For the defeat suffered by Monaco, I think it is still quite reasonable to happen because after all, at least Reims at this moment is also not a weak team t all because previously Reims was also in the top eight . But indeed, a defeat with a score of 1-3 like that is a shameful defeat for Monaco because after all, Moncao also plays at home . But about Nice, which in this season is proud of being a team of title contenders at the top of the Ligue 1 standings but ya, the fact is that Nice can still be defeated and even worse, Nice was not even able to score a goal in this match. With these results then ya, I personally remain confident that Nice will not be able to stay in second place and of course in the end Nice will experience a decline in position in the standings.
The manner of lost to Reims and the fact that Monaco was playing at home are quite disappointing, because they are supposed to challenge PSG at the top. That is indeed a setback, and it raises questions about the team's performance and ability to secure points in crucial matches. Maybe losing Minamino has been a big impact on their attaking prowess.

Nice with status as title contenders and their position at the top of the Ligue 1 standings got a defeat without scoring a goal can be seen as a significant setback. It does create uncertainty about their ability to maintain their current position. It's clear to see that they can't handle pressure to be fighting at the top. It looks like Nice will inevitably experience a decline in the standings. If They dont learn from defeats, adjust their strategies, and bounce back in subsequent matches, they will let PSG run alone at the top.

Newcastle is having a bad time and it is probably quite a while ago that they were so bad for the last time. It is now four games lost in a row and looking at the table shows that they are now getting closer to having no chance to qualify for the UEFA tournaments. I think even the Conference League would be a very bad result for them.
Newcastle has really been declining this season. A four-game losing streak is never easy, and it does raise concerns, when they were a top four team last season. The threat of missing out on UEFA tournaments looms large, and even securing a spot in the Conference League might be a disappointing outcome for the team and its fans.

It's crucial for Newcastle to regroup, analyze their performances, and work on improving their strategies. Eddie Howe can't keep playing with the same attitude as underdog, because teams already know how they play. But the season is long, and there's still an opportunity to turn things around. Fans often ride the rollercoaster of emotions that come with supporting a team, and while the current situation is challenging, there's always hope for a positive change in form.

How about you Are you gambling in a way that is very different from your true personality,
Good personality doesn't matter in gambling, it will surely corrupt it if one is not careful. Gambling could be good or bad depending on the approach used by the person and the preparedness of the same matters so well. Even if you are the best person in the world, well-cultured, and well-behaved, that doesn't mean you will not be affected by gambling and start gambling anyhow, especially if you are greedy, just like your friend. I sense greed there, not even the ego you mentioned as ego doesn't have to be with the money involved and your friend is not overconfident but just needs huge gain. The money involved is a thing of choice as he believes he can make money through gambling which is possible but not easy.
The impact of gambling on an individual transcends their personal goodness or cultural background. The difficulty of making money through gambling also adds a pragmatic aspect. It only needs a seed of greed for anyone to be influenced by gambling, Regardless of being a good or bad person, well-cultured, or well-behaved.

The motivations, such as the desire for substantial gains, can play a significant role in the engagement with gambling, but people need to realize the challenges involved and cautions. There is a broad-reaching impact of gambling. It needs to recognize personal motivations and the realistic challenges associated with attempting to make money through this activity. It serves as a reminder that caution and self-awareness are crucial when navigating the world of gambling.

Every gambler will give the advice to the newbie by their experience, but you may skip the advise of the more winning people is my advise.Because they will teach you their own experience and their betting to the particular game, but in real both the cards for the winner and to you is not the same one.The gambler may get the loss but get away with the loss will not be the wise one, learn the game and wait for your day. When you understand the real game,it can be make huge money. The gambler may face the winning and losing in the subsequent game, but the fact is the losing will teach them huge lesson. In common with the next game guidelines.
That's a balanced approach that values personal experiences and the lessons learned from both wins and losses. The idea is true success in gambling comes from a combination of understanding the game, learning from setbacks, and patiently waiting for opportune moments. Each gambler has unique experience. The cards for the winner and the newbie might not be the same.

