81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where is Facebook coin going on: October 30, 2019, 01:44:59 PM
Recently there is lots of bad news are coming for fb coin Libra. In this circumstances what do you think Libra coin is going?
Libra is really having difficulty submitting ideas about their projects. The US government is making it difficult to start up Libra and I think this project will be established very slowly than expected, and probably will not be established.
There is a lot of bad news about this and if the US government continues to make it difficult, I think Libra will have to be closed soon though it hasn't been established yet.
82  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie Trading Question? on: October 29, 2019, 05:24:52 AM
Hello,

I got into Bitcoin last February. I don't know anything about trading though I often watch Krown's Crypto Cave on YouTube. It's just as confusing to me as it is fascinating. I don't want to be a trader because I know nothing about it but since I bought my first Bitcoin I set up alerts on my phone for sudden increases and decreases and I've noticed patterns.

For instance, on Friday when Bitcoin jumped 36% from $7,400 - $10,300 my alerts on my phone were off the charts. I've seen this before, most notably when Bitcoin jumped up to $13,600 in September. Both times I felt that whales were pumping and dumping and I pushed the button on my phone to sell high but then I started shaking and canceled the sale. Sure enough, a couple of hours later Bitcoin gets dumped and goes back to reasonable levels.

Guys, I know I'm stupid because I'm asking myself, in both instances, why I didn't sell high and wait for Bitcoin to come down and buy again? It seems like a sure thing. All I hear are stories about people losing the shirts off of their backs from trading so that's why I just hodl. Am I missing something here? When I see the whales move the market this quickly should I just grab onto their tales and go for the ride? It seems like a sure thing but I know I'm missing something. Please educate me as to what is wrong with my reasoning.

Thank you.
I think you're psychologically greedy. I had a case just like you. In the first trading session when I saw strong purchasing power, I removed the sell order and continued to wait for higher prices. but soon the price went down and I was really disappointed.
The lesson is that in trading, we need to follow what we intend in advance to discipline ourselves. That's what it is to avoid mistakes. Wink
83  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading by follow signals. Is it good? on: October 29, 2019, 05:16:42 AM
Hi everyone, I'm just start trading and I don't have too much experience in chart or technical analyse. So I joined some signal groups with monthly fee. Is it good, in your opnion?
I hear about Alanmaster and his VIP signal, anyone hear about him or join his VIP member. Since I want to try so it's good if I have some feedback about it.
Thanks  Grin
It is really essential and one of the things to watch for hours to get the chance to make money.
For example, the Chinese government no longer makes it difficult for cryptocurrency and passes the law. If anyone could read a few posts at this forum early and bought NEO at $ 7.4, then they would have made a profit up to 60% - 70% in just 2 days.
It's really important and you should also be cautious about finding news sources.
84  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency usage will boost economy or make it worst ? on: October 28, 2019, 03:25:49 AM
Yes, that's the point I want to tell people about the harms of using cryptocurrencies as a common currency.
Besides money laundering or tax evasion, people will decide for themselves the value of bitcoin or be manipulated by organizations. The coins in this market are heavily manipulated and using it as a payment method is not good.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: The Economic Analysis of Demand for Bitcoin on: October 28, 2019, 03:13:46 AM

On the contrary, if the current rate of interest is lower than the critical rate, people will convert all their securities into cash.
Now coming to Bitcoin. Bitcoin does not follow the principle of speculation demand as laid down by Keynes because its characteristics are very much similar to the securities considered by Keynes for this analysis. Hence speculation demand for bitcoin has different approach. Its speculation demand depends upon the relative rate of return. If the anticipated return on Bitcoin is higher than other securities, people will hold Bitcoins for speculation motive and vice-versa.

