922  Economy / Speculation / Re: ukraine battlefield bear market on: February 18, 2022, 09:03:52 AM
As we know at the end of 2021 the price of bitcoin decreased due to entering a bear market because of the new year.
But now bitcoin continues to decline again due to Russia's war with Ukraine.
In your opinion, is this the reason the bitcoin price keeps dropping, sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down again.
Because there is a new issue that says that there is no war between Russia and Ukraine but the American mind.
The ups and downs of the Bitcoin price are basically only influenced by the balance of supply and demand and this of course has become a law of the market, so until now I personally did not think that a conflict in a country would have an impact on the price of bitcoin because bitcoin is not the mainstream currency used in every country but bitcoin is only as an alternative currency so it has nothing to do with the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Hold is Gold on: February 16, 2022, 08:48:14 AM
Yes, if you have much knowledge about trading, but luck is also important for anyone. I hold dogecoin but I have got profit, then I sell and buy another coin for more profit and still holding.
Even though we have knowledge about analyzing market movements but I don't think it will work if we analyze meme coins like Doge and SHIB because basically these coins have no fundamentals and their price movements are heavily influenced by hype so only luck can make us able to get profit when investing with coin memes.
You have made the right decision because you have sold Doge coins and invested your funds with other coins.
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When to know Bitcoin has reset? on: February 16, 2022, 08:25:47 AM
I'm learning how to trade crypto and I hear a lot say that it's best to invest in Coins when Bitcoin resets. So what are the signs that Bitcoin is resetting? Not asking when it resets only God knows but when a reset has happened?
It is not recommended for beginners to trade today because basically market movements are very volatile in the short term so there are no definite signs that can show that prices will soon go down or up, so we need sufficient knowledge about analyzing market movements for us before making trading in order to minimize losses.
For beginners, I think it's better to invest long term because in the long term we just have to wait for the Dip to make a purchase and then release it again when the price has gone up past the buy price.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find ICOs worth investing? on: February 16, 2022, 07:47:05 AM
Hello! Is it still worth to invest into ICOs? If so, how do I find the good ones? Any recommendations here ?Smiley
If you want to join an ICO, the first thing you should do is analyze the project first because so far many projects are selling through ICOs, almost all of them are just scammers, so when you invest with an ICO you should choose a project that has been audited by an audit firm like Certik and Hacken and apart from that you should also check that the contract of the project you want to invest in has been verified to ensure that the project is not a duplicate of another project.
926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the objective of bitcoin redirected? on: February 16, 2022, 07:01:27 AM
The presence of bitcoin has given freedom for every community to finance their finances without any interference from the government because by using bitcoin of course we can do whatever we want such as making transactions between users, making it an investment asset and can also be used as an alternative payment even though currently many governments who refuses to accept bitcoin as legal tender in their country.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: potential moonshots on: February 15, 2022, 03:14:59 PM
Hello!I guess we all know its more reasonable to invest money into stable projects like BTC/ETH/SOL/ATOM/MATIC/DOT ect, but this isnt what this thread is about.
So if you were to gamble with a certain smaller percentage of your capital, which yet small and unknown projects would you invest into and why?
I don't like to take death leap so going for the safer investment is what my choice all the time. However if you ask me I will say Doge and Shiba can be good option for gambling with small portion of your capital. I would like to say never for new trends like NFT, before Defi even before IEO and ICO respectively.
I will also say the same with you because if to test my luck with a small capital, I would personally choose to invest with Doge and SHIB coins instead of following new projects launched through IDO or IEO especially considering the market is currently in a downward stage, then of course it will be very difficult for us to find a new coin that can give us an X10 return.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Shiba Inu community is enraged by Microsoft's recent tweet on: February 15, 2022, 02:47:08 PM
What do you think guys? Lots of people tweeted about this topic. Is it an opportunity to go up for SHIB?
The Shiba Inu community only used the tweet to get attention but there is no indication whatsoever on the tweet that it leads to any coin or crypto, although it could make Shiba's price rise but obviously it's only temporary especially the tweet does not mention the crypto world but the animal world  Smiley
Every time there is a tweet from an influencer who mentions the word (dog) in his tweet, then of course their SHIB coin community will use it as a momentum to do FOMO among investors so that the price of SHIB coin goes up and usually the increase only lasts a few moments after FOMO, although basically these influencers do not intend to promote coin memes in their tweets.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why the hate? on: February 11, 2022, 08:41:38 AM
$Doge coin and shiba inu takes the lead in the past 24hrs as the most profitable coins after the last dip and here I am thinking it's over for meme coins, I understand that many hated meme coins for their own reasons but Im guessing that adding meme coins to list of your crypto portfolio for future is not a bad plan at all.
Investing with coin memes for the long term will of course pose a greater risk because basically coin memes are just coins that are created without a real purpose to be developed in the future, so there is no guarantee for us to be able to profit in the future, because so far if we see an increase in the price of meme coin just relying on hype and if the hype has faded then the price of the coin will also experience a significant decrease.
930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gave 100$ of Bitcoin to my elder brother as a gift on: February 09, 2022, 01:05:55 PM
It is not a bad idea . Everyone definitely gift anything to anyone but if the gift is Bitcoin then it is definitely party cool . But he/she must teach BTC receiver . How to save Bitcoin and about Bitcoin future. then he/she will interested for Bitcoin and he will hold her gift for long time long years.
Yes right, after giving a gift to someone who is not very cryptocurrency savvy in the form of bitcoin, I think it would be better if we teach that person or guide him so that he can store bitcoins in a more secure way and knows how to store the private key of the wallet used it properly so that he doesn't lose access when he wants to sell bitcoins later.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where is SHIB coin going? on: February 09, 2022, 09:12:58 AM
SHIB has been stable lately. Are you expecting a pumping about this crypto soon? What are your expectations about SHIB in the near future? Will this project meet expectations? Its current value is $0.00002. How many dollars do you think it would be? Is it a crypto to be expected for investment? The market cap of $11 Billion and the amount of circulating supply is insane. Is it normal for it to be so low under these conditions?
Honestly I didn't expect anything with the SHIB coin because so far I haven't invested in the coin, in the end I think the SHIB coin will have the same fate as the Doge coin, where when the hype with the coin has disappeared, then there are no other factors that can help raise price again because there is no clarity about the basics that meme coin offers and I realize that investing with shitcoin of course must rely on hockey because this is a coin that is very easy to manipulate by investors who have large capital.
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: February 09, 2022, 08:37:57 AM
~snip~

