People should not be motivated by money, money is literally a needs for us but it is just a way that we could porvide ourselves together with our family to support our daily needs. It is not necessary for to have a lot of money to live or to have life. So we should motivate ourselves to make a living rather than to earn money and do nothing.
But most of the people who are on this forum are motivated by money and chance to increase their wallets thanks to investing in some coins, they are looking for information here which one they should pick. |

but for me bitcoin should be in every investors wallet cause this coin always will have the biggest support of crypto users and has the biggest chance to surprise with its price in future. |

I think it's possible if you expect growth to be exponential rather than linear. I assume Armstrong is drawing on the idea of growth curves like the S-curve. Once you "cross the chasm," adoption rate can go vertical.
The vast majority of television adoption happened over a period of five years or so. That's the most optimistic case, but if you look at recent examples like the internet and mobile phones, the rate of growth can be quite staggering:
I thin the chances for exponential adoption are lowering with each year, because nowadays new things get picked up really fast. Most of the people have heard about Bitcoin already, but for various reasons they've decided to not get involved. Volatility and fear of a bubble are probably the biggest reason, but also there are other downsides like Bitcoin's unforgiving nature and complex interface, or undetermined legal status. I think you make a good case for why adoption rates for some technologies look like an S-curve. Regardless of social awareness, adoption is very slow at first -- whether because the technology is expensive, hard to use, paradigm-breaking, requires additional infrastructure, etc. At some point, adoption goes vertical. It's not immediate. That's the S-curve model. Together they simply make it not worth the risk for average joe. I'd be happy to see even 5% of world population as active users and 5% more as infrequent users or hodlers.
Personally, I think Bitcoin's trajectory is more binary than that. As long the technology remains secure, I lean towards mass adoption. The same here, for me next years will be better and better if we will compare them to last 3/4, market is still developing and lots of changes will come in future months or years. |

Although somehow protect yourself - it's better to buy altas from the top 20. They have drawdowns, too, but those are like those beyond these limits.
But sometimes those new coins have bigger pumps than any other coin from the top 20 or even top 50, there were lots of times when new coins had 100-1000% pump in very short time, so why not to take some risk and invest something in them. |

What do you mean "recovery" ? Eth is working just fine. If you're talking about price and appreciation, then that is whole other story. This is just a correction.
I think that he is talking about price so if i need to comment anything for me etherum is now closer to recover than any other coin, in next few months price should be again great. |

Okay maybe bitcoin or any other coin from this market won't replace the fiat money but what about making them at the same level? For me there are lots of chances that they will be used in future in most of the places in the world. |

At the moment, all coins are down and this is a bit bad, especially for bitcoin traders, which is definitely a very difficult time to hold. Continuing patience will bring long-term benefits and I am confident that bitcoin will increase again.
But for investors it is one of the best moments to do some moves, for me even if you are trader or you are scared of market downs like that one should make you to do something in this market. |

I believe that ETH will eventually stop getting pumped and will be dumped majorly and will go below $200 but by that time it won't be a good investment anymore.
It is now under 200$ and for me it is not that bad to put something into it, if price will get pump even the smallest one we will be able to collect some earnigs from it. |

Bump and dump are crypto currencies’s nature. Reason for recent price fall of bitcoin is not known. Was expecting a better hike this month moving above $10k but we again see the price fall.
For me sooner or later market will recover and i don't know why people are looking so pesimistic on market, we had so many downs in history of coins that there should be no surprises that coins could went down like now. |

NOTHING. Bitcoin will just do what's its purpose and as we can see, the adoption rate of bitcoin from different entities from different countries across the world is increasing each year. So with the coming years, it is expected that it will ballooned to a greater percent.

I think etherium will stay at $200 for a while longer and then it will get back up and start acting crazy. It is my belief that it will go up $1000 pretty soon.
For me is the same, prices like now will stay at this position for longer time and after market recover they will get again on their good green level. |
