There is no BitCrack for Ethereum AFAIK.
I am not sure if it would make any sense, any real use cases. Most of ETH wallets comes from seed, maybe just a few from brainwallets. In that case consecutive search key by key would not be useful (in case of BTC it is not useful as well... except puzzle challenge). |

According to an old post made by TheQuin, each RP value is 3.75% of the base reward. Since the base reward is $0.002, each RP should worth $0.000075. Nice find, and yeah, as I thought, this is best SP value you can get for a long time. Makes complete sense to only stockpile and exchange for sats when you can (and it's what I've been doing all the while). Some price respite early today, Asian trading almost took it back to $23k but think the markets expect another big rate hike in July so we're going to be fighting for dear life... Unfortunately yes, the "plan" is that there will be a small price increase, for maybe 1-2 weeks, maybe more, but then we will go down, really seriously. Hard to say if it will be as deep as during corona crisis, but for sure it will be significant. Anyway, for end on month price betting I think it is still 50/50, so I place my bets for both 15-20 and 20-25 ranges. |

The most common reason for "losing" multiple 1.01x bets in a row is to wager less than 100 sats meaning your winnings get rounded down to zero sats. If you look at your balances on your roll history you'll see that your balance didn't change after each roll.
Very important remark. One should check field "WIN PROFIT" to see if it is >0. With small odds and small amount there is possibility that because of rounding you may bet several different amounts and have the same winning - in that case of course it makes sense to bet the smallest possible amount for a given win profit. |

Since the address containing the reward is empty and the passphrase (HY4r0uWn) is revealed and we already know the private key (5J34oCttqfswmkGnX5NWrU19xkZPNu4a2bRJHW2UdiAU7QpTSsN), the challenge is well expired.
As for the speed, it takes about 8 seconds inside my browser (using 5% CPU) to compute it. The code is unoptimized and is not utilizing the whole computing power of my system. That should be a good starting point of how much effort it would take to brute force.

I think Freebitco Team should hire someone who would check if their code is really correct. Today they send emails with wrong values in lottery chances %:  I hope they do not have similar errors (overflow?) in their core part, responsible for rolls etc. This is nothing because it happens over and over again, even other members have posted the same thing some time before as well as me, but all calculations are appropriate if you check directly in your account, and I will not make what was sent to my email as references about the correctness of my account. Yeah right maybe it's better not to email the user's stats if they show the wrong one. I understand, at the end it is just an email. But imagine you want to open a bank account, you go to the building which is dirty and collapsing. Would you trust it? Apart of fact that most of the users has some really tiny tiny chances in the lottery, why to show it to them? For me, I really don't care if I have 0.0005% or 0.0006% chance. But they do it - and it looks messy. Or maybe they assume no one read emails and just click on WOF?  |

No I'm not saying it is not safe. It seems safe. Cracking a warp wallet is not like cracking a normal brainwallet. it's alot more time consuming and expensive in terms of computing resources. So you're not going to be able to crack an 8 character passphrase even without a salt to say nothing of one that has a salt. There's a reason why those last 2 challenges didn't get solved its probably because it is technologically infeasible. We know it's infeasible to do by brute force.
It has been 4 years and there are tons of ASICs that has shown capabilities of implementing memory hard algorithms. A challenge like this isn't really worth the time, because you're cracking only one specific address. If we have thousands of wallet like these, then there will be incentives to improve on those programs and we'll have even faster and more efficient bruteforcing. I think the challenge already expired (since 2018), but they did not update their website. Or it did not expire? Web site looks abandoned, but on other hand - domain is still registered and alive. It would be fun to at least try to hack it, to see what is the possible performance today. |

Wydaje się że konsekwencją może być usilne staranie się by utrzymać "pracownika" w którego się już zainwestowało - a w zasadzie im więcej zainwestowało tym bardziej warto go utrzymać. Belgium did their job and won 0:1 which gave a not big, but still a gain (1.55). Better than Netherlands (1.23) which won with Wales.
Not a big choice today. I know nothing about cricket so I will probably wait one-two more days and then place my bets for F1.
On the other hand, the current trend on BTC price is obvious, the only question is if it stops over 20k or go below at the end of month. At this moment I places a few small bets on 15-20 range (15.70). Optimists may bet on 20-25 (4.82). This month two the most probable ranges are wide (5k), so maybe it is a little easier.

In the one shot? AFAIK there is a limit 20 BTC maximum win, which means you may bet max 20 BTC for ~50/50 (odds 2), or you may change odds for easier for you and then bet 50BTC with a lower potential win. |

Because it could be misleading if someone places many (small amount) bets instead of one big.

From the mnemonic phrase you may obtain master private key which will give you access to all the addresses (is somehow "the root" for addresses tree). But for each address you may obtain it's private key, but then it is 1-1 relation. One private key will not help if you want to recreate other "sister" addresses. I invite you to play a little with https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ webpage, to see what is produced from the given mnemonic phrase. 2. If accidentally the mnemonic key is missed up like the arrangement of the words are not orderly. Can it be use in any order for back up or is the a way to get its arrangements.
If you do not know our address (any of your addresses) it is difficult. Of course you may check balance of addresses each of generated mnemonic phrase, but it is very time consuming. There is nothing normal about using brainwallets and you shouldn't be surprised to see a single SHA256 being used since brainwallets are inherently weak and those who create tools for this purpose are obviously using the easiest way to produce a 256-bit key from an arbitrary length input.
Not all brainwallets use the "easiest way". Some of them really do alot more than just a simple SHA256. And I would say they are pretty secure as far as no one being able to crack them. Brute force just wouldn't work because it takes a long time to compute them (and because they use a salt) . Unlike a simple Sha256. Being cpu and memory intensive will discourage most any attacker. Could you give any example of "other kind" of brain wallet? For sure single sha256 (bitaddress etc.) is the most popular. Until recently I was not aware of ETH brainwallets (single keccak256 or 2031*keccak256 from ethercamp). Was there something like that for BTC? And how about restoring that kind of wallet, because I guess even if there was other number of loops or salt used, it had to be public for restoring using 3rd party tools. |

Maybe BTC price is going down, but hey - the base roll is now bigger, no? Max is 0.0079, right? I know it is difficult to ignore the fact that trend does not look good and we have just crossed 25k, but at the end, if you close yourself into BTC-bubble, you will just get a slightly more.

Tak, testujemy właśnie wsparcie, które trzyma kurs od 12 maja. W tle negatywne piątkowe informacje o inflacji, która ma obecnie rekordową dynamikę wzrostu, sięgnęła w USA 8.5% przewyższając konsensus analitów o 0.25 punkta procentowego. Sp500 w piątek leciało przez cały dzień zamykając świeczkę dzienną bez knota tuż nad granicą bessy (-20% od ATH). Rynki całego świata z pelnymi gaciami oczekują poniedziałku. A więc gruchnęło. 25 przebite, czekamy co będzie dalej - dzień (tydzień) dopiero się zaczął. Na giełdach również czerwono, 1-1.5% spadki. Zobaczymy co będzie za parę godzin na otwarciu US. Aaah not a good weekend for me. DNF for Ferrari and Verstappen wins GP in Baku. Did I forget how good driver he is? It looks like I was blinded by the recent Leclerc’s results.
I do not know if I am sure how to bet for Thursday’s games. At the end Belgium is quite disappointing and Poland playing on their own stadium will for sure be stronger that few days ago. June is holidays season for majority of Polish players and they look like thinking more about sea and sand than about football, but I am not sure if it is enough for Belgium to win. Maybe yes, maybe no. At this moment I would say there are a big chances for a draw.
