If Manchester City wins the UCL trophy and Sevilla wins the UEL trophy, then we can say that Manchester City and Sevilla will meet in the super cup. And that is with all the added improvements, maybe not even that much if they do not want to do anything at all, they can just stay as it is and can still do it without a doubt. Bribery is simple enough to explain all of this, there is no need to explain it some other way. I mean when we are talking about a lot of money spent though, which means that Fifa "may" have done the right thing, if USA said they would spend 200 billion, don't you think they wouldn't accept that? Or if England said that, or France, or South Africa, or China? I mean whichever nation promised to spend that much money and did so much to just get world cup on their nation, I am pretty sure that Fifa would have to accept it. However, nothing can stop psg from winning the league. They're currently sitting 3 points ahead of Lens, with an extra game in hand, with a better goals difference. It's hard to any team stopping them from winning the league at this point, even if Lens manages to win all their remaining matches. Parisian only needs to secure 2 more wins from their last 4 games, and the title will be theirs.
