All I have is backup phrase but I'm 100% sure they are two different thing since the wallet contains 100 types of crypto coins, for example I can't import the back phrase into other mobile wallets ,it just doesn't work right

You don't have to worry ,use any one you can get your hands on either ddr3 or ddr4 ,I have rigs using both and 5-6 rx580 running in both so you are fine
