841  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocoins burning market on: February 05, 2021, 10:57:44 AM
Elon musk just change his twitter status & it Bitcoin raises unto almost $7000

Not just Bitcoin in recent days, Today is ripple is on fire, week ago Dodge coin & many like this.

Start investing in crypto currency, No government can stop this. This market is on Fire....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

If there is anyone looking for an example of fomo (fear of missing out); this is a clear example. Bitcoin and ripple has always had price growth; 2017. 2018 till today; while are you emphasizing investment in crypto currency because Musk left a bio on his twitter account? It honestly does not work that way. If your government says no bitcoin, you have to adhere. Always do your research and avoid fomo
842  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk-takers always ahead financially on: February 05, 2021, 10:50:57 AM
Life is all about taking risks and the same thing applies to getting money. You can't just fold your arms wishing you had money, the best way of being ahead is by getting started.
When opportunities that can lead to money arrive, many people out of fear, laziness and curiosity always doesn't grab them and they'll be waiting for someone to try so they can see the outcome, that doesn't make you smart it'll only delay or stop you from encountering your financial breakthrough.
You should cultivate the habit of being well-informed about the financial opportunities circulating around the globe so when you get the chance never allow fear, laziness or being too curious to stop you. money is not for the weak so be brave.

Not every risk pays off; so it is wrong to say risk takers are always financially ahead; there are enough risk takers who are wrecked after a terrible trading or investment decisions. It is not enough to be a risk taker; you must understand the consequences of the risk; and the rewards involved before taking an attempt at all. Dyor and understand that crypto currency is not a place for aspire to perspire quotes.
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin do you trust the most? on: February 04, 2021, 12:06:26 PM
Hey guys,
I plan on selling some of my altcoins in the near future. Instead of converting it to fiat, I will rather convert it to BTC and stablecoins. I hear a lot of concerns regarding USDT, which is why I want to ask you guys what stablecoin you prefer to hold?

Thanks in advance.

You have made very good choices; i as an individual likes the tether usdt to a large extent because it makes it easy for me; i can easily withdraw trc20 tether usdt to my wallet from any exchange platform at a very low fee. having it in mind that storing in an exchange is not good enough. Dai is also good; but i am not sure you would want to pay eth charges
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE on: February 04, 2021, 11:59:21 AM
It has been a while Elon Musk shill for DOGE and that's what happened today again. 2 tweets from Elon Musk. Both were interesting. But I don't get the exact reason of his shilling behind the shilling. He once said he only owns 0.25 BTC which his friend gifted him long ago.

Shilling usually occurs to intimidate and take advantages of the weak hands in crypto currency market; Musk shilled doge and people fomoed (fear of missing out); The reason behind the shilling is what you know, which is profits. If you remember clearly' McAfee has done something like this numerous times too! I urge everyone to work on their emotions as a trader; do not be moved by words; fuds or fomo. Always do your own research
845  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does Binance trip about using a VPN? on: February 03, 2021, 09:09:51 AM
Like some other platforms do. Is it against thier terms and conditions? Could it cause account termination?

There are no hassles with Binance as regards VPN; as long as you remain legit on their platform; you could only have to verify new locations every time prior to signing in to your account because VPN can be inconsistent. Which country do you reside ? Is it on binance ban list ? if yes; the vpn alone cannot save you. Read up about binance terms and conditions
846  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat and cryptocurrency on: February 03, 2021, 09:03:35 AM
Fiat and cryptocurrency are the same

To begin with; i will like to inform you that fiats and crypto currency are not the same; they obviously can be used to serve the same purpose; but they are not the same. I say this because fiat in cash or your bank account adds little to zero value if kept for a while or if converted to a higher currency for international trade. Meanwhile; crypto currency is a lifestyle where you can get profits or losses; wealth or rekt;

nothing fiat can purchase bitcoin can't purchase, so no difference between both because all are currency.

Bitcoin cannot be used to purchase everything; because locally, fiats is more accepted throughout the world; meanwhile if you are a digital worker; trader etc; you can ofcourse get reward and payment in bitcoin. Both bitcoin and fiat are currencies; serving different diverse importance to the world
847  Economy / Economics / Re: Global Wealth Disparity is going to cause a lot of issues soon on: February 03, 2021, 08:54:23 AM
There is no global disparity; atleast that i know of, the USD is a Global currency; whether the Chinese agree to work with it or not; it doesn't change the fact that across Europe, Australia and Africa; the USD is a dominant figure. I think every country has centralized their own currency; this is why there are central banks.

Saying doge can effectively as as a direct replacement for Bitcoin is fallacy; there is no developments behind doge rise except that it was pumped and dumped; how then can i compete with Bitcoin adoption around the world? Bitcoin remains the first, the best and the king in crypto currency
848  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bubbles add real Value to economic growth? on: February 03, 2021, 08:46:26 AM
Regarding Musk action as regards club house; i think it is more than just a bubble; its a proper well thought marketing action; Musk having a clubhouse room on crypto currency means that there will be new clubhouse users; several subscriptions; and application usage and that means great revenue and price turnover for clubhouse owners; it is more than a bubble; it is a genuine economic growth.  Atleast to my understanding
849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't be surprise to see price of btc drop this week on: February 02, 2021, 08:41:17 AM
I think as a good trader that trades the crypto currency market steadily and consistently; nothing should surprise you at all because i believe traders should expect everything from the market; so seeing a drop should not bother you; be ready to milk the market either in a bear run or a bull run. Take profits and always do your own research
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Forget ETH, what are some low market cap coins to buy you LAMBOS for $100? on: February 02, 2021, 08:12:43 AM
And Teslas?