Losing can be a powerful teacher that provides important lessons which can contribute to a better understanding of the game. It said that facing challenges and setbacks can lead to personal growth and improvement in gambling strategies.Lessons from losses can inform guidelines for the next game is a practical and strategic approach. It needs a reflective and adaptive mindset, where each experience contributes to the development of a more informed and skilled gambler.

That's what we have to ask ourselves, whether we are the borrowers of the money or the people who lend the money to others. We will be in unpleasant situations and conditions because we know each other well, and because of money problems, our relationship with him will become uncomfortable. That's what we have to think about, but it seems like people who want to borrow money from us won't think about it because what's important to them is how they can get their money immediately. If this happens, we shouldn't lend money to anyone who wants to use the money for gambling because that will make each of us feel uncomfortable.

We must explain to people who want to borrow money to gamble that this will only make things difficult for us. It would be better for him to use his money for other things besides gambling. We can also refuse to give loans to people who want to use them for gambling, and they don't force us to lend them money.
Borrowing or lending money for gambling purposes can strain relationships and create uncomfortable situations. Even if you want to, you need to consider the potential consequences and communicate openly about the associated risks. Explaining how lending money for gambling could negatively affect the relationship emphasizes the importance of maintaining healthy connections and encourages responsible financial behavior.

People who are seeking money for gambling may be focused on their immediate needs, but it's crucial to make them aware of the potential long-term consequences. Setting boundaries and refusing to lend money for gambling purposes is a reasonable and self-protective decision. It sends a clear message about the values and priorities you uphold. It's an act of self-care that can contribute to maintaining healthier relationships and avoiding unnecessary financial strain.

That's right, they should be able to realize that gambling cannot provide profitable wins quickly, and the steps taken are wrong where they don't choose to work but choose to gamble. Of course this is not right, if they don't work then they won't have income and if they are like that then gambling as a shortcut to making money is just a dream that is difficult to realize. because in my opinion, with them like that, it is very likely that they will only have problems with their own finances.

Yes, that's true, many of them can't accept defeat which causes them to spend more money because they continue to gamble with the motive of recovering losses that have occurred, and this will continue to happen if they are not aware of it, there will be no end to it. Therefore it is clear that they will experience large losses as you say, and if they continue to carry out this impulsive action there is a possibility that they will borrow money to be able to gamble again and the goal is still the same to recover the losses that have occurred. even though if they do it like this there is no guarantee that they will get a win that can cover their losses, so I think they are addicted to gambling so it is difficult to avoid gambling.
That's a critical point about the potential pitfalls of relying on gambling as a quick and reliable source of income. The idea that gambling can be a shortcut to financial success is often a misconception that can lead to significant problems. Choosing not to work and relying solely on gambling for income is a very bad decision. People need a stable and predictable source of income that is provided in employment. Gambling is inherently uncertain and can result in significant financial losses. Relying on gambling as a primary means of making money is unrealistic and can lead to financial instability.

The issue of people struggling to accept defeat and attempting to recover losses by continuing to gamble is a common challenge. This behavior can contribute to a cycle of financial losses and emotional distress. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment, and people should be aware of the risks involved. Sane poeple chase financial stability with certain income, not with uncertainty winning bets.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: January 13, 2024, 08:40:28 AM

Some would say we should stop at some point but when you are on the adrenaline of trying to get back all that profits, it becomes difficult to stop more. Revenge has been a big factor in gambling and controlling that is not so easy because we are in a trance and we are not thinking straight anymore. This could happen to anyone and I mean even those who have deep pockets. The only good part about those who have large funds is they can chase all those losses until the system gives up and give back what they had lost using the RTP feature.

The adrenaline and desire to recoup losses are what make it difficult to people to stop gambling that leads to a cycle of chasing losses. This phenomenon is commonly referred to as the "gambler's fallacy", the belief that past outcomes influence future ones, which can lead to irrational decision-making. Revenge gambling which is driven by the need to recover losses can indeed be a significant factor in problem gambling.

