81  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is your unforgettable experience in trading? on: December 09, 2020, 12:41:13 AM
My most unforgettable experience in my trading life is back when I tried to arbitrage from 2 different exchange just to find out that the other exchange is using an old chain of the coin and the other one is using the new chain so I can't really find a way to profit and ADZ price goes dump and I lost like around  $2k at that trade lol really big mistake.
82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Investment | I NEED HELP on: December 08, 2020, 11:54:27 AM
If you are looking for new gambling site to invest with you I think this thread might help you in choosing best websites for best possible profit. GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT
You should be careful when choosing those gambling sites recommend here, it might not give you good results in the end. There's many of them, but that doesn't guarantee us a 100% profit because our potential loss is always present when it comes to betting.
Investing always comes with a risk of losing no matter how good the site you invested in, since in investing in gambling websites bankroll your profit will be base on the win lose statistic of players within a certain period of time. Investing on an gambling site is not the same as betting there is a huge difference in that you should be aware of.

83  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: December 08, 2020, 11:08:18 AM
For noobs, HODLing is a term used for "holding" your assets (here: Bitcoins) for a very long time. But, isn't it true that those who bought it at $500 once should have sold it at $20k peak, and if not, why didn't they sell at $15k?
We have our own targets on taking profits. I'm sure most people sold some at $15k to take profit and re entry when bitcoin dipped below $15k. For me my goal for next selling is the new ATH @ around $22k is the spot that I'll be selling my bitcoins now.

Isn't it true that too long a hodl can stop you from taking great opportunities while sitting dumb and waiting for a specific target?
It is true, that's why you should always split funds between hodling, trading, buybacks or any good opportunities in some altcoins circulating now. Opportunities are passing by everyday if you go all in on hodling, just like @Lorokan said too much of everything is bad.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: December 08, 2020, 10:40:13 AM
i'm watching it. Karl was pretty good in game 1, off to game 2 now
Looking forward to Fnatic with the new roster, tough debut against TNC, even the bookies have the latter as the clear favorite in this match
T1 ended up winning both games. What a play by Karl to catch that Terrorblade in the last fight. Karl and Jackky coordination is so good as well as the earth spirit. I thought MG will have a chance in game 2 base on drafts but T1 played it well. Congrats to all bettors.

Today very nice Machtes in the Blast series Today
Team vitality vs Mousesports that gone be a hard match for Mouse im hope they win butt im realy dont think they have a chance.
Natus Vincere vs Astralis  lovley match  Grin Grin Natus can win butt would be hard
Navi I think has a chance against Astralis, the oods looks good too I'm gonna bet a little amount for Navi now. Mouse on the other hand I think has zero chance in this match, in ZywOo I trust.
85  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of trader are you - Day Trader or Swing Trader? on: December 08, 2020, 08:16:59 AM
I have tried many trading strategies but what really worked out for me is day trading and scalping. I've been trading for like 3 years and so far day trading and scalping gave me profits that I want it is not that big but hey profit is profit as they say. I fit on my strategy maybe because same as you I am quite impatient and I want something to do or watch something everyday.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion on bitcoin holder tax from Indian government Income Tax on: December 08, 2020, 12:01:03 AM
The great Benjamin Franklin said : in this world, nothing is certain except death and taxes. And he said this after basically having participated in the creation of a country (the USA) in revolt over taxes !

30% isn't that bad.
30% is not a big of a problem for big bitcoin holders in India, but for small bitcoin holders surely it will be a problem. 30% may sound small for big players but for small holders that will be a pain to pay for sure.

considering India's economy is so bad,
So bad? I think not. India is at rank 5 of GDP ranking right above United Kingdom surely we can't say that India's economy is bad it is just the the government could not handle the economy well that's why the situation there looks bad.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who has held bitcoin for more than 5 years? on: December 07, 2020, 01:10:43 PM
Hey Guys,
Just curious to see who has held bitcoin on this forum for more than 5 years?
And also, if you've sold it, when did you got in and when did you sold out?

Cheers!

My bitcoin journey started back in 2016, If I remember correctly bitcoin was only worth $400-$500 back in the day and I got lucky on all the things that I am doing and I'm earning good amounts of bitcoin and when the bull run happened back in 2017 that is where I sold almost all of my bitcoins.

So far the longest time that I held onto my bitcoins is for almost 2 years or less I guess. I started accumulating bitcoins after the bullish trend ended in 2018 and recently sold most of my holdings this recent pump of bitcoin.
88  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get VIP Signals? on: December 07, 2020, 12:33:38 PM
Personally, I never trust any signal groups no matter if its "VIP" or just regular ones. There is no assurance that you will profit from their prediction, yes most of them have high win rates on their trades but that doesn't mean that you will always win. Investing money to join in for VIP signal groups I think is a waste of time and money what I think that is best for us to profit more on trading is invest on ourselves, enroll on some courses that will help you read graphs better and will help you develop your trading skills more rather than just depending on some "VIP signals".

As far as I know, If Somebody want Trade with VIP Signal, then need Paid membership from VIP signal Group. It Maybe telegram group or others social media platform.  Becouse without any paid Membership you cant get any type Crypto Signal.
Surely why would they even call it "VIP" if it is for free?
89  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 07, 2020, 06:00:52 AM
The one advantage the Youtuber has is his size, he is a natural cruiserweight. There are no details on what the weight limit will be for this fight.
IMO, size will mean nothing when you are faced with a high caliber boxer like Mayweather. 6 inch in height difference may sound so big but the skill set of each player is like roof to floor in difference. Logan Paul will not stand a chance against Mayweather, even Pacquaio had a hard time against Mayweather and lose thinking that Pacquaio already is a world class boxer not like Logan Paul who literally have 1 match and lose in his name in boxing.
90  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: does it really make sense trading on Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2020, 12:53:42 PM
We have different preferences, skill sets and strategies. Don't hate other people just because you don't like what they are doing with their own stuff, besides they are not bothering you right? We all have different story of success in life, maybe trading's not for them and that's the reason why they are just hodling their bitcoins. Bitcoin is good for both trading and hodling you just need to choose on where you are comfortable with.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looks like another big company will add crypto as payment soon on: December 06, 2020, 10:35:44 AM
Nice news, this I think is the chain effect of Paypal's implementing bitcoin in their system. I'm an avid Spotify subscriber and this will surely benefit many of us because I'm sure almost every people right now uses Spotify.

