enter the top 4 this season is certainly within reach, if they dont have badluck with injuries given their squad's quality and potential. Every team faces challenges, and a draw doesn't necessarily indicate a decline in performance, because all other 3 contenders has experinced the same. Everton has shown significant improvement, and playing at home gives them advantage. The fact that they managed to hold Aston Villa, currently a strong side, to a draw shows about their progress. In the grand scheme of a football season, not every match will be a headline-grabbing win or a shocking upset. Draws are a part of the game, and they contribute to the overall narrative of a team's journey.

I get your point concerning Chelsea's striker situation, but Benzema or Firmino coming seems odd. Benzema is a world-class player, but Chelsea may not suit him. They need a player who can grow with the team, and Benzema is too old. His EPL inexperience may also be a factor. Firmino, however, knows the Premier League well, but leaving Liverpool for Chelsea? Given his Reds loyalty, that's hard to stomach. I think Chelsea should target younger players who can offer a new energy to the team rather than huge stars who may not fit the club's long-term plan.
Bringing in Benzema might turn Stamford Bridge into a retirement home for football legends, and we can't have the pensioners outnumbering the players on the field. I dont think Chelsea fans want him mistaking the pitch for a shuffleboard court. And Firmino leaving Liverpool for Chelsea? That's like trying to convince a cat to become a dog's roommate. It's just not in their nature. Besides, I can already hear the Liverpool fans chanting, "You'll Never Walk Alone... Unless Chelsea offers a better dental plan!" LoL

Chelsea need to aim for younger blood, someone who's not on a first-name basis with their physiotherapist. We want players who can bring new energy to the team, not players who need a GPS to find the goalposts. Chelsea needs a fresh face with determination to develop his own career. Chelsea should be in the market for a sprightly striker, not a footballing ambassador. Let's keep the team young, vibrant, and free from early-bird dinner reservations.

Serious concerns about the future of Jose Mourinho at Roma was raised yesterday after the were defeated by AC Milan. With the defeat, Roma are now 9th in the Italian Serie A table and fourteen points behind fourth placed AC Milan. Roma since Jose Mourinho arrived have been doing well in the league and even when they couldn't finish in the top four of the league last season, they were able to finish in a position that guaranteed their qualification to play in the UEFA Europa League competition this season. But considering their performances this season, I doubt if they're gonna qualify for the Europa League competition next season.

Many has said that it's Jose Mourinho's "Third Season Effect". Since Jose Mourinho's first spell at Chelsea till this very moment, it is believed that whichever team he's managing always decline in form in his third season as he's been sacked in his third season since then. I doubt if he's gonna be sacked this season by Roma because of what he's done at the club since he arrived but he must improve the performance of the team to continue to retain his job
Somehow this would evetually come when the concern is raised about Jose Mourinho's future at Roma. The recent defeat to AC Milan and the team's current position in the Serie A table are legit arguments. The "Third Season Effect" associated with Mourinho has historically never gone wrong. It seems like Mourinho has no interest in staying longer at a club, intentionally.

However, considering Mourinho's track record and the positive impact he has had on Roma since his arrival, it might be premature to suggest an imminent departure. Clubs often go through ups and downs in a season, and a single defeat doesn't necessarily define the team's overall trajectory. Mourinho's contributions to the club and what he has achieved so far should be taken into account when evaluating his future. The call for improvement in the team's performance is a reasonable expectation. If Mourinho can address the issues affecting Roma's form and guide the team to better results, it will likely enhance his position and reassure fans and management alike.

Yes, on paper Girona should be able to beat Almeria but what happened was very unpredictable because yes, Girona played very badly in this match. Because after all, based on the overall statistical record, the fact is that Girona also gets bad statistics overall. So yes, results like this are certainly very unexpected because after all, Almeria is the weakest team this season but the fact is Girona is playing badly too. Therefore, at least I also think it looks like Girona underestimated Almeria too much and thus, Girona got a bad result too in this match, which is really unfortunate..
Girona is entering the phase of experiencing the pressure of competing at the top which need a strong mentality to stay focus. The outcome of the Girona vs. Almeria match indeed appears unexpected and goes against the expectations based on the teams' standings. Girona's overall statistical record may not tell the whole story, as statistics alone may not capture the nuances of individual matches.  There might have been underlying issues affecting their consistency.

