but you can sue the creators and everyone that profits from it because they are using his image likeness and a pusposefully similar name (with stated intentions that they wanted to piggyback on his fame).

So how does a shitcoin survive when it cannot even reach Cryptsy since it's US-based and would be sued to oblivion?
