941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: September 30, 2019, 11:44:49 AM
The banking system was made for transparency and also I am sure the government wants a flow of money that can be tracked to prevent financial crimes such as money laundry. fraudulent money and others. and we know that crypto especially bitcoin is based on anonymous systems. nobody knows who has the wallet address, and that is not in line with the wishes of the government that wants transparency, unless the wallet is managed by the government. but does someone want to use the old way on the new system?
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How well is the Blockchain technology adopting? on: September 30, 2019, 11:28:56 AM
What do you think is the reason why the Blockchain technology isn't adopted as fast as we suppose it should?

Some factors that influence the widespread news of bitcoin are success news about it, and bad news about bitcoin itself, so far I think both of them are always there and people know about it. and for some people are still not active in digital technology, especially with digital investment, I think the government should educate more focus on digital investment and also bitcoin to many people. and also one of the problems, the government does not recognize that this crypto is a digital technology revolution that must be educated and spread.
943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be good for bitcoin if it will be regulated by the Goverment's on: September 29, 2019, 01:11:15 PM
No.Regulation by the government will make bitcoin have a lot of restriction and the usage of bitcoin will be decided by the government it could be good or bad depending on each decision the government will come up,maybe regulation may help reduce the volatility but do you think that it is a good thing or nah

I agree with you and also the regulation can also cause bitcoin to be taxed in a country. but many people expect bitcoin regulation in the hope that prices can soar much higher. but before discussing further it seems that will not happen because the trump itself had made a negative tweet about bitcoin before.
944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin on: September 29, 2019, 01:10:59 PM
I think this boy is just lucky that he buy and invest on bitcoin in the right time and that statement that he told was only his statement. All of us has a different paths to take and different problems to face but after 10 years is not just enough to become a millionaire just like that lucky kid. Maybe I will still playing this crypto game and help some people that wanted to be a millionaire. And all of us have a choice either you invest your money and take the risk or wait for your coins to pump.

It look like that. buying 50 btc at such a young age is extraordinarily clever. and how young he could find out about crypto. he must be a lot on the internet and his long-term mind is very smart. success at a young age because of the price of bitcoin is an interesting achievement of success and part of the history of crypto as well. like a bitcoin pizza.
945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the dangers inside cryptocurrency investing on: September 29, 2019, 01:04:58 PM
Day trading is a risky proposition in the cryptocurrency space. the swings are so large that you never know what is going to happen on a day-to-day basis. It could be that the price Rose then you sold only to lose all your money because you were trying to get a 1% profit, but you have to buy it at a higher price because you made a mistake.

Everyone has their own way of trading. for short trading should have an attitude why choosing short trading and choosing the right coin. even though it's hard to predict. sometimes a short trading plan doesn't always end in expectation. can even the opposite.
946  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: September 29, 2019, 01:01:38 PM
Here in the Philippines, they use it as a mode of payment in their ponzi scheme so that they can invite many people in my country. If people is knowledgeable in crypto I think they will not invest in this kind of investment. To prevent this we need to spread our knowledge about bitcoin in our community.

if in real goods in a ponzy system they require potential investors to buy their products first and then make us sell our products again witch it their products too, and force us to do that if we want to get our money back and mostly people are so lazy to do it. because its so different with what they explained before we join.
i think that system exist in many country.
947  Economy / Economics / Re: How to prevent fraud? on: September 29, 2019, 12:59:22 PM
What many people do now is be realistic about a new project that offers an unnatural return. and also understand who they are and who their development team is. we can't just trust a project that's not clear. and fully understand the cases of the upstream cases. mostly they are using the same system.
948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Replace Gold! Here's Why... on: September 29, 2019, 12:08:07 PM
Bitcoin and gold are actually opposites in the financial asset class. Bitcoin will never replace gold, because it is not capable of it. People will always prefer tangible gold over virtual numbers. Such is the nature of people. Moreover, this will not happen if natural disasters increase in the world, and during a period of global climate change this is very likely.

Yes? i know right. its like not compare the same thing. gold its real assets with it is real goods. but bitcoin its digital assets. your assets in the blockchain system. and that is so different. both of it have strong value and the value will always get bigger day by day.
949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A world of opportunities for freelancers on: September 29, 2019, 12:04:50 PM
I just want there to be a freelancing website where people of all skills can be part of it. Even people with hardly any skills should have at least a few jobs for low pay. As you work more and more you will unlock more tasks and all will be paid in crypto. From easy pdf-text jobs or data captcha to full on auditing or transcription or even programming and marketing. All skills and all stages. There have been many attempts but none that has worked. It would be wonderful if we all had a place to find work no matter what walk of life we are on.

