I think he is referring to you must have to wager at least 35x of the bonus you will get to be eligible for withdraw. Unfortunately, in gambling and especially in crypto is very hard to standardise for the wagered amount to ensure whales don't always have the advantage simply by wagering more bets. I suppose this issue is a difficult one to address since the casinos would want players with high wagering bets. I feel if they control for this then they may risk the chance of losing the big players as these would then be disadvantaged.
