You missed the distribution of the first three week bonuses. Before this distribution all the lisk numbers were just estimates. Now the numbers are set in stone. Why do I have less LISKs now than 2weeks ago?  What did I miss? |

I think that there shouldn't be any more delays. Dapps are already in development and they will come in the future. Lisk needs to be launched so that the devs get the ICO money and then they can hire many developers to do more work and actually make a ripple in the crypto space... 24th may 2019  Just saying, releasing later with more mature Dapps will be a Killer thing, as i dont see rise as a competitor |

Well I for one know that I will either donate a large chunk of my delegate earnings for DAPP development of others or maybe fund a few DAPPs of my own (I have been thinking about this more and more since I don't like to rely on others for development ). I don't think though that pools are a good idea as that could centralize the system too much... The real reality check should be that 150k Lisk per delegate per year is way too much...Also, I don't expect this list to be representative for the main net. Most people will (rightfully with these insane rewards) vote for profit sharing delgates.
I have often stated my preference for Lisk to be a zero inflation coin like Crypi. However, if there is money on the table, I want my share. I understand, and that is why im in favor of pool delegates and profit sharing delegates. Imo, the rates should be looked at again. Especially with the high valuation in the ico and the potential huge premium over ico price in the coming months, the 5 Lisk is way too much. At ico price it already means 15k USD per year per delegate, if it increases to 1 USD that's 150,000 USD per delegate the first year. Insane. |

Thanks Max. Essentially just repeat the process from setting up the test delegate. Should be easy enough @LiskHQ a question regarding delegates. When we switch from testnet to mainnet will this just be a client update or will we need to do anything else to switch our delegates from one to the other?
1. Update the client on your server 2. Access your ICO account or create a new one 3. Own the fee for the delegate account 4. Register a delegate account 5. Setup your server for forging 6. Forge These will be the necessary steps. |

Agreed, the current chat works great! Correct and wrong.
We can pay for Slack. Let's say $10 for 1 member. For every member we can invite 5 guests as far as I remember. That means for our 1000 users we need to have 200 paid users and pay about $2000 a month.
That's still something you can afford, but yes I'd agree that this money is better spent somewhere else. Well, would be nice for someone to put together decentralized slack as a DApp. Oh wait - what about tox? Lisk is still only like 1% of its potential. What we do with slack once we have 5000 or 20000 users? Also we would always have to buy new user accounts there, this is micro managing with no result. Our current chat is working great and is VERY actively developed. No reason to change it. |

The main thing should be awesome dapps, those will promote Lisk the most... What is everyone doing to bring new people into the ecosystem? We can certainly dream of these massive $1 buys, but what are we specifically doing to attract new people? I'm doing my small part through social media and 3 friends ready to buy that weren't part of the ICO. Encouraging them to share links to their friends as well.