In football, form can be dynamic, and teams can struggle in certain periods, even against supposedly weaker opponents. Underestimation can lead to a lack of focus and preparation, which might have contributed to Girona's poor performance. The assumption that Almeria is the weakest team this season could have played a role in Girona's mindset that causes them to approach the match with less intensity.

To be honest he has been given a monumental task by the whole world of football, not even just Leverkusen fans, which is understandable but even they shouldn't. The expectation that he could actually win the title here is just way beyond what he should have been asked, and not anything that people expected him to do at the start of the season. What happened then?

Well, he made the team win, and let's not forget the contribution of the players, yes Xabi is a great manager but the players are the ones who go out and play this well too. After being this good, suddenly people who were happy to be in top four, ended up expecting a title from him, and that's the issue, I do not think that it's fair to expect something so huge from him.
Managing a football team to compete with a dominating giant, Bayern Munchen, is undoubtedly a monumental task. Xabi Alonso has become a hope, not only from Leverkusen fans but from the entire football world, to stop the domination of Bayern. His success in making the team win should be credited to his managerial skills. Xabi Alonso is able to provide guidance and strategies for players to execute those plans on the field.

The shift in expectations from being content with a top-four finish to suddenly expecting a title is indeed a challenge. It's unfair to impose such enormous pressure on Xabi Alonso, considering the initial objectives were likely more realistic. Managing expectations is crucial in football, and recognizing the progress and achievements made by the team should be a more measured approach. Xabi Alonso deserves the biggest credit for his role as a manager regardless they succeed to win the title or not.

Forgot kane and we must move on. Totenham has gotten timo as a new attacker in the club right now. There's no need to feel worry about that caused by timo was able adapting in a short time as he has been making his first assist for totenham.
Kan has got what he wanted and what's next? Being trapped in the dream to imagine if he was still there will not change the situation. Ange has been fully trusting timo since he joined in totenham and he proves it.
Totenham bought him with cheap price, and he delivers. Ther's no need to feel worry when the club played without kane. Totenham has been successfully leaving from kane's shadow.
The club is much more dicipline at this moment. it appears that if ange has made another successful transfer from leipzig. Even though timo was just one match old in totenham and i believe him.
It's understandable that moving on from Kane is something hard to do emotionally because he is the best player Tottenham ever produced. But, rationally, Kane wouldnt make any different if he stayed at the club, it's better to let him go chasing his career achievement. I think Ange knows how to utilize Timo Werner who is having quick adaptation to Premier League. I won't be surprised if Timo will a very good central forward, because Ange has proven himself to be a manager who is able to maximaze his players' ability.

Ange's complete trust in Timo since his arrival further validates the confidence in the new attacker. The fact that Tottenham acquired Timo at a reasonable price and he has already delivered on the field adds value to the decision to move on from Kane. The team's ability to perform well without Kane indicates a successful departure from his shadow that showcases the resilience and adaptability of the club. The increased discipline within the club adds another layer of positivity which is installed by Ange. Despite Timo being relatively new to the team, his abilities and the positive impact have already been demonstrated in just one match.
771  Economy / Economics / Re: Reasons for personal financial accountability? on: January 14, 2024, 11:55:59 PM
First is to the individual, but followed by responsibility to the community. Think about people with better positions in society, they are always the ones who contribute with great responsibility. I see that for individuals, adapting in life is not a difficult story, if we make efforts, opportunities always exist. Maybe some situations in life seem challenging to many people, but if you think positively, relationships in society do not seem to exist by accident.

While each person is aware of their own responsibility, I believe we are all aware that we are one, a group living on the same planet. Going back to the story of financial responsibility, because it is also an issue where there are no common standards, each individual has their own life and they need to perfect it, so sometimes prejudice or judgment from the outside world makes each person unaware of what responsibilities they need to do.
That is the role of individuals in contributing responsibly to society, especially those in better positions, brings attention to the idea of social responsibility. People need to have a resilient and proactive mindset, which can be crucial in navigating various situations. The relationships in society are not accidental that reinforces the shared responsibility we all have in creating a harmonious and supportive social environment.

