Changing PoW to max 3X is not actual repair either. It makes difficulty rise problems less obvious, but not gone. Or am i mistaken on this?

Miners are reducing risks by selling a portion from their stake. Its totally normal and there is absolutely no need to rant about it. Price will work itself out in time. Coin is worth just as much as its reputation.
If dev and community dedicate to increase reputation then price per coin will follow.