At last spotify would consider adding Bitcoin to their payment method that was what I'm waiting for, honestly I'm getting troubled using bank cards and the likes and I find crypto more easily rather than these regulated payment methods.

I'm not sure if this is good, I think that such companies harm the decentralization of bitcoin, more and more companies own bitcoin

the decentralization of bitcoin was left behind from the moment that centralized exchange and  KYC began to exist...
Exactly, plus if we really wanna see cryptocurrency specially bitcoin being accepted by every merchant, companies and government in general centralization will be a must and inevitable in the future.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People still don't know about Bitcoin on: December 06, 2020, 07:35:56 AM
Bitcoin despite being popular and making news many still don't know bitcoin or at least what really is bitcoin. Most of them already heard things about bitcoin but they are not open to stuff like bitcoin, they always thinks that bitcoin is a scam or just a internet troll or a useless entity in the internet. Most people like what others are saying are ignorant about bitcoin and that is not a new problem for bitcoin. Thankfully here in my country more and more people are already accepting and understanding what really bitcoin is, I know many people before who thinks bitcoin is a scam and now they are using and believes in the potential of bitcoin.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: December 06, 2020, 04:51:59 AM
I used to have 14 ethereum but I got caught in the web of FOMO and I lost over 10 ethereum because the project I invested the ethereum on have dropped marginally, is this the end of the road for me? Or I still have hope? How can I recover?
Recovering will surely be hard right now but if you are determined to do so I think it will be possible. Even if it sounds impossible you should believe that you can. What I can suggest to help you recover is to refresh your mind first from your lost and think like you are starting over again, expand your knowledge and study more things that will help you to recover. I've been in that situation before but thankfully I successfully recovered. Just don't lose hope.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: December 06, 2020, 03:24:25 AM
There are many crypto token listed in coinmarketcap and been traded in top exchanges like binance, Yobit and lDex exchange which people consider as proficient enough in the cryptocurrency market and knowing well that Eth is ranking number 2 position in the coinmarketcap, let's discuss Do you think that any new crypto currency overtake Eth in times of price value can that be possible?
If there will be a competition for ETH at the 2nd spot I'd say it will be Ripple for sure. Ripple(XRP) had this one time where it surpass ETH for a while in the rankings. But I doubt that this will happen soon, XRP still needs a lot of development in order to surpass ETH again and with ETH releasing some big updates and development XRP will surely have a hard time to climb at rank 2 again and surpass ETH.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government don't accept Bitcoin. on: December 05, 2020, 11:53:11 PM
And I want to explain that bitcoin is not bad for me. How can i successfully explain?
The how you can use it is easier to answer because you can freely use VPN if the government limit your access to bitcoin related things, the hardest part to deal with your situation is explaining to the government. Government has close ears and eyes about bitcoin they will not listen to any of our explanation for sure.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how add security to our bitcoin ? on: December 05, 2020, 10:01:46 AM
Isn't coinbase and binance probably the best two exchanges if you want to keep coins there?
They are, but if you want to really secure your funds I would suggest to pull out your funds in both sites and transfer it to wallets like Ledger, electrum or Trezor. Just make sure that you activate all layers of security specially the 2FA and back up your wallet seed/phrase in a safe storage it would be better if you'll be storing it on a separate drive or write it down just like what I am doing. The most important part in securing your funds in any wallet/exchange is to be cautious on each of your action and avoid clicking stuff so you'll be safe from malwares.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not Sure On Whether To Buy Crypto Or Not? on: December 05, 2020, 07:29:17 AM
Investing in bitcoin is smart if you are ready to risk your money and ready for anything that may happen. If you do have the means and eagerness and the discipline then why not give it a shot?
Is it possible to accurately predict whether it is necessary to invest 100% money in one or another currency?
Absolutely no. We must keep in mind that before investing in bitcoin or generally in anything we must know the investments comes with risk, the risk of losing money. No investment ensures a 100% assurance that you will profit, if there will be some it will sound too good to be true.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: December 05, 2020, 06:55:18 AM
Its a big no for me. Considering how low the budget allocation for bounties it is not enough for bounty hunters to totally kill the project they are just putting the blame onto them when their coins price goes into failure after their ICO. Instead I see bounty hunters are the ones who are helping the project be successful.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin? on: December 05, 2020, 03:53:14 AM
There are two biggest disadvantage of bitcoin for me. First is the transaction time, most of  the time even if you use recommended fees transactions can still take hours before getting confirmed and credited on the other parties wallet. The second one is the irreversible of each actions in bitcoin blockchain, there is no turning back no disputes no matter how valid your reason is once gone is gone forever is real in bitcoin.
100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price From 0$ on: December 05, 2020, 02:26:05 AM
$50,000?HuhHuh

Will Bitcoin reach this target this year?
With the current situation of bitcoins price I think it would be impossible for bitcoin to reach what you are expecting this year. We still have approximately 3 weeks before 2020 ends and I think that 3 weeks will be sufficient for bitcoins price to beat up the last 2017 ATH. I think that $50k is still possible if the bullish trend will continue to year 2021.
