Ich glaube irgendwo gelesen zu haben, dass jeder, der >10000 Shares besitzt, einen Anspruch auf einen Platz am Board erheben kann. Stimmt das?
zefir aus der Schweiz hat 5000 Shares und damit einen Baord Seat. In Deutschland ist mir niemand bekannt. Ergänzend ist noch anzumerken, das man von den 50% auch relativ weit weg bleiben sollte. Wenn z.b. BTC Guild ausfallen würde, hätte man auch mit ca 35% plötzlich über 50% des Netzwerks. |

Die Geräte müssen dazu nicht da sein.
Die Shares dorthin zu transferieren ist ein einmaliger Aufwand, danach fällt allerdings der Aufwand
für die Übetragung der Shares weg.

Thats a smart move. Probably no one bought. Half the price is an advantage even when you would have to wait 1 third longer than for avalon chips. If you can get a working pcb and cooling solution. I guess thats more complicated than with the avalon chips. |

That wasn't a bubble. It sprung up suddenly because it was held back for 3 weeks by a huge wall. Consistent, sustainable growth will be resumed shortly... before the huge wall, it was certainly forming a bubble. easing back a bit, and growing slower will be better. I think the weekend dip+lower dividends next week will take care of that, anyway. the demand is backing off, and that's a good thing. You're saying that a 30x increase in value (from IPO prices) over the course of 10 months isn't reasonable?! What madness is this?!? +1 we will see a horrible correction in the near future. |

Haha, wenn das so weitergeht gibt das ja einen positiven Feedback-Loop: Leute kaufen BTC um AM-Shares zu kaufen -> BTC Kurs steigt -> AM-Dividende wird mehr wert -> AM-Shares werden mehr wert -> Repeat.
In der Fachsprache nennt man das auch "Blase" :·> Eine normale Blase bezieht sich aber nach meinem Verständnis nur auf einen Wert. Das was ich meinte ist eher eine "doppelte Blase mit gegenseitiger Rückkopplung". Asicminer hat momentan ein "Monopol" auf sofort lieferbare Asics. Es ist sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass dies noch Jahre aufrechterhalten werden kann. Ich denke es wird irgendwann sobald die anderen Firmen ihre Hausaufgaben gemacht haben eine heftige Korrektur geben. |

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es ein Preorder Miner ist.
Was machst du wenn der BTC Kurs steigt und der Miner nicht rechtzeitig geliefert wird?
Das ist eine Rechnung mit sehr vielen Unbekannten.
Der Kreditgeber wird sich dass fürstlich bezahlen lassen.
Meiner Meinung nach eine todsichere Methode sich in die Schuldenfalle reinzureiten.

Das Risiko ist für beide Parteien meiner Meinung nach extrem hoch.
Und 20-40% Zinsen? Wie will man das mit einem halbwegs sicheren Investment reinholen?