The life of each person is unique that has each own financial responsibilities which could be different to each others. The external judgment or prejudice can indeed sometimes cloud the understanding of individual responsibilities. There should be a nuanced understanding of personal responsibilities and the need for empathy and non-judgmental perspectives in assessing people's choices and actions.

If we want to be rich then we must be ready to get a skill whether skill related to computing or anything different from that. The power of money and earning something nice and worth our strength is dependent on what we can do especially the skill that we have. Going to college and getting certificates and degree only do not solve the problem but developing ourselves would help us have better values in the labour market. I have seen people making good money in trading and investing in different projects. There are many things we can do even without getting a job that would help us to be the kind of person we intend to be .
This means you have to have unique skills, and of course, those that make you productive and make money, because currently, people who may not have skills will find it difficult to earn money. If you only rely on hard work without doing smart work, it will still be difficult to become rich. must combine hard work and smart work. Never limit yourself to only having one income. To contribute to a project also requires skills that can be valuable for the available project.
People finding success in trading, investing, and other ventures without traditional employment shows the diverse avenues available for financial growth. It reinforces the notion that there are numerous paths to prosperity beyond a conventional job, and individuals can explore opportunities that align with their skills and interests. In today's dynamic world, having skills that are in demand can open up various opportunities for earning income.

The concept of combining hard work with smart work is particularly relevant that shows the importance of strategic and efficient efforts in addition to sheer dedication. Having multiple sources of income is practical that emphasizes the importance of diversification. This approach not only helps in achieving financial stability but also allows individuals to explore multiple avenues for wealth generation.

As long as humans still have lust, they will always want a better life with all the facilities they have. In his small heart, a poor person always wants a change in his life, but because luck is never on his side, he has to accept the reality of having to continue to be in poverty.
Poor and rich are decorations in life, rich people will always try to survive in their current status by trying to expand their sources of income. Meanwhile, poor people want to try to get out of the poverty line by doing something to increase their income. But in the nature of life, not everyone can enjoy wealth and not everyone remains in poverty.
That's a fundamental aspect of human nature, the desire for a better life. The assertion that as long as humans have desires and aspirations, the pursuit of an improved lifestyle will persist is a compelling observation. Even those with modest means long for change in their lives echoes the universal human yearning for progress and betterment.

Luck is indeed a variable in one's economic status. While individuals may desire change, external factors beyond their control can significantly impact their ability to elevate their circumstances. This recognition of external constraints speaks to the challenges faced by those in less privileged situations. Rich people are portrayed as actively seeking to maintain and enhance their status by expanding their sources of income, highlighting the dynamism of their pursuit. Poor individuals striving to escape poverty underscores their resilience and determination to improve their economic standing. Not everyone can enjoy wealth and not everyone remains in poverty, It recognizes the complexity of socioeconomic mobility and the multifaceted factors that contribute to people's financial situation.

Arsenal are a good team, they're active in all competitions and they've got the special ability to get victorious at the end. Well for me they've got a great squad and impressive management too but it'll be better if there's an improvement to what they already have. Adding a striker to the list and a few more players with increased effect won't really be a bad idea, rather it'll push the team into getting greater, bigger results.

It's actually good that so far, the team have been promising and they're working smoothly with their manager too. Errors are quickly corrected and coordinations are present to. One would wait to anticipate what the January transfer window holds for this team. But for the meantime, they still have top contending chance in the European tournaments too.
Arsenal still need improvement to strengthen their team, especially Central Forward position which is their weakest link this season. Being active participating in various competitions need a good squad depth to rotate when it's necessary. This is a common sentiment among football enthusiasts, as strengthening the squad during transfer windows is a strategic move for sustained success.

The anticipation for the January transfer window adds an element of excitement, as fans often look forward to potential reinforcements that could enhance the team's capabilities. I dont think Arsenal is a top-contending team hance in European tournaments, because their history doesnt back their favor. It will indeed be interesting to see how Arsenal navigates the challenges of the season and whether the anticipated improvements and potential transfers contribute to their success.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: January 14, 2024, 11:14:55 PM
Liverpool has always had the dream to be the champions of the Europa league especially under the klop and this seem more like one of the best opportunity they have ever gotten since they have ever wanted it, if you recall this happens to be one of the trophy Liverpool has not been privileged to lift under klop.

