If the project is a success; building the fabric which produce electricity from waste and selling it to the miners - then the tokens are going to gain more value. But how about the electricity price? If the electricity price increase, is this going to effect the project and the value of the tokens? Well, the question is if dev can really do all the plans of this project? Do they really have resources to make it happen and are they capable enough to run this project? this is another important point of view for sure. I think the main problem here is; this is the first project of this team in this sector and this is quite risky to trust a team which has no experience.