People need to have awareness to recognize when they are in this state of mind and take steps to regain control. Responsible gambling practices, such as setting limits on time and money spent, can help mitigate the risks associated with chasing losses. Having deep pockets may allow some people to continue chasing losses for longer periods, but they need to emphasize that gambling should be approached with caution. The concept of "chasing losses until the system gives up" is not a reliable strategy, because the outcomes of gambling are inherently unpredictable.
788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a means to an end, Do it for fun and don't take it as a job on: January 13, 2024, 08:32:18 AM
...
Gambling will only become a means to an end or a job when you are the owner of the gambling place or casino or you work as a staff there. But gambling can never be a job if you adjust regular gambler who receives the gambling place or casino or even bets online because you are a customer to these businesses and your loss is what funds their profits. If as a gambler you begin to think of how to make gambling a Source of income you need to first turn it into a business by first investing in opening up a gambling place, platform or a casino. That is the only time that gambling will then become a job to you.
I don't think it's accurate to claim that gambling can never be a job for regular gamblers. There are professional gamblers who make a living through strategic and skilled play, particularly in games like poker. Maybe they don't regularly earn a living on winning bets, but they have sponsors to support them playing the game for entertainmnet. Professional gamblers treat gambling as a serious endeavor, applying strategic approaches, statistical analysis, and risk management to gain an edge. Some individuals have successfully turned gambling into a consistent source of income through careful study, discipline, and dedication to their craft.

Responsible gambling and a deep understanding of the associated risks are crucial for anyone who takes this path. Not everyone can succeed in making gambling a sustainable source of income, and for many, it can lead to financial losses. Therefore, while it's possible for some people to turn gambling into a job, it comes with significant challenges and is not a guaranteed path for everyone.

Preparations for the round of 16 match in the UCL league are still very long and both teams still have time to build their squads and of course every coach must be smart in rotating players to avoid injuries. For Arsenal this might be a problem because the EPL league is very competitive, they lost several points in the EPL in previous matches, of course they don't want to lose any more points in the next match. so I think Arsenal doesn't have time to rotate players. Yes, hopefully no Arsenal players will be injured over the next month. because in my opinion if Arsenal can't win this first leg match then they don't deserve to go further, but if this draw is still favorable for Arsenal in the second leg.
It's a great significance for both Arsenal and Porto to progress in Champions League, and the preparations for such high-stakes fixtures require careful planning. With every point crucial in the league, there's added pressure on Arsenal to maintain a strong lineup and avoid injuries. The hope for an injury-free month is shared by many Arsenal fans, because injuries can significantly impact the team's performance and depth.

The success of Arsenal in the UCL will likely hinge on their ability to balance their priorities between domestic and European competitions. It's common for teams to approach such critical ties with a sense of urgency. Fans will undoubtedly be eagerly awaiting the clash, and the coming weeks will be crucial for both Arsenal and Porto in terms of squad management and strategic planning for these vital encounters.

Liverpool is certainly a pretty perfect team this season where they have strong enough strength and of course Kloop as Liverpool coach doesn't have any obstacles that are big enough to bring Liverpool to become champions this season. In my opinion, compared to other teams, of course liverpool is still much stronger this season. Liverpool have not participated in the European league for a long time, so there is a big possibility that Kloop target this season will be an to bring Liverpool to become champions this season.

Well for Roma they will probably improve their performance this season but as we can see Roma have to go through the play off round to be able to go further. I think Roma this season will not be able to repeat what they did last season because this season the other teams are much stronger than them. However, I also won't consider Roma weak because they have a coach who is quite experienced in European competitions.
Jurgen Klopp is undisputedly the main reason for how Liverpool have been so far. The absence of major obstacles and Liverpool's exclusion from the Europa League for a long time may indeed increase their focus on winning the domestic league. It's reasonable to believe that Klopp has set high targets for Liverpool this season. I think only injuries will stop them for achieving those targets.

Roma having bigger challenges this season is growing doubt about their ability to replicate the success of the previous season, because of the increased competition and stronger opponents. But Mourinho factor is always something to be counted in europa level. His experience in European competitions adds a layer of resilience to the team that suggests that they shouldn't be underestimated. Both Liverpool and Roma will likely have their own set of challenges and surprises as the season unfolds.