Klop will literally stop at nothing to getting the Europa trophy this season because if he's unable to get the premier league then this will happen to be the next big trophy he can be able to secure this season and so far he's really looki like he wants them both which is very possible except for Manchester city in the premier league.
Klopp is typical manager who want to win everything possible when he has a complete squad. Winning Europa League has been a significant aspiration for Liverpool, particularly under the management of Jurgen Klopp. The fact that Liverpool has not lifted this trophy under Klopp, which they missed at the first attempt when they lost to sevilla in the final, adds an extra layer of motivation. This is indeed being one of the best opportunities for Liverpool to achieve their trophy in the Europa League.

Klopp indeed has determination to secure the Europa League trophy, because this is the most possible trophy they can get, considering the possibility of not winning the Premier League, where Manchester City poses a formidable challenge. The hunger for success in European competition is apparent, and Klopp's track record and passion for winning trophies suggest that he will go all out to make it happen. It's not uncommon for top-tier clubs to target multiple trophies in a season. It will be fascinating to see how Liverpool navigates the challenges of both competitions and whether they can achieve the success they are aiming for this season.

Aston Villa will not even go far and just like what you said this will mark the beginning of inconsistence winning and I never expected the team to move forward till this time, they tried their best but still the title competition is just too hot for Aston Villa to fit in and looking at this year title top contender Manchester city will definitely be at the top and I still don't believe Liverpool for now, even with their excellent performance I still doubt if they can compete for long, now seeing KDB return shows it's finish, and I saw the return of Timber last week but I still don't know if he can change the current performance of the team except the team work united and effortlessly to win and I still doubt if Arsenal can make it cause last season was their season and they could not win the title so what's the point hoping on Arsenal but I still want the team to change cause I actually want Arsenal to defend for the title if possible and under probability.
I always doubt Aston Villa have the ability to sustain their current level of performance and compete at the top of the table. Their squad depth is not good enough and they dont have experience to handle pressure of fighting at the top. Manchester City is always top contender, especially with the return of key players like Kevin De Bruyne. His presence is seen as a significant factor that could strengthen City's title bid, they are not far behind the table leader.

Liverpool have been having good results while only loss one game, but I agree that their display is not sustainable, because there were games where they struggle to win against teams that were expected to win comfortably. Regarding Arsenal, It's about their mentality to handle pressure to compete at the top with the presence of Liverpool which was absent last season, where they couldn't clinch the title despite a strong campaign. It will be interesting to see how these teams navigate the challenges and compete for the title.

Real Madrid has always been linked with Mbappe and Osimhen but in reality Real Madrid has not given any indication that Real Madrid management will make an offer for these two players in this transfer window. I don't think Ancelotti will take a big gamble to recruit Osimhen because Osimhen performance has declined relatively this season, which could be a big blunder if Real Madrid recruit him. Even without a suitable replacement for the position left by Benzema, it seems that gap can be covered well by Ancelotti this season.

It is true that Real Madrid are looking for a goal machine for their center forward this season but I don't think they will be in a rush to target a quality striker this season. If we look at Real Madrid, they are almost transitioning their squad from old players to young players, so there is a reference that Real Madrid management will look for young talented strikers to prioritize in the long term.
The absence of concrete indications about Real Madrid's interest in Mbappe and Osimhen doesnt mean they dont observe those players. It's clear that Real Madrid need to strengthen their front line that makes them need to evaluate every option available. I think the approach towards recruiting Osimhen, citing a potential decline in performance this season, is just a practical consideration. It's essential for clubs to carefully assess the current form and consistency of players before making significant investments.

Ancelotti's management style and ability to manage the squad without rushing into a major signing, especially in the center forward position left by Benzema, demonstrates a strategic approach. I don't think Real Madrid is in transition from older to younger players, because their squad is quite young now. It's just Modric and Kroos who are at the end of their career, while most of their midfielders are young enough. Prioritizing young and talented strikers aligns with a long-term vision that ensures sustained success and continuity within the squad. This approach not only addresses immediate needs but also lays the foundation for the team's future.

