The euro currency is in trouble.
Why becouse world dont need euro to buy commodities or goods much.
World needs good germany good cars but can Do without them.
The euro currency value is high becouse of temporary rate hikes it creates only huge short term inside demand for euro inside europe but not in the world.
So USD we need world needs becouse oil and it's reserve currency still.
Gbp pound Also on high demand by other countries on forex markets.
China currency Also on high demand.
Russia currency Also needed highly becouse of natural resources in russia what other countries need.

But when it come Europe there is nothing so euro value might fall very soon becouse world don't need euro and nobody dont want junk eu debt bonds really when times getting harder people want food and commodities and natural resources but europe don't provide nothing to the world so no demand for euro currency either.

USA and China also have big debts. It's not just the EU. Britain also has big debts. Will the British pound collapse soon, because the UK has big debts? Probably not.
The people inside the Eurozone need the euro(because it's a legal tender). Why would a random person in China, India or Latin America need euro?
Do you really know how the value/price of a currency is determined? I don't give a damn, if nobody in the rest of the world needs euro. The only important thing is that the Europeans need euro. I don't know about any European, who needs Chinese yuan or Russian rubbles. Does that mean that the Chinese yuan and the Russian rubble are in trouble? Nope.

Incoming revenue is near-zero right now, there are 2-3 players a day and the site is winning maybe 1k-2k satoshi daily - it is absolutely tiny right now, since there is no marketing activity going on. With marketing, this site could do VERY well! We have been involved and setup sites before that have done amazingly.

All it needs is a marketing plan and budget!

STARTING BID: 1 BTCitcoin.

What justifies the price of 30K USD for a brand new casino with almost no traffic and active players?
Someone has to pay you 30K USD for the casino and invest thousands of dollars for marketing afterwards, only to get a few hundred active players. It might take several years to such casino to return the investment and earn a profit(and nothing is guaranteed).
What's the point for someone to spend 30K USD for your website, instead of building his own casino website from scratch?
Running a business requires consistency and perseverance. The gambling business is just like any other business. The competition is brutal.
It seems to me that you have given up too quickly, or you are trying to make some quick money.

I met someone on internet who suggested that I invest in a crypto trading platform that I didn't know about. I did it step by step and made sure that it was possible to transfer the funds back to binance at any time.

What? How did you make sure that it is possible to transfer the funds back to Binance at any time? Did someone from this Hitcoin scam promised you that you will be able to recover your funds at any time? Why are you so gullible? Do you even know how crypto transactions work?
Global banking regulatory commission? What kind of BS is this?
I have to admit that Hitcoin is a pretty good name for a crypto trading platform. It's sad that such catchy name has been used for a scam.
I really want some legit crypto company to buy a domain and register a trademark with that name, so it won't be used by the scammers.

Will you explain to him that you are doing great and you are not a compulsive gambler
Will just stop gambling  and be practical and get that multi million inheritance
You'll just go on with your passion and just forget the money that your father will give to you as inheritance.

My father died and he wasn't rich(even though I inherited a decent amount of money from him).
Hell yeah, I will definitely stop gambling, if someone was about to give me a multimillion inheritance.
One question. How this guy(my rich father) would know that I will keep my promise and stay away from gambling after he dies?
I might break my promise and spend my multimillion inheritance for gambling after he dies.
Explaining to him that I'm not a gambling addict won't do the work, because he won't believe me.
Never try to explain to anyone that you are NOT a gambling addict, they will believe in the opposite.
785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Days you need to work your ass at minimum wage for a BTC, by country on: July 21, 2023, 05:33:45 AM
That's some pretty useless statistical data if you ask me. Grin
What's the point of busting your ass working on a minimum wage for the sake of earning one whole Bitcoin? Can't you just earn 0.1 BTC? Grin
Will you consider your life to be truly accomplished after earning that one whole Bitcoin? Grin Why don't you invest in yourself, gather some skills and get jobs, that are paying a higher salary? Why don't you try to build a business? Working on a minimum wage is the definition of wasting your life, while being an underpaid slave. Countries that have low salaries also have low cost of living, so it's not accurate to compare the minimum wage in different countries without calculating the purchasing power parity(PPP).
786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 20, 2023, 10:19:53 AM
Manchester United signed Jonny Evans. Now that's a weird transfer. Evans is a former United player(not one of the good ones) and he's 35 years old. I guess that Ten Hag will use him as a substitute player in defense.
The Killian Mbappe transfer from PSG to Real Madrid is the biggest drama on the transfer market. It seems that Real doesn't want to pay 250 million euro for Mbappe, because they want to sign him after his contract with PSG ends. PSG, on the other hand, wants to prolong Mbappe's contract, in order to sell him for a big price, and they are ready to kick him out of the squad and/or leave him as a substitute player.
Let's wait and see how Mbappe will get out of this weird situation.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you quit that's when you lose! on: July 20, 2023, 06:26:54 AM
There's a popular  remark among gamblers in the part of  my country I reside. The saying is expressed like this "if you quit that's when you lose".  They use this statement to encourage and give futuristic hope to themselves that no matter how much they loss today or how many wagers they have lost they don't need to quit as it's possible you may be the next jackpot winner tomorrow. For it's like say don't quit yet there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.

