If you're an alpha male, show her and she'll come around...

This is so false, maybe in caveman days this is how it worked not today. I am not an alpha male yet I can pull some hots girl. Girls want three things, they want a person that will care for them, surprise them and someone who is funny.

And then when they finally find that they put that person in the friend zone while trying his patience constantly Tongue

Don't get too fixated on one girl its not healthy.

Yeah, yeah, I know...

sorry to rock the boat but i think thats bull shit. It took me 16 years to find 1 girl that wasnt a toxic piece of shit. There are NOT plenty of fish in the sea.

What you mean a "toxic piece of shit"?

I think he means exactly what he says Smiley

I'm sort of in that place right now, having a hard time finding the non-toxic girls, by that he means they're absolutely psychotic, if a girl has had multiple boyfriends within a year then it's for a reason.

Second any time you are suing the federal government or its subsidiaries, you might not want the very same people who assaulted you to be able to influence the very mechanism with which you are seeking justice.

And people wonder why I'm an Anarchist.

*high fives*

After studying a lot of history I have a lot of faith that as with previous wannabe empires Afghanistan will stop America from progressing in its bid for world domination, I know what you mean though, the racist, hate-mongering shit heads around the place can be distressing at times and it does worry me the kind of damage they can do locally.
8845  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHY CANT I POST NEW TOPIC OR REPLY ANYWHERE APART FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: December 09, 2012, 10:21:15 AM
Because spammers are irritating pests no one wants to have to deal with, though I do think this is a temporary solution that will only stop the bots really.
8846  Other / Off-topic / Re: I hate GLEE! Sooooo much! on: December 09, 2012, 08:24:40 AM
I don't even know what that is, I hate strictly come dancing though and I've discovered after a few minutes I hate and despise the Archers.

*derails thread* Tongue

Yeah, that's the problem, the only hope I have is that more people like scientists and soldiers will keep reporting it so people take this kind of thing a bit more seriously, there was this quite funny one where a pilot was intercepting something and in the interview he said he suddenly thought "What am I going to do if this guy decides to shoot back?" LOL Cheesy
8848  Other / Off-topic / Re: Strange noise coming from the sky on: December 09, 2012, 07:57:23 AM
LOL

I know it's the Telegraph ( Right wing, neo-conservative propaganda newspaper ) but the Ministry of Defence actually released the number of sightings, it's just linking anything to anyone outside the BBC is an absolute bitch.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1577922/Huge-rise-in-British-UFO-sightings.html

I think there is a more recent one somewhere but I can't be bothered finding it.
8849  Other / Off-topic / Re: Strange noise coming from the sky on: December 09, 2012, 07:46:59 AM
Why would one jump to the least likely explanation for a weird sound?

Because UFO sightings are actually becoming more and more common lately, at least when it comes to the UK.
8850  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin-Central, first exchange licensed to operate with a bank. This is HUGE on: December 09, 2012, 07:41:34 AM
I've personally attempted to get two of my regular restaurants on Polk street to accept bitcoin.  Apparently sales is not my thing.  I'm hoping this is a way to start using bitcoin without having to evangelize and harass people to accept bitcoin.

That's what I'm worried about guys, don't turn this into a religion, Bitcoin's own virtues will come out by itself when the next recession comes along.

He's one funny guy. http://www.molossia.org/war/index.html
I suppose he has trained squirrels as his infantry too.

Don't joke about that! They'll come for you!

I cringe whenever I see those kind of climbs lol no way I could do something like that unless my life was in danger already.
8854  Other / Off-topic / Re: [POLL] How often do you show/hide persons on your ignore list? on: December 08, 2012, 03:01:44 PM
My hypothesis is that the ignore button is largely used to give people justification for not responding to others, but users still often show posts of the people they ignore, just because they are curious what that person is saying.

From what I see the people who have the most ignores are the ones who ask the question people don''t like to be asked. Look at who has the most ignores. Reeses. Phineas Gauge. Psy. Each and everyone people who ask exactly the questions that need to be asked but no one wants to have answered. And worse - time and time again they turn out to be right.

There's also people like MPOE-PR, and pure trolls like ciuciu, smoothie, so the ensuing argument doesn't really hold up.

MPOE-PR is just telling uncomfortable truths. Now with ciuciu... yeah, I've got nothing to say about that, he's an annoyotron all right.

This is the great thing about ignore lists though, if you have an issue from someone rather than whining to mods about it and having to read their stuff you can just pop them on the ignore list and be very civil most of the time Tongue

The funny thing is, I don't have those people on ignore. Ignore is for trolls and asshats.

I'm not an asshat! ;_; I'd just rather not argue with stupid and irrational people when I just want to talk about Bitcoins or something random.
8855  Other / Off-topic / Re: Since when does blockchain.info link wallet adress to BTCTalk forum accounts? on: December 08, 2012, 08:20:08 AM
Being on the internet is like being on international television, if you do or say something stupid you should expect people to notice.
8856  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: TONAL BITCOIN LAUGH MY BUTT OFF on: December 08, 2012, 07:38:34 AM
Haven't spent much time in a chat room have you? lol Tongue
8857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: TONAL BITCOIN LAUGH MY BUTT OFF on: December 08, 2012, 07:14:44 AM
I don't like the way people are inventing these names for decimal amounts of Bitcoins really, seems pretty dishonest, like the Bit-mill thing, I see advertisers using it regularly to try and entice people who don't know better to give away there addresses, most people when they look at this are going to think they're actually getting a million bitcoins until they look at the balance in their wallet and realise they only have 0.0001 or something daft like that.

I never thought I'd gain such an appreciation for basic arithmetic, I know how Jon Stewart felt when Biden started talking numbers in his campaign speeches LOL, hey advertisers, I'll give you a bitcoin-mill to rent out some of your ad space if you like trololololololllol, oh wait it's only 0.0001 so that's a good deal for me!

Declawing a cat is just mean Sad you shouldn't be a dick to it if you don't want to get scratched.
8859  Other / Meta / Re: CAN WE STOP THIS BULLSHIT? on: December 08, 2012, 05:48:50 AM
So long as the mods and admins don't turn into pussies and actually listen to these people I'm sure things will be alright.
8860  Other / Off-topic / Re: [POLL] How often do you show/hide persons on your ignore list? on: December 08, 2012, 05:45:05 AM
My option isn't on there, occasionally I'll show the person ignored just to remember why I ignored them in the first place again, they usually find a way to get me to remember lol.
