which market you understand most you make more profits there , crypto markets have good growth rate in future stock market also decent growth rate if there is no rescission , if you invest in good projects either in crypto or stock then there is no difference |

looks like you lost money in bitcoin and you are frustrated , in frustration mind finds all negative reasons like you , is you think bitcoin is crap then avoid buying it thats all , buy what you believe that works

Hello everyone, I was introduced to this forum by a friend who advice me to be marketing IEO/ICO companies but I see trading as the only thing I picked interest and willing to spend time here to learn. As a result of this I have dedicated 5 - hours daily to learn about crypto tradibg here in the forum since my research only keep me discouraged and scared due to their negative emphasis. I will like to know the difference between shot term and long term trading and the one that is much profitable. Also the different risk involved in both.

I wanted to earn extra income money other from my job and wanted to earn more on my own , i search some ways to do it and got into trading from then to today i constantly learning and making little little money , and now my goal is to become full time trader

Believing in trading logic i have much experience in this , if we don't believe what we do then we will be in fear and even if we are right fear causes us to makes mistakes , i had this experience because i did not believe in technical analysis even though i was good in this analysis i used to make mistakes and lose , its good that you mentioned this |

i learnt trading by my self watching youtube videos and some free course ,
i like to read books on investing i had read intelligent investor book it was good . i like to keep it simple, reading more books i think it makes things complicated, i like warren buffet books more i dont want to follow many authors as it makes things complicated

FEAR
Normal thing to be experience yet as a human being we are emotional when we lost up money but if you engage with this kind of market you should
really need to let yourself to be numb in most cases.
Fear is a normal thing yes with fear we do not see many opportunity which market provides us with i have lost a lot because of fear , in trading in zone there is good information of how fear acts upon traders and make everything even worst , with fear we mess up everything even if we our analysis is correct fear makes us wrong and makes us to lose a winning trade |

What i want to know is how can i become a successful trader and make money for the rest of my life. Should i learn technical analysis or harmonic patterns......
And which is the best market to trade for a beginner.
Successful trading is not about trading in different markets or searching for different trading analysis , i was also thinking same as you and finding answers after all what is successful trading is fortunately i found some magnificent books , Trading in zone Think and trade like a champion and Trading for leaving read this books i am sure you will get answers for your questions and read some other books about technical analysis |

Err. We literally had the past few years flooded with news of funds getting stolen due to carelessness of the holders. Not sure how this is still happening knowing that you're on Bitcointalk, which is pretty up to date with hackings and breaches. A lot of people have been very very very vocal about security.
Oh well, painful mistake for you I guess. Look at the bright side. While 20k is a good amount of money, better learn a hard lesson losing the $20k rather than learning your lesson when you already have like $100k+ or more. Best of luck moving forward.
i have seen many threads about hacking and precaution stuff , 20 k is lot of money and pains to be losing spending some money and buying a hardware wallet is better then losing money and regret after , i have separate notebook to have all private keys written i would say you lost a lot of money to learn this lesson |

New traders risks a lot so they make more losses which even i did at beginning after many days of making loss , after 2 years i was at break-even now i am at a stage where i make profits , i am not saying that i dont make losses i try to make them minimum , after i reach some amount of loss i stop trading for that day

read some books about how technical analysis works in financial markets this will help you to know technical analysis works and in day trading practice is more important

i have learn technical analysis and practicing it for many months now i am good at it , but when it comes to day trading stocks move as market moves if markets go up stocks go up and if market falls stocks fall where does technical analysis , how to do day trading
my question is about stocks not crypto
practice and experience is most important in day trading observe markets and use lower time frame charts and trade only less risk and good reward entries , day trading requires lot of discipline dont do it like gambling |

here is the reality none of the trading system is 100% accurate
people who understand and practice the analysis will make money , i my self making profits using technical analysis
just ask yourself how much you have learnt and practised technical analysis , dont believe in this post you will get 100s of posts saying technical analysis will work and will not work , and knowing other things on whats going on with market is also important

many coins create fake volume for different purposes 1 to scam ( pump and dump) 2 to maintain volatility ( common reason every project tells  but only less coins do it) 3 to make a hype and show some green candles and to be visible at top gainers 4 and other reason like as you said to list in exchanges and to maintain minimum volume |

i did and i have still holding some its always good to book some of the profits once there is good move i am still hollding some of btc from the time i booke a part btc is raising only , i am not in any rush to sell so i will wait for good targets