From what I observed from this statement is that, many of these gamblers have been misled by this very remark of a hypothetical hope which has liquidated their account.  While some who would have quit gambling long ago still hedge their hope on the idea behind the statement and keeps wagering.

Now let's take this to a discuss; how correct is this statement? And is there any similar statement like that in your home-country that's popularly used among gamblers to encourage themselves from quiting gambling because they're losing?
Or would you allow your decision to quit gambling to be affected by any popular statement among your fellow gamblers or it's a no no thing for you?

AFAIK, day traders had a similar statement. "If you sell, that's when you lose." Maybe day trading has some similarities with gambling.
This is clearly a delusion. Gambling isn't supposed to be about winning or losing. It's supposed to be about having fun, escaping from your everyday problems, relaxing and chillin. The moment you start thinking about making money via gambling that's when you have already lost.
I wouldn't allow my decisions to be influenced by anyone else(especially when it comes about personal finance and how I spend my money).
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't expect everyone to embrace Bitcoin on: July 20, 2023, 05:51:06 AM
The earlier we understand that bitcoin is not for everyone, the better because it saves us the time and energy that we would have used to convince those who are uninterested, to move on to those who are interested and it can also drive adoption faster. I've read some threads here of some people trying to convince their family members on the positives of Bitcoin and get enraged if the said members don't share the same opinion as them but I feel everyone is entitled to his opinion and while some regard Bitcoin with outright disgust like Charlie Munger, there are some who care less of it's existence.

Bitcoiners have the opportunity to stand for something and that's eliminating the need for central authorities such as the government and banks and rather than forcing everyone to confirm to their beliefs, it's better to find an audience worth serving. What's your take, guys?

I have realized that Bitcoin isn't for everyone ever since 2017. I don't want to force anyone in my social circle to get into Bitcoin/altcoins(and my social circle isn't big). I'm not trying to convince anyone that Bitcoin is "the best thing since bread" and I don't act like some crazy fanatic member of a religious cult. Grin The people must find Bitcoin themselves and they must make their own conclusions about whether or not Bitcoin is useful for them. Everyone has an opinion nowadays and everyone thinks that his/hers opinion is the best and most valid. This is a problem of the social media era, but I guess that we can't do anything about it. Haters gonna hate Bitcoin until the end. They have the right to express an opinion.
789  Economy / Economics / Re: Population: Economic strength or weakness on: July 19, 2023, 12:17:05 PM
The term "overpopulation" is used wrongly sometimes.
If the country has enough resources and enough fertile land to feed the huge population, then I wouldn't say that such country is overpopulated.
The problem is the lack of good healthcare and education systems. Education is necessary for creating a disciplined working class and small business. Creating good healthcare and education systems require big investments and most of the underdeveloped countries don't have enough capital. The lack of capital is a bigger problem than the big population. Having lots of young people is good for the future of the country, but those young people have to be educated.
790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 19, 2023, 11:38:12 AM
Christiano Ronaldo was closed the possibilities to return to europe this because he feel comfortable to playing at Al Nassr moreover currently he was 38 years old so with his current age Ronaldo was very doubt his fitness still can able to playing at high level of competitions on Europe so that's why he was decide to staying much longer at Al Nassr

Pre season match for Al Nassr doesn't run well because yesterday they were lost with huge scores 5-0 against Laliga team Celta Vigo although Al Nassr were playing with their best starting lineup with Ronaldo and new player just like Marcelo Brozovic but Al Nassr unable to performing well and this is big alert for Al Nassr and they have to evaluated that loses however Al Nassr has 3 more matches for pre season against Benfica, PSG, and Al Shabab

Everyone knows that Ronaldo is done with playing football at the highest level.
The problem is that he made a butthurt statement about the level of European football going down and the Saudi League being better than the Major Soccer League. Perhaps the Saudi League will become better than the US, Turkish league and the Netherlands league if the Saudi clubs keep buying European and Latin American football players. There's no other way for the Saudi Arabian football to become competitive to any European league. Just throwing money at everything and everyone is a guaranteed way to succeed. Grin
Anyway, Cristiano Ronaldo is slowly turning into a laughing stock with his butthurt comments.