Any suggestions, questions, different approaches, views, doubts are welcome.
But the fact that everyone wants to hold bitcoins will create a big hole. You should know that all the value of bitcoin is now manipulated and its price is very high. Think about it, for those who hold several thousand bitcoins, they always expect people to increase the demand to buy bitcoins to sell at high prices.
In fact, bitcoin has no value but it is manipulated. Everyone knows this, so it is not right that many people want to buy bitcoin.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC&ALTS price direct proportional? on: October 27, 2019, 05:49:59 AM
Teach me some crypto history. Did alts price rise in the past when BTC was rising or are there any other patterns showing up?
Everybody's talking about altseason but i'm not sure if i understand the term correctly.
Which tools do you use to track you coins?
Thank you!
Yes, it is so. Because all alts are paired with Bitcoin, when the price of bitcoin increases, so does the alts. but it is not always equal. Sometimes traders sell alts to buy bitcoin and make a difference. That's what I understand and want to convey back to you, hope it helps you.
I am currently using the Tabtrader App, you can easily track prices on your phone.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you explain the recent surge in Bitcoin price? on: October 27, 2019, 05:18:58 AM
The recent news I read is that the Chinese government is starting to take an interest in crypto businesses and they are ready to support and develop this new industry.
This is probably the main reason why the price of bitcoin and alts in China soared on October 26.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 26, 2019, 03:29:35 AM
this is my current investments. do u have any suggestion

20k$ = BNB
20k$ = ADA
20k$ = EOS
20k$ = XEM
20k$ = NEO
10k$ = XRP

I think you should invest more in BNB and NEO or BTT. invest in technology businesses in China because the Chinese government has just spoken out that it will actively support crypto businesses.
This is a very good condition for a strong future bull run for Chinese coins. I believe BNB will soon return $ 23.5 in a week. This is a good time for you to adjust your portfolio because the market has just grown over $ 42 billion. Wink
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO becomes successful = ETH will moon? on: October 26, 2019, 03:18:03 AM
No, I don't think the two are compatible. because Ethereum only supports the ERC-20 platform for ICO projects, it no longer has any other responsibility for the projects.
Therefore, the growth of projects is based on the potential of the project and the development platform contributes only a small part. Wink
90  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex is closing down in 31 countries on: October 25, 2019, 03:02:01 AM
Pardon me if i am posting this thing in the wrong section. Did n't find suitable section for it.
Bittrex is closing down its services in 31 countries and users from those countries should withdraw the funds prior to October 29 by 19:00 UTC/21:00 CEST.
Official Link:
https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034965072-Important-Information-for-Bittrex-International-Customers
This is a sign that bittrex is too fed up with the harsh laws of the SEC. they are creating a new exchange platform, Bittrex global, they will have a fresh start in a new country more easily.
I believe that the bittrex international platform will soon collapse and Bittrex Global is what their team is aiming for. Hopefully in the future, Bittrex will return soon.
91  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Guess How Much Profit Coinbase Made Since Launched in 2012? on: October 25, 2019, 02:50:11 AM
Now I realize that new exchanges are types of businesses that are very profitable. Because the transaction demand is very high in the crypto market and especially the margin trading, fees are very high for high profits.
If Coinbase continues to expand margin trading for their trading systems, I think the profits could be doubled or tripled if the government doesn't control it too strictly. What do you think ?
92  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin freelancing is dead? on: October 24, 2019, 02:09:06 PM

