The monthly update: Q3 was boring. Q4 just started and brought a lot of healthy, juicy green in recent years. Let's observe if 2018 will be a tiresome 2014 or something different.

Low-key game changer. Price tag with actual BTC price. That's crazy (maybe even batshit crazy?) to actually post prices in BTC - especially if BTC prices are changing a lot and likely to continue to change a lot, relative to fiat. Note the actual BTC and USD prices on the tag . I don't know when the picture was taken, but if it was this year, then well... with this kind of conversion rate the seller has nothing to lose! From another hand, lets put it this way - it is crazy to actually post prices in USD, with USD price changing a lot and likely to change a lot, relative to real value in BTC. Possible solution is to use digital price tags updated in real time... It is updating (and an "older" product from 2014): https://www.coindesk.com/bittag-real-time-bitcoin-pricing-retail/

I have to disagree w.r.t. "work isn't so bad" though... they've really cut back on the numbers of people and expect even more work from the remainder of us. Also, taking time off was never an issue in the past but in the last 3 years it's very difficult. We have extended blackout periods on vacation that creep into July and the talk is that next year it will be into early August - it's enough to drive one to really serious alcoholism. I know... waaa!
Jesus, are you an employee or a slave? Is there a difference? Apart from the fact an employee can choose his master(s).

Darum schrieb' ich... wie vermutet.

Weiter geht's... Was 'ne Shitshow...

@HairyMaclairy Btw. your high price alarm has been on since you posted this chart. Just saying, not that your neighbors are annoyed and call the police or do other weird things.

Node and staking computer updated, thanks! Light stake seems to reduce cpu load. Will watch my humble stakes, if the rate is roughly equal.

... But when did whales enter crypto market? ...
Well, if I remember correctly, this term became popular during the peaks from 2013 ($266 and $1242), Mt.Gox, Willy, the Bearwhale and stuff... If someone bought at the 2013 top, he/she/it 'made' ~ 400% as of today (in fiatmoney). You might have bought at the recent $19666 top, not sure what you can expect in five years from now. However, if you bought the top, hodling might be an appropriate strategy. If you're a moderate gambler, cost averaging on the 'way down' could be your strategy. Want to feed the whales? Just sell. If you want your kids to laugh at you in five years, buy shitcoins...

The monthly update: And we're up 2.26% in September as I type whis message. Did the honey badger wake up earlier this year? Q4 has not started yet. Guess we'll see!

Please click here to file a rehabilitation claim... https://www.mtgox.com/Deadline ist der 22. Oktober (in Japan).

Monthly update: The July performance is above average. But I don't see any pictures of rockets and new moons. The troll population is still dense and the thread slow. Can we blame it on the weather? There is hardly any place north of Sydney where it's below 30°C/86°F. I think we can live with that as long as August follows the July trend.

Are B1tUnl0ck3r and mymenace the same person/bot?
I've ignored both for posting gibberish, eerily similar gibberish now I think about it, so you could well be on to something. im kinda wondering the same thing myself. both are on ignore at the moment but i click "show post" every so often for the lulz. At least some of their algorithms don't seem entertaining enough for a handful of Wall Observers.

A new game! Let's assume nothing will happen in Q3, we start Q4 with $7.4k (where we are now) and add the average gains since 2011... We should see at least $11739, this is my magic number. Just to be clear, I know history will not repeat and assume we'll shoot higher. But hey, the average is what math gave me to work with. Thanks Mic and good luck to all participants!

It's already closed lower than that Yes, we saw $5774.7. But Jimbo is the closest as of now, right? He is $5.3 off and ChinkyEyes $182.7. If we see no lower lows by the end of the year, Jimbo will be the winner. At least that's how I thought it should be. ...who's closest by the BOTTOM...
... 5592 ChinkyEyes 5780 JimboToronto 5824 Jet Cash ...