1. Does the desire for a personalized address outweigh the privacy concerns associated with generating a vanity Bitcoin address?
2. Is the environmental impact of the computing power required to generate vanity addresses justified for personalization purposes?

1.Yes, if we are talking about a crypto business (even though I don't find any big marketing/branding benefit) and no, if we are talking about an individual.
2.He we go again with the environmental BS. Grin What if "the computing power required to generate a vanity address" was generated by using 100% green energy? All the people, who keep talking about environmental impact simply don't know how electricity works. Grin
Personally, I never really cared about having a vanity address, because I don't need one. I don't know about any crypto businesses using vanity addresses. Big crypto companies like the crypto exchanges usually generate lots of normal BTC addresses, which are used for a once in a while, so there's no point for them to generate and maintain multiple vanity addresses.
792  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $120k next year - by Robert Kiyosaki on: July 18, 2023, 10:37:41 AM
Does Robert Kiyosaki have a crystal ball, so he could predict what the BRICS countries will decide in August 2023?
Or maybe he has some insider information nobody knows about.
I have never heard anything about the BRICS countries planning to release a gold backed cryptocurrency. What I heard is the BRCIS countries wanting to create a payment system(or settlement system) for their national currencies. Maybe Kiyosaki knows something we don't know. Grin

USD will crash soon? I think this strongest currency will not be easily destroyed by anyone.
2024 bitcoin will reach $120k ? This makes more sense because many are predicting that 2024 will be a bullish year.
i also believe in 2024 bullish will come and lowest price of bitcoin will be at least $150k.

Bitcoin won't reach 120K in 2024. It will be more like 70K-90K USD and the price peak will be in early 2025, not in 2024. It usually takes several months after a BTC halving for the Bitcoin price to hit another ATH. I don't believe that a new ATH will be reached by the end of 2024.
That's my prediction. I don't guarantee 100% accuracy. Grin

793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This is not Practical on: July 18, 2023, 06:33:01 AM
I have heard the advice that you should only use money you can afford to lose for gambling. I say that this is more theoretical than practical. Literally no one has money that they can afford to lose. I feel that money for gambling is a matter of opportunity cost. You either use the money for gambling or use it to meet a need. If using money one can afford to lose were practical there will be no need for articles on having a gambling budget or bank roll management. Hey gamblers my question is to you now is, the money you currently plan to use for gambling is it money that you can afford to lose?

I think that everyone, who has a decent standard of living has a monthly budget for entertainment purposes. He(or she) could spend that budget for going to the cinema, going to a short vacation, buying a new video game or playing gambling games at some online or offline casino.
The gambling industry is basically entertainment industry. The people spend money for entertainment, it doesn't matter if it's gambling or something else. The money, which are spent for entertainment fall into the "money you can afford to lose" category.
I don't advise people, who don't have a big enough monthly income to start gambling. This is a big no no.
794  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why local currencies when there is bitcoin ? on: July 18, 2023, 06:01:25 AM
I guess that by "local currencies" OP means some kind of voucher system, which can be used to buy food and other stuff.
The national currency and legal tender in France is the euro. There aren't any other currencies.
In my country(a member of the EU) there's also a voucher system, where the workers get vouchers in addition to their usual salary, so they could buy food.
It's obvious that Bitcoin isn't the most convenient option for grocery stores, and that's perfectly fine. I don't mind living in a world, that has multiple currencies(fiat and crypto). Bitcoin cannot become the one and only currency around the globe. The people should have freedom of choice.

I was surfing through my Instagram and saw a clip of an interview, on how an Arab family of 4 brothers, married their wives, live a big house, pool their funds together, invest in an asset and share the profit evenly among themselves. This way, they all had exotic cars and property and the wives and their mom only had to take care of the home while the brothers go do their work.
This is one way wealth has been replicated for generations according to the  Arab man who granted the interview and I found this revelation quite intelligent and very helpful.

The pool strategy you are describing could help for building a "brick and mortar" business, but it doesn't make sense in the financial world.
Not in the crypto financial world, at least. I know that such investment pool schemes exist for decades, but they are mostly used to buy stocks or real estate properties.
What's the point of gathering the money of a bunch of people in order to buy a financial asset(like Bitcoin), when they all could individually buy the same asset? I'm not a big fan of such "pool businesses" because sooner or later conflicts will start and the pool will collapse.
I know about family businesses, that are destroyed because the family members had a scandal and started lawsuits against each other.
796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling effects on LGBTQ+ People on: July 17, 2023, 05:37:51 AM
Recently research was held by Dr Reece Bush-Evans who told that online gambling could Hide the sexuality of the LGBTQ+ people and most of these people prefer online gambling as compared to physical gambling for obvious reasons.