I say KoinOS (by former Steem Devs, best blockchain devs in the world) and Banano (a Nano fork but still cheap. And fun!).

Any other projects to go x100 this year?

Low cap coins are many in the crypto currency space; and just buying low market does not mean x100 will be possible; you need to do your own research and also keep tabs with such token; one token i am tipping to do well excellently is the eliteswap token; the bscx token on bsc network; and finally poolz. Not an investment advice
851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 01, 2021, 10:02:12 PM
Real Madrid will focus on the Champions League. This has already happened. They were 10-13 points behind Barcelona and won the Champions League at the end of the season. But now they are unlikely to succeed. Those who want to win a lot more. And other teams have more strength  will be.

It is unlikely that Real Madrid are able to achieve anything this season; i suppose coach Zidane should just focus on getting a top four position. Everything is wrong about Madrid; the attackers cannot score or create chances; the midfields cannot dominate a match; and the defensive line is one attack away from conceding; it remains to be seen if the players can turn their poor form around
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: February 01, 2021, 09:52:30 PM
The table is starting to take shape at the top now, a much more familiar look to it. Sunday is so interesting in the race for the title. Who do you think will come out on top in Liverpool vs Man City.

This Premier League season, every game week is an interesting one; i say this because results are close and performances are very poor and competitive. A loss to Manchester city and a win for Manchester United this game week means Manchester City could lose their top spot. its how competitive and weird this premier league season is. Do you have a bet on who would be top of the league this game week ?
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 01, 2021, 09:42:20 PM
When the altcoin price was experiencing a positive change I was confused ... whether to invest or trade directly ..
your advice is advice to me .. thank you

Trading is also a form of investment; just that with trading you get to leave your funds on the exchange or dex until you have ended the trade or taking profit. You do not have to be confused; investment can be in long term or short term where you get to move your tokens to your private wallet until it is time to take profits in batches.  I would advice that you study first and understand the difference between trading and investment and methods that can be applied to both; then i am sure you will make the right choice
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 01, 2021, 09:39:55 PM

We also have some news from Liverpool FC:
FC Liverpool signed the 25 year-old defender Ben Davies.

According to transfermarkt the Ozan Kabak - FC Liverpool deal is only a matter of minutes.

Liverpool have acted excellently and gotten 2 centre backs to bolster their defensive options and importantly allow the midfield of Henderson, thiago and Wijhalum to thrive. It remains to be seen how the defensive signings will blend to the premier league; atleast Liverpool have less injury records to worry about as the champions league resumes in few weekks

857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 31, 2021, 04:44:10 PM
I think Leicester attack missed Vardy today, their was no one up front with that pace of Vardy to trouble Leeds

very spot on analysis; Today Leicester city missed 2 integral members; One is Vardy, the other is Ndidi. Vardy movements and run creates space for Barnes, Madison and others to run into; with Leeds keeping a low line; there was nobody to make such run and creates the space. Nobody marshals the back line excellent in the epl like Ndidi does; and this is what forced Leicester city to switch to a back 5 and they still struggled. A good win for Leeds who outwitted Leicester by exploiting the obvious holes in the midfield.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/man-utd-jules-kounde-transfer-23412864

According to some rumours, Manchester Utd are eager to sign 22-year-old Sevilla defender Jules Kounde in this summer. They are willing to pay the transfer fee that is needed. His market value is €50m now.

This will be a very good signing for Manchester United who are short on defenders; with Marcos rojo and Jones reported to be sold this winter; Manchester United are able to clear their wage bill and prepare for a new signing. Kuonde is quick, young and good on the ball; his qualities will complement Maguire and Lindelof qualities; while man utd continue to manage Bailly fitness. It remains to be seen if woodward can get the deal over the line.

And also, i believe Manchester United would not be signing Ramos; but you never can tell
859  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 29, 2021, 11:46:10 AM
One thing we can learn from Elon Musk influence on crytpto currency is that it cannot last forever. Why do i say this ? Once upon a time there was John McCafee who was throwing similar stunts albeit a different way, causing fomo and fuds in the heart of newbies nd the market in generally. I say enjoy this stunts while it last. But keep your investment safe.
860  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When trading and wanting to automatically sell when it reaches a certain rate... on: January 29, 2021, 11:42:22 AM
Is it guaranteed to sell at that rate?

Let me explain...

Say I want to sell 1 btc when the rate reaches $35,000. It is now $32,000. I believe it's called a "stop loss order"? Correct me if I'm wrong. Would it automatically sell at that rate when it reaches it, or does it depend on if somone is willing to buy or not, and it might not sell if there are no buyers? If that's the case, is there a method or a platform where it would automatically sell (similar to how you would sell on coinbase) when it reaches a predetermined rate?

At first, there is not guarantee in the crypto currency markets; if there were guarantees; there would not be any reason for losses or profits.
Secondly; yes stop loss order exists on all centralized exchanges; this stop loss order helps you to set your sell order price; and also a stop loss order price that stops your trading in case of a price dump.
Thirdly, i do not think such features exists on coinbase, because i do not use it
