8481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: October 28, 2014, 05:51:48 PM
I'm hoping that someone can help me with a transaction I sent, but that appears to have disappeared. This is my first ever transaction with monero, so perhaps I have done something stupid.

So, I sent some XMR to an exchange (poloniex) using the command

Code:
transfer 0 47sghzufGhJJDQEbScMCwVBimTuq6L5JiRixD8VeGbpjCTA12noXmi4ZyBZLc99e66NtnKff34fHsGRoyZk3ES1s1V4QVcB 20.06 c64549c6664a13a100a325d75cd61d74fdd9a11924973e844b0d0c4df8d4a675

and I got the response

Code:
Money successfully sent, transaction <7b25c9881c5fc89b68c6ae253402073fdf6b72891c26e4685f609574e4796fb1>

After almost three hours, it hasn't shown up at the exchange, and if I use the command

Code:
payments 7b25c9881c5fc89b68c6ae253402073fdf6b72891c26e4685f609574e4796fb1

I get the response that there are no payments with that ID.

Yes, I refreshed the wallet, and the amount was debited from the balance of my wallet. I am using v.0.8.8.1.

Thanks for the help

Hi, it looks like you did everything just fine, however I'm not seeing that transaction on the blockchain. Were/are you running the bitmonerod daemon in the background , and is it in sync?

if it had actually worked properly, this link should work:

Anyone else get an error "Woops something went wrong" when trying to go to monero forum?

I just got it by clicking on your link... "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

edit - going to the main forum site works fine. maybe it's just that post you are referencing got deleted?  Cry

That's a link to the whole Economics and Trading Section of the forum, and I noticed the same problem today when clicking on that section from the main forum page.

Try again - we've just deployed a fix for a bug that affected users not logged in:)

works now, thanks smooth.

Was XMR being traded as a pair during the short run of "v2"? If not then that's a good thing as people were duplicating coins via an exploit and I assume tons of coins were lost that way.

XMR was traded as a pair during the short run of "v2".

Hmm, but if XMR wasn't set up for any withdraws people wouldn't have been able to cash out any ill gotten XMR though, right?

not so sure... who knows though I guess...

8486  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 14, 2014, 01:26:23 AM
I sold all my primes and withdrew my BTC immediately.  About 10 minutes after I withdrew my BTC, they froze the withdrawals.  Saw that coming!!! Sorry for those of you who are stuck.

Fck. thanks for the info.. guess i'll be waiting on these retards yet again.

Edit. i tried 10 mins after, so you beat me by 20 mins. F***K!! Sad
8487  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Hashlets vs CEX GHs on: October 14, 2014, 01:24:56 AM
I'd like to believe you, I truly do!
Just hard when I see that signature underneath your post.   Tongue  NO offense!
For comparison Hashnest is 0.001125฿/GHS or roughly $4 per 10 GH/s.  I think johnnybravo put the breakdown of GAW which is like $9 per 10 GH/s.  Maintenance is $0.0032548/GHS/Day for Hashnest.
I think the numbers back what I'm saying.
None taken.
I'm not getting paid for the sig, really. I just decided that since I'm paying people to post with the sig and have been dealing with GAW for the last 6 months I might as well have it Cheesy

@did you count the discounts you can get, like the ones from this thread?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=752824.msg8839853#msg8839853

Don't forget about daily boosts of Hashlets and that the contracts don't expire. Does Hashnest have such features?

Not sure about discounts, but they give out complimentary hash rate free of charge from time to time.

Contract is as good until electrical surpasses earnings I belive.

Believe you can trade your hash like CEX.io once Round 1 subscription is full.

So.. is anyone able to withdraw their BTC from GAW yet? I think not... shitz gonna get real yo. ..
8488  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 14, 2014, 12:41:39 AM
So.. can anybody withdraw any BTC yet? this deal is getting old to say the least. thanks.
8489  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: GAWMINERS/ZENCLOUD - SCAM and LIES on: October 13, 2014, 10:34:16 PM
Still nothing. Even the bot "Samantha" dont answer.
Its 16 days issue. Gawsome...

I hear and feel your pain, hell, they stopped even giving me ANY support after 1 week of really simple tickets and me yelling at them due to their moronic excuses and mental retardation at solving any problem...

Today, I finally sold all my shit on their 9-year old's "beta" website, and now the morons "Have disabled btc withdrawals" due to a bug in the prime buy backs... wtf... i can't even rid myself of these pathetic wastes of life.... thanks for the update, and for the record, I KNOW the CEO is full of shit as well on his post about your predicament up above.. scammers be a scammin' ... Gawsome indeed.

@Hazir...: ...nobody is forcing you to read my post(s) ...

If you don't find anything useful in them...click "Ignore" ...and go buy more hashlets, buddy... Grin

EDIT...: ...So, Hazir ...what is your opinion / definition of Hashlet(s) ...could you elaborate, PLEASE... Wink

ZiG

Looks like you haven't been reading people's responses. The hashlet has been already explained in a number of threads, this included, but since you obviously have a lot of time to repeat the same question, you'll  find a spare minute to use the search function.

ZiG knows this, as do i, the point is GAW have broken many promises, and at this point, things are not looking well for many... thankfully, i don't have much skin in that game at all - actually i may achieve roi before the scam falls apart or whatever, i'm just tired of their daily stupid drama bs..

ANyhow.. Some other poor GAW-ster accidently sold 4000 USD worth of hashlets on the market for (yes, i'm not kidding) 21.00 USD.. and get this, gaw apparently told him, sorry, all sales final, your out of luck... So, the guy is praying that the loser who bought 4k worth of Mh for 20 USD has a soul and posts to his thread.   (WTF kind of company is that)... anyhow, I give up, i'm done logging in, just keep sending me btc daily thanks... :\

Edit - i've not checked out the guys latest update, i'll have to go check it out now.. imagine losing 4k because of some shitty website code, and being slightly careless & tired? sure, it's absolutely his fault, but it's also GAW's for having crappy web interface shit code my 5 year old could have written better with more prompts and clear "Hey, are you sure?" kind of basic bs. :S

I believe BCX wanted some sort of "orced evolution.

Zoidberg and windjc tried to force BBR into an orced evolution, with a massively unpopular name change to "Rune."

It was a huge fail, thank God.

Hahaha! Indeed, thank you fine sir, this made my night after not looking at the tail of this thread for a day or two! Bravo!!

Deposits seem to have broken the exact moment I left and I didn't notice it until I got up just now >.>

Working on pushing all deposits through. They should all go through automatically 1 block after the fix is implemented.

Thank you kind sir. I hope i get my deposit before i give up and just go watch tv. Cheesy

bittrex.com

Disabled Monero   Disabled XMR

???

wallet offline precaution at request of the devs

why?

Here is the best and shortest write-up i've seen so far. btw, you should be able to buy/sell, just not withdraw or deposit.

What time specifically is the attack supposed to start? I need to make sure that I start my popcorn at the right time.

Seems BCX decided he needs an additional 4 hours at least, he has extended his deadline (or maybe he is just bad at math, don't know which):

Hey retard,

I said start in 72 hours, which is still ~5 hours away.

how many hours until we know for sure? would now be a good time to buy shitloads of xmr, are we going to see big rise after "nothing happened"?

I think 29 hrs from now.

thank you

Not sure if XBC made this or what, but i found it on some (this?) thread a while ago...