The more important concern for the LGBTQ+ people is that they are being treated differently in a casino which may come under harassment. Also, the study says that people at the casino, the staff plus the public have shown discriminatory behavior towards these people.

New Research Explores Effect of Gambling on LGBTQ+ People

Can most of the LGBTQ+ people really be distinguished by their looks and appearance? I mean, most gay and lesbian people look completely normal and you can't tell whether they are gay or straight. How could the casino staff discriminate such people?
I understand that some of the trans gender people look really "flamboyant" and tend to stand out from the crowd by their appearance, but they are a really small number.
I have never seen LGBTQ+ gamblers in my entire life. Maybe that's the main reason. They are all gambling online.
Most gamblers are men. I also have never seen a female gambler in my entire life. Grin
797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin leave to be decentralized on: July 17, 2023, 04:59:40 AM
From my theory of understanding bitcoin as a cryptocurrency I have view bitcoin in different ways and i understand that Bitcoin what kept Bitcoin valuable is because it's a decentralized currency, for instant assuming bitcoin was centralized the domain of the technology would have be affected or tempered. But I'm seeing that the Force of Bitcoin today to stand is because is a decentralized currency.

Learning is a continuous process

OP, I can see that you already have two posts in the Bitcoin Discussion forum. Wouldn't be nice if you combine your questions into one post, instead of having multiple posts created in a short time frame(which kinda looks like post spamming)?
Anyway, Bitcoin is valuable because of the secure transactions and the scarcity. Yes, decentralization also has a role in building trust and confidence among the people, who are using BTC. It's theoretically possible for someone to take control over BTC by performing a 51% attack, but the BTC price would drop and I assume that Bitcoin Core will be forked and most Bitcoin users will move to the version of Bitcoin, that isn't controlled by a centralized entity.

The russia and USA power Will be dominant if old oil is king Same goes for AE arab countries.
Eu and china are much more advanched in green energy then russia or USA.
If russia wins then world Green energy not gona develope so easy.
But EU ally is china they both are good with Green energy.

USA is pretty advanced when it comes to green energy. I don't know where to do you get your info from.
This isn't about "green energy vs. conventional energy". It's about energy diversification. China is developing green energy, but they still use lots of oil and coal. The same thing applies to USA. I highly doubt that China and USA are going to get rid of oil and coal in the next decades.
What do you mean by "if Russia wins"? If Russia wins the war in Ukraine? The development of green power plants around the world has nothing to do with the outcome of the war in Ukraine. The EU isn't ally with China, the EU is dependent of China, because China has lots of raw materials for solar panels and China is a major manufacturer of solar panels.
799  Economy / Gambling / Re: Promote Your Gambling Platform for FREE on: July 16, 2023, 06:55:24 AM
I assume that you know the saying "if something is free, you are the product". Grin
I'm sure that there multiple websites like yours, offering free advertising space. The problem is that those website have no traffic at all.
You will have to invest money for advertising your own website first, in order to gather decent traffic and an active community. The problem is that your investment won't have any return, because everything you offer is for free and your business model is non-existent.
The best place to promote a crypto casino is Bitcointalk.org. Why would a crypto casino owner bother with trying other platforms(especially those that have almost no traffic)?

The entertainment industry and the film industry are extremely influential and have a wide audience. and whatever the context, the film could arouse the interest and curiosity of viewers in these technologies (cryptocurrency and AI) in a fun and accessible context.

but more than that I think that this film could break with some stigmas and negative perceptions that surround cryptocurrencies, presenting them as something exciting and full of possibilities. It could foster a more open mind towards these technologies and allay the fear or uncertainty that some people may have due to a lack of understanding.

I haven't watched this movie, but I'm sure that the bad guys will be the ones using crypto. Grin The good guy will stick with fiat money. Hollywood is a part of the establishment. You can't escape the matrix. Grin
I also don't believe that a movie could break stigmas and negative perceptions that surround cryptocurrencies. This is just a movie...
Do you think that some crypto haters are going to watch this movie and become fanatic crypto supporters afterwards? Hell no.
I'm also pretty sure that this movie will fail at explaining what cryptocurrencies actually are and how they work. That's not the main subject of the movie and whoever created the movie script won't care that much about explaining the core principles of crypto.