It was theorized that Bitcoin will help alleviate poverty by allowing people to work online without any restrictions, but on practice this just isn't happening. In your opinion, what is the reason for this?
That's just a silly assumption. Those who don't understand economics and finance always make such empty statements. Bitcoin really has no value and it only goes up due to sharks pushing prices.
Bitcoin trading or mining bitcoin is not sure to help people get rich because the market is always looking for risks. Many people even go bankrupt due to trust in bitcoin and hold it.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: October 24, 2019, 01:53:57 PM
My lesson is never be too involved, just like you. This is a common mistake of newbie like us. I would have lost the chance to get $ 1k6 in 10 minutes if I didn't remove the sell order.
I was greedy when I bought wpp and didn't want to sell them when the price went up, and now the price has dropped and I only have a profit of about $ 500.
This is a big lesson and everyone should be disciplined when trading.
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: September 28, 2019, 07:44:13 AM
I used to trade in the US stock market, I was trading on nasdaq and it was pretty good even though the profits were not as high as in the crypto market.
but when trading in crypto, one day I can earn 1k $ but the market has taken back all my capital and profit. The market doesn't follow indicators, it just depends on shark news and trends.
I have never seen a major manipulation like the crypto market and trading here is very risky.
95  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance legally registered at U.S, does Bitcoin will get increase? on: September 28, 2019, 07:28:53 AM
I read in some articles that binance now operate in US https://bravenewcoin.com/insights/binance-u-s-opens-account-registrations,
I thought US banned crypto, why all of a sudden they've adopted the system of crypto like Binance? Do you think, this will affect the market of bitcoin and crypto could be increase now?

The increase or not will be based on the trend that the market brings. Like Binance in early 2019, the price was only $ 5.5 but when Binance Launchpad was born, they actively used their money to push the token price and then they were trusted by many speculators -> price increase.
Legal registrations in the US only increase their volume again and there is no reason for prices to rise while the market is in a recession.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily on: September 27, 2019, 12:40:13 PM
Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily, with some of the top-20 coins showing losses of more than 34% on the day.
The most popular altcoin Ether (ETH) has dropped over $50 in the last 24 hours to a price point of $156 per coin, recording a heavy loss of 24% on the day.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/tuesday-shows-bloodbath-for-altcoins-up-to-34-losses-on-top-20-coins

do you think this down market will continues and welcome back to the bears in crypto market again ?
or this is only the preparations if the market will growing really hard and the bulls will show up in the near time ?
This market will continue to dump because too many mining companies abandon bitcoin and cause its hashrate to drop dramatically by 40%.
This is considered to be the worst news ever and that has hit the whales, causing them to sell off bitcoin recently. If the hashrate does not recover, it will continue to fall and the altcoins will fall similarly Cry
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: September 27, 2019, 12:23:44 PM
We always see the price rise for a short period after the listing in the exchanges or after IEO, but soon price be come down,
this may due to two reasons:
The first reason is that the coin or token has no real value.
The second reason is the large sale of those who got his coin  free such as airdrop.
Isn't that true?
The biggest reason is that the token has no value. I see there are projects that only pay for bounty or airdrop about 0.5% - 1% of the total token sale. Although their token sale is more than 50% of the total supply, until the price plummets, do they blame bounty hunters? Huh
In fact, the problem lies with the team, they do not want to support the acquisition of tokens, so the price falls free.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Earn 1% in 24 hours on: September 27, 2019, 11:48:32 AM
Is this a lending model? If this is a lending model, I think this will be a big scam. 1% per day is too much for those who are financially savvy.
Stay away from this UCIF project before you lose all your money. I have been warned in my investment groups.
99  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest me a good coin to invest in. on: September 25, 2019, 05:21:50 AM
So i am looking for some coins to invest in.
Yes, before everyone says it, i will do my own research.
I really like the idea of buyback + burn or just burn in general.
I also really like exchange coins, that get burned too. Thats why i own KCS, HT, and bnb
I suggest you consider about WPP token. It is one of the most successful ICO projects of 2018 and attracted more than $ 59 million.
They have a team that always works hard and has long experience in the energy industry. They travel to countries to collaborate with corporations that need green energy and they are truly one of the very potential businesses in the future.
100  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Decentralized or Centralized Trading? on: September 25, 2019, 05:15:07 AM
if it was me, I would still choose centralized trading. because there, there are big exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Okex always have stoploss function. That's the function I need most in exchanges, I'm not too concerned about fees, the security of my assets is the best.
Therefore, I never choose to trade in decentralized transactions, it's too complicated and dangerous!