So why do you prefer Bitcoin if Ethereum seems superior?
Or maybe I'm missing something that makes Bitcoin actually better than Ethereum in some way?
If we look at it from a technological point of view, ethereum is currently superior to bitcoin but if we look at the market capacity, the trading volume of bitcoin is larger than ethereum, which shows that although bitcoin is an obsolete coin, many people prefer to choose bitcoin as an investment over ethereum. because they realize that bitcoin is the only coin that is able to provide greater profits among other coins in the long and short term.
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Isn’t KYC anti-ethical to Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2022, 07:56:08 AM
When i first heard about bitcoin, one of the selling points then was the pseudo anonymity. But as of recently, it is hard to purchase any crypto without encountering a form of KYC.

I’m just curious of everyone’s thought on this.
One of the reasons bitcoin attracted many people at the beginning of its release was because bitcoin was anonymous, but along with the increasing popularity of bitcoin, it is also possible that one day bitcoin's original anonymity will also fade because regulators issued by each country force us bitcoin users to reveal his real identity (KYC) so like it or not of course we are forced to do this so that bitcoin is legalized in our country.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it involve risk connect metamask to opensea? on: February 09, 2022, 07:24:15 AM
Is it involve risk  connect metamask to opensea? hacks?  possible?
There is no complete security guarantee for us when dealing with the internet space because hackers will of course do anything to penetrate the security system, basically Metamask works to make it easier for users when they want to connect their wallets with other applications such as decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized financial protocol (DeFi) or with Opensea so that it will pose a risk for users if they do not carry out maximum security.

936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin book as surprising gift on: February 08, 2022, 07:08:16 AM
~snip~

This is what I think the best approach to send a message that they should learn about it. Share your opinion/experience with such activities.
The way you introduce cryptocurrency to beginners is a very simple way and maybe they will quickly understand it, but it would be better if after introducing them to crypto you also have to guide them directly so that they don't choose the wrong path when they want to invest because usually beginners when make investments seeing that crypto is an investment tool that can give them wealth easily.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Painting is now NFT on: February 08, 2022, 06:35:58 AM
Not to be a downer, but 10 ETH? Really?
Kinda pushing the limits by 9.9ETH there wouldn't you say?
I have made price which I think best. Because It's taken my three days to be prepared.
I appreciate your hard work to create calligraphy paintings but I doubt if anyone will buy your work for 10ETH which I think is very expensive especially the painting is the first NFT you upload on Opensea so it will be very difficult for buyers to appreciate at that price.
I don't understand why you put such a high price though I realize that the NFT space is full of magic and I hope the magic is on your side.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why you will be left behind if you don’t learn NFT. on: February 08, 2022, 06:07:33 AM
Well technically you are not wrong. However, in order to sell a NFT, you have to find someone to buy it.
And that's more difficult than with regular tokens
I agree with you NFT will only be of high value if the buyer offers a collection of NFT that we have at a high price and that is very different from crypto because if we hold a coin like BTC for sure we will not doubt if the price will disappear because what determines the price of the coin is the circulation of supply not by the buyer so that if the supply of coins is getting scarcer then bitcoin will also get a higher price.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KNC/USDT will fly high on: February 07, 2022, 09:24:59 AM
So far I have never bought KNC even I feel that KNC is not a very popular token like BNB, SOL.
Even though KNC has been around for a long time, I've never been interested in buying it for some reason.?
But now the token is experiencing a drastic decline, so we also have to be careful if we want to buy it back even though the KNC price now exceeds $2.
I'm also not interested in investing with KNC coins because so far I'm personally more interested in investing with popular coins that are in the top 10 coinmarcetcap because they have the potential to give us bigger profits and usually the coins that are popular they will also continue to plan develop the coin so that it continues to be in demand by investors.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is NFT real store of value on: February 07, 2022, 08:54:57 AM
NFT is not classified as an asset that can store value for the future because its value is not determined by the circulation of its supply, the price of nft only depends on the buyer so it does not guarantee that it can serve as a store of value for the long term because it does not rule out the possibility that in the future the buyer will offer the nft that we have at a lower price.