Yes, in the second leg, Chelsea still has a big chance to turn things around, they made a mistake in the first leg and were beaten by a team from the 2nd division, so in this second leg, I'm sure Chelsea will maximize their performance so they don't fail again so they can advance to the final round. because this is Chelsea's home match, Chelsea should be able to take advantage of it well, especially as Middlesbrough is not a strong team, it is just an ordinary team in the Champions League, its position is not good, Chelsea should be able to beat it at home, if they fail, that would be quite embarrassing for Chelsea. Hopefully the strategy implemented by Pochettino is successful and Chelsea can qualify for the final against Liverpool and fight for the EFL trophy or become runner up. To be honest, I doubt Chelsea can beat Liverpool Grin
Chelsea really need to bounce back in the second leg and secure a spot in the final, especially given the first-leg result against a team from the Championship, otherwise it could haunt their mentality because of being lost to a weak team. Playing at home should provide them an advantage, and they will likely aim to rectify their mistakes and put in a strong performance. Middlesbrough is not a team to lose a any chance for a team of Chelsea's calibre.

The potential final against Liverpool will be rematch of final from two seasons ago, but the potential revenge is not in Chelsea's favor. It's all part of the excitement and uncertainty that makes football so intriguing. Regardless of the outcome, the match against Middlesbrough should be an interesting one, and fans will be eager to see how Chelsea responds.

Inter Milan must try to get 3 points in this match in order to maintain their ranking at the top of the standings. No team wants to lose points, especially in this match where Inter Milan really needs points to widen the gap with Juventus. Monza can give a surprise if they manage to beat Inter Milan but in my opinion it's quite difficult to happen because Inter Milan's defense is quite strong this season.

I will not miss this match because Inter Milan is in a depressed situation on the standings because the points difference with Juventus is only 2 points. I hope Monza can hold Inter Milan to achieve maximum results at home and at least that will prevent Inter Milan from leading the standings this week. possible to bet, I think can take advantage of the high odds for Monza, but the risk is quite big and you must have thought about everything.
It seems Inter Milan keep being underpressure to win each match now. The upcoming match holds significant importance for Inter Milan in maintaining their position at the top of the standings, especially considering the close point difference with Juventus. The need for three points to widen the gap is crucial, and Inter Milan's strong defense adds to their advantage in such situations.

Inter Milan's current standings and defensive strength make them the favorites, but surprise can appear anyhow. It's always essential to carefully consider the odds and potential outcomes before making a bet, as unpredictabilities in football can happen. The match promises to be an exciting one, it will likely have implications on the top of the standings, making it a crucial fixture for both teams.

Barca can do well without Raphinha. The problem is they can't score as good as last season. We missed the Barcelona we used to see, who score a lot of goals in every game.
Lamine Yamal can play there. He used opportunities pretty good so far. Barca had too many injuries this season but other than that, they don't dominate attacks and score a lot of goals as their tradition. I think they need better transfers but financial situation is still poor. For sure they need another role player, they can't win all matches with only Lewandowski's goals.
The absence of Raphinha might not be felt so much, because Lamine Yamal's performances have been promising. The team's struggles in attack could be attributed to injuries and a lack of dominance in attacks. This Barca team is indeed not Barca we used to know with traditional style involves scoring a lot of goals in every game.

They need to have a diverse set of contributors beyond Lewandowski, because it could indeed enhance their chances of winning matches consistently. While it's a tough situation, there's hope that Barcelona can find solutions and improve their attacking prowess, either through developing existing talents like Yamal or making strategic transfers when possible. It's a challenging period, but football often involves cycles, and with the right adjustments, Barcelona may regain their scoring prowess.

Even Nigerian team will actually miss Victoe Boniface because he would have help the team in the AFCON competition that is currently going.

I am also thinking about the list of attackers in the Leverkusen team. I think they don't need to worry about signing his replacement because they will hardly get a player that is above his level right now, especially as they are not playing in the Champions League. Just as Alonso said, he will not add a player to replace him because he has Patrik Schick. I am also in support, and I wish Boniface got well soon because I am actually anticipating that Leverkusen will shock people by winning the Bundesliga title Dortmund wasn't able to win last season.
It's a big blow for the Nigerian team to miss Victor Boniface in the AFCON competition, because he is a player with a big role for the team that could have been valuable. The absence of key players can indeed have an impact on a team's performance.

