With IEO, you can introduce your project to your investors. Listing means your project has developed and ready for the trade of tokens. During IEO, investors can be attracted by giving a special bonus or discount. Simply listing the coin will not be made new investors aware of the project and there will not be sufficient funds for development.

Yes. Investors should have the patience of their holdings. Short term investment never gives good investment than in the long term. Project growth depends on its development and later its userbase and increase awareness. Projects which are really legit, we should hold our investment for the long term.

Token burn concept shows that there is no demand. To increase the demand and lower the supply, project thinks that price will increase, which is not the real scenario. While creating tokenomics, we see huge millions or billions of coins/token supply. Do team think about future that there will not be demand if supply is so huge?
 This should be taken care by team and project advisors.

We should always have our Portfolio diversified. Although Bitcoin is leader, we should never invest hundred percent of the amount in single asset.
Current situation I see as an opportunity to grab more.

in 2019, after working in so many bounties, I hardly earned a few hundred dollars. But I am hopeful to increase my portfolio value in the near future as we can not measure the correct value in current bear market situation. Being optimistic and following certain rules, I will continue participating in the new project's bounties.

You are right. But we can not measure the success of any project in a short duration. The project needs to run longer after complete development and show its potential to current as well as new investors. To measure the success patience required for today's investors. As you mentioned, the establishment of any project can be concrete by setting up the right goals and increasing the confidence of their investors.

For blockburn, sure its delay in distribution. After bounty was over, the team decided o postpone the distribution for three months and now everyone is waiting for the date. For Cartesi, I think the bounty manager made it clear at the beginning of the campaign that distribution will be in phases. We don't have any choice but to wait. Nowadays I see the allocation for bounty hunters has been reduced a lot. To get good pay, we need to participate as many campaigns as we can.
The was bounty for Juiice project which is over. Do you know that distribution is after 18 months after completion of IEO?

We are never late for any long term investment. But, this time the market is not at good condition and we can say that this is an opportunity to accumulate more.
Once pandemic situation is over and after Bitcoin halving rewards event, market may see uptrend and hopefully by this year-end, we see good profits.
I would suggest do investment in btc and eth 50-50 percentage.

If such exchanges are legit, then I don't know why they keep minimum withdrawal or fee so high that user should never use exchange. I such a tough competition period, these exchanges should keep it as low as possible.

that this exchange shows fake volumes. So we should stay away from this exchange.
