I think Joselu is not bad for a backup striker. Because we see Ancelotti prefers to use the duo Vini and Rodrygo as attacking options. They also have Brahim who always performs well when he is a supersub.

Mbappe is the player most likely to be brought in by Real Madrid like rumors last year they already have a personal agreement so now it's just waiting for the time to arrive. It seems that Real Madrid are watching Bayern Munich's left-back. He is Alphonso Davies, 23 years old. His contract with Bayern Muchen expires this year, so they don't want to repeat the mistake of Kroos' move. Kroos moved on a free transfer. Munchen does not want Alphonso Davies to move on a free transfer and perhaps this will make Bayern Munich have to let him go this summer.

Real Madrid actually has 2 left-back (Mendy and Fran Garcia), they don't really need new left-backs. Real Madrid is watching Davies because he has a chance to leave Bayern Munich with a free transfer status. Since Davies is a top left-back, Real Madrid don't want to miss the chance to sign him for free. However, if Bayern Munich extends Davies's contract, I'm sure Real Madrid will prefer to stop watching him.

Real Madrid should focus on looking for a new center-back and right-back. In these positions, some players are more than 30 years old (all Real Madrid left-backs are 32 years old). Real Madrid need to plan to sign new players with young ages to replace the current players. Reece James, Alexander-Arnold, and Achraf Hakimi are good candidates for the next Real Madrid right-back.

Real Madrid has too much creativity from defense to attack, they don't need a lazy defender you  get me? Alexander Arnold remains a lazy defender even if he's one of the best when it comes to passing the ball, any good winger can take him on at any given time, he's so predictable if his teammates doesn't come out to help him defend.

Recce James, has been disturbed with Injuries, they need a competent and consistent player, he does his defending well, but with Gusto taking good charge of that role, Recce James could be put up for sale, Madrid would access his situation but Injury prone player is not who they need.

Hakimi seems to be a great idea, but how can this happen? He's a loyal player to Paris Saint Germany, he needs to leave if he must win the trophy. Real Madrid needs that replacement for Dani Carvajal!!