It's indeed hard to find an attacker above his level when Leverkusen dont play in Champions League. Alonso deciding not to sign a replacement indicates confidence in the existing squad. Patrik Schick as an alternative in the attack seems to be a strategic move, emphasizing internal solutions rather than seeking external replacements. It's a testament to Leverkusen's belief in the capabilities of their current roster. Leverkusen's ability to compete and potentially win the title will depend on their consistency without affected by losing few players.

In fact, Lyon managed to win 4 times in a row in all competitions, most recently they managed to achieve a landslide victory in the French Cup against Pontarlier. With Lyon's current journey, I think they have managed to recover from the downturn experienced at the start of the season, their confidence has now recovered, of course Lyon's current target is to improve the standings and stay away from the relegation zone.

Against Le Havre, I don't think Lyon will make a mistake that will result in them losing points again, even though Lyon will travel to Le Havre. I am sure that with Lyon's confidence that they have now, they will win this match. especially if you look at the history of their meetings, Lyon was very dominant over Le Havre, even in the first match of the half of the season when Lyon was slumping, Le Havre was unable to beat Lyon. So in the Le Havre vs Lyon match, I am willing to bet that Lyon will win this match.
It's relieving to see Lyon is back to what they should be. winning four times in a row, especially over Monaco, suggests a significant turnaround for the team. The regained confidence is indeed crucial for Lyon's aspirations to climb the standings and avoid the relegation zone. The upcoming match against Le Havre should be another win for them considering their current form and historical dominance in previous meetings.

Confidence can play a pivotal role in football, and Lyon's positive momentum could certainly be a determining factor in the outcome. Lyon's ability should maintain superiority over Le Havre even during their earlier struggles. It suggests that Lyon has historically been a challenging opponent for Le Havre, reinforcing the likelihood of a positive result for Lyon in the upcoming match. Fans often appreciate such informed perspectives that take into account both recent performances and historical matchups. Let's see how Lyon continues to perform and whether they can secure another victory against Le Havre.

Chelsea won their last two matches in the Premier League, their performances have improved a little bit, but Chelsea is a team that’s inconsistent, their performance might just be worst against Fulham, but let’s see how they are going to perform in the match, let’s see if they will be able to beat Fulham in their next match since they are at an advantage because they are playing at home. Chelsea should be able to win the match, but it’s not going to be an easy one for them. Let’s expect a win from Chelsea, even if it’s not going to be with a wide goal margin.
Chelsea is too inconsistency to say their wins in their last two games are improvement. It might not necessarily guarantee a better performance against Fulham. Home-field advantage is noted as a potential positive factor for Chelsea, yet the cautionary note about the match not being easy reflects that Chelsea is still in a struggling phase.

Expectating Chelsea win shows a reasonable optimism considering their recent successes. But It wont be a surprise if they fail to gain any point from the game, because Fulham has been showing a good performance lately. This reflects that victory is anticipated, but challenges may arise in the match against Fulham. Football fans often appreciate such nuanced analyses that account for both the team's strengths and potential hurdles.

If you are aware of the current Real Madrid squad, in reality Real Madrid already has a young squad and in fact, only a few players are over 30 years old and among them only Kroos and Modric and also they contracts will expire at the end of this season . Therefore, basically Real Madrid has succeeded in maximizing its young squad for the long term of Real Madrid too, of course. So ya, it doesn't matter if Real Madrid is still targeting Mbappe because after all, having lots of high potential players in the squad is also a good way. Because after all, Real Madrid is used to having many star players in its squad, so it is not surprising that Real Madrid is still rumored to still want Mbappe in its squad.
I think Real Madrid now is different to Real Madrid that people used to know before. They are now not rushing to buy star players like they did before, but instead of observing and buying the perfect fit players to their system. I guess this is the reason they havent sign a striker to replace Benzema. The emphasis on developing a youthful squad with high potential players suggests a strategic vision for the long term. It appears that Real Madrid is actively planning for the future.

The pursuit of Mbappe aligns with the club's tradition of having star players. Real Madrid has historically been associated with assembling a roster of top talent, and the interest in Mbappe reflects the ongoing commitment to maintaining that standard.
Having a mix of experienced players and rising talents can create a well-balanced and competitive team. If Real Madrid can secure Mbappe, it would not only strengthen their squad but also contribute to the overall vibrancy and potential for success in both domestic and international competitions.