This game makes me feel happy again.

Walter Mazzarri has so much to fix and make up atone
The sooner Mazzarri improves the team, the faster Napoli will reach the top 4 of the Serie A standings.
But it looks like Aurelio De Laurentiis has messed up this season. Garcia was a surprising decision. Mazzarri was just as bad.
Defending the Scudetto title this season seems like something difficult to achieve.
Achieving fourth place at the end of the season to win a Champions League ticket next season is a more reasonable target.

It seems like there's a consensus that Walter Mazzarri has significant work to do to improve the team. I think he is the right person to do it because he knows the club very well as he was there before. The decision-making by Aurelio De Laurentiis, especially with the surprising appointment of Garcia, is seen as a big mistake. Mazzarri's performance is also being criticized, because he throws a chance to defend the Scudetto title this season.

The current circumstances make Napoli need to be realistic to be targeting a top-four finish and securing a Champions League ticket for the next season. Rebuilding and stabilizing the team under Mazzarri's guidance will likely take time, and aiming for a Champions League spot could be a stepping stone toward regaining competitiveness. It will be interesting to see how Mazzarri addresses the challenges, improves the team, and guides Napoli toward their goals. Fans will undoubtedly hope for positive developments as the season progresses.

The game today showed who the best team in Spain is, it was a strong win for Real Madrid 4-1. Barcelona are too young, many of the players are even under 23 years old, they have no good experience. Ronald Araujo even gets a red card today, embarrassing game for Barcelona and all the fans. In the 80th minute there was a good chance for the 5:1, a disastrous game for Barcelona and Xavi, they wont win the championship this year, thats what I think after todays game. Vinicius Junior increased his market value today with his three goals, that was sensational.
The match between Real Madrid and Barcelona really showcased the strength of Real Madrid with a convincing 4-1 victory. Vinicius was really outstanding in this game, it's so rare to see a player scored a hattrick against Barcelona, especially in a final match. The youthfulness of the squad, with many players under 23, can indeed present difficulties, especially in high-stakes matches. It's not easy to match Real Madrid's mentality in a final, even if it's not a too young team. The red card for Ronald Araujo further compounded the challenges for Barcelona in the game.

The result may not be so disappointing for Barcelona fans, because it's expected with the injuries and the trend of performance. Xavi need to adjust and improve the team with the current players available, if he doesnt want to fall deeper. Xavi will likely work on addressing the team's issues and refining their performance.

The previous season Dortmund was still strengthened by Bellingham so their performance was relatively stronger compared to this season. So, this season, Dortmund lost their balance which had quite a negative impact on them because they were out of the top 4.
However, in the second half of this season, Dortmund received an injection of energy because they managed to borrow Sancho from Manchester United in this transfer window. So the presence of Sancho in the Dortmund squad certainly had quite a good impact because in his first debut against Darmstadt, Sancho performed well and was able to contribute one assist.

On the other hand, the two teams above Dortmund ranking, namely Leipzig and VFB, suffered defeats this week, so Dortmund was helped by the bad results experienced by both teams this week. Where for the time being, Dortmund points with Leipzig are getting closer because they are only 3 points apart. This season is still long and I'm sure Dortmund will be able to return to the top 4. Apart from that, they also have to focus on the Champions League this season because their opponent in the last 16 is PSV.
Losing Bellingham has indeed big negative impact on how the handle the gameplay, which is like losing original conductor in the middle. But I dont think that's the biggest reason, because Dortmund is not uncommon with losing their best players but still competitive. The addition of Sancho from Manchester United seems to have injected fresh energy into the squad, not only he's a very good player, but also knows very well how dortmund play that makes him not need time to adapt.

Dortmund seems to be on the path to regaining their balance. The recent defeats suffered by Leipzig and VFB certainly work in Dortmund's favor that narrows the gap in points between them. With only a 3-point difference, there's a good chance for Dortmund to climb back into the top 4 as the season progresses. A successful campaign in Europe could complement their domestic efforts. Drawing PSV in the last 16 presents a challenging but manageable opportunity for Dortmund to showcase their strength on the continental stage. Dortmund need to capitalize on these positive developments and maintains their momentum in both the domestic league and the Champions League.