This season UEFA Europa league is something no one would want to miss because most of the teams like you have just said now are the top dogs of the competition and I believe Liverpool and Bayern Leverkusen are going to make the competition really competitive. For me it's strange seeing the likes of two teams topping their league play out in the Europa league which comes second in European football competition after the champions league and I also think the champion might come from these two teams although there are still lots of teams to watch out for .
Europa League this season seems different because it has different favorite which is Liverpool. I cant remember the last time top teams being favorite in Europa League, because it used to be Sevilla, LoL. The presence of such high-profile teams does make this edition particularly intriguing, and their participation elevates the overall competitiveness. This adds to the prestige of the tournament. The fact that two league-topping teams are part of the Europa League speaks volumes about the strength and depth of European football.

While Liverpool, Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan are strong contenders, the unpredictability of football means that several other teams will also pose significant challenges. The competition is filled with talented and ambitious squads that makes it difficult to predict the ultimate winner. As the tournament unfolds, football fans can look forward to thrilling matches and potential upsets, keeping the Europa League just as captivating as its more prestigious counterpart, the UEFA Champions League.

You know when a team has manage to stay relevant for many years, the more they dominate the league, the more it is hard to remove them. Barcelona and Real Madrid have been the main team that usually remain at the top of the league and if we want to be surprised Atletico Madrid will come to the top and that is how it has been for decade as I know and this because this clubs are rich, they buy the type of players they need just like Real Madrid are running for Mbape right now.

Now when a minor team they don't expect climb up, they don't believe in them and that is the culture of the league but we need to understand that football is changing and this changes means less monopoly, it wouldn't be a bad thing to see if Girona win the Laliga trophy because they have never won any before since they have qualifying for Laliga.
These clubs those are often considered football powerhouses have consistently invested in top-tier players to maintain their competitive edge. In latest Era of football, competition is not only on the pitch, but also on the transfer market. unexpected teams that show up to the top of competition will have bids for their best players that almost impossible to reject, because players are also profesionals who want to have bigger earnings. The potential pursuit of players like Mbappe by Real Madrid exemplifies their commitment to securing top talent.

The sport is indeed evolving, and there's a growing desire for increased competition and diversity in winners. Smaller teams, like Girona, have the potential to challenge the status quo and bring fresh narratives to the league. Breaking away from the traditional monopoly could add excitement and unpredictability to La Liga. Football enthusiasts surely want to witness a team like Girona winning the La Liga trophy that would not only be a historic achievement for them but also a positive sign of the evolving nature of football. It's the importance of embracing change and welcoming new contenders to create a more dynamic and engaging football environment. As football enthusiasts, we appreciate the essence of competition, and seeing unexpected triumphs can bring a refreshing aspect to the league, making it more enjoyable for fans across the board.

Aston Villa in the last one year have been the highest point takers in the EPL. They've been exceptional at their games, winning almost always and ensuring that they stay at the top chart. No one saw them coming and they've been able to be consistent, keeping home win records this season and they've not failed to cause troubles for teams. I see them going to the UCL next season but that would happen if they maintain their good form cause at this 2nd segment of the league the competition would be two times tougher.

They've got the capacity to remain on top but I really don't think City who's now below them would let them stay there, so if at all there'd be a change in the standings, then Villa won't go below the 6th position. They're so good to even try qualifying for the UEL next season. As competitive as the EPL has been this year, so far Villa have proven to be strong enough to fight back threats and create value and confidence in the team too.
That's an impressive record by Emery's Aston Villa. I can't remember the last time Emery guided a team for a such impressive continous performance, because I only remember that he got sacked at almost every club he managed. LoL. Their consistency, home win records, and ability to cause trouble for other teams have indeed been noteworthy. The unexpected nature of their success adds an exciting element to the competitive landscape of the league.

But I'm still doubting that they are able to compete for the title considering the competition at the to five is so tight, only six points gap between first and fifth position while Aston Villa currently is second. The Competition in the second half of the season will surely increase, especially with teams like Manchester City with their key players coming back from injuries likely to intensify their efforts to reclaim the top spot. The battle for top positions will undoubtedly be intense, and it will be fascinating to see how Aston Villa maintains their momentum and navigates the challenges ahead.