There are many skillfull and talented users offer their services and make money that way. but surely it all requires a process and competence with others is the difficult thing. but I've seen a number of successful people through this online freelancer. it takes time to be big.
950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Traditional Payment Processors on: September 29, 2019, 12:03:56 PM
Bitcoin is intended for digital payment and digital services. because payments that pass between countries are simple and low fees, crypto is the best choice. and I think traditional payment will also continue to grow. because not everyone has a digital transaction and there are still many people who need cash for the day.
951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand risk in crypto on: September 29, 2019, 12:00:46 PM
well you ave some good analysis there as the market itsef has must power over everyone analysis which sometime we hope it went south and it turn west or north but still a good mood to buy low and sell high even if is jist a little gain to acumulate more btc which is a major goal for all.

True. analysis in crypto market its still unpredictable. mostly all prediction just a hopes and can even be the opposite. that's what many people should do. but in its actions it is not easy. a lot of pressure from the crypto market itself. buying low and selling high sounds easy to do but to do is very complicated.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Who is Satoshi?" Should we put an end to this discussion? on: September 29, 2019, 11:54:16 AM
I don't think it's that important, because if we find Satoshi, a lot of people might be disappointed in him.

Why dissapointment? many people are amazing with his work and his masterpiece this Bitcoin. its create history in financial. he doesnt want to reveal him self i think because he is too humble and likes to be ordinary person. he is genius.
953  Economy / Economics / Re: Which currency will dominate the crypto market? Please vote! on: September 29, 2019, 11:52:10 AM
Stable coin got more trading volume than bitcoin means it was the preferred coin for trading not for holding then how it could be a dominant crypto in the future.?

I'm not sure just because it's stable in the crypto market. allows a coin to dominate the market. the most important basic thing is the usefulness and main purpose of coin it self. if it is not clear and only because of the market volume it does not promise a coin can always be a top coin.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen after cryptocurrency on: September 29, 2019, 11:50:13 AM
Changing times to technology it allows all digital goods or digital service using crypto as their  payment systems and its possibly change old traditional payment system tobe like that. and I think that will be a new way for a crypto currency to be used as a digital payment tool globally and for anyone.
955  Economy / Economics / Re: Average savings across the globe on: September 29, 2019, 11:46:55 AM
Some people don't save although they live a simple life. Many people in the world find it very difficult to eat more than once a day due to poverty. Imagine if you are to be in such situation how can you use save for the future. Eventually, the few money you would gain would be used to cover basic needs your family needs.
I think $ 2900 is too huge for average wage for Asian. maybe even just 10% of it all. but otherwise i believe every country has poor people. and also many people still didnt know how to do investment. for leftgirly what you said thats is true but i think its not thread started want talking about . its just compare average minimum every country .
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why its hard to attract investors on: September 29, 2019, 09:32:44 AM
Before investors are everywhere in crypto currency specially mid 2017 but everything change
Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot
of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear
we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers
they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.

It is indeed very common now. someone acts as a company and offers unrealistic projects or projects of his dreams and offers ICO packed with professionals. and many people are tempted by sweet talk and end up with an ICO project scam. for fraudsters or ponzi maker systems this is their way to create a new system that looks legit. that's why clear and experienced developers are important for ICO. but that also does not guarantee an ICO project can be successful.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No trading volume is same as dead coin on: September 29, 2019, 08:55:23 AM
There are many coins that have low value. and even those that should have no value exist. and also for coins that are on the crypto market but the volume is very low so that the coin is not interested depending on the news given by the developer coin. usually people see it from their announcement thread or on their website.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be good for bitcoin if it will be regulated by the Goverment's on: September 29, 2019, 08:17:58 AM
regulations are not always good you know. there are a lot of cases where the regulations is actually harmful to the businesses and as a result to the overall adoption. for example the high taxation laws, invasive KYC implementations, restrictive and expensive licenses that the businesses would have to get before they could operate,... and a lot more.
so we can't really say if "regulation" in general is good or bad for bitcoin. we have to do a case by case study to see if that particular regulation by that particular government in that state is good or bad for the people.

Regulation is not always good for those who want freedom in managing their assets without certain restrictions. and also the actual regulation that should exist is to support the means of payment by crypto and make it easier for someone to make a transaction or payment anywhere with the smallest fee. and of course if a financial regulation about crypto exists. I think tax is also certain in bitcoin. is someone ready to pay tax for bitcoin that should be free of tax?
959  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Initial Offerings Overpriced? on: September 29, 2019, 08:12:51 AM
Lyft, Pinterest, Zoom, Uber… these are the big names went to IPOs recently.
It seems IPOs are roaring back, especially compared with the freezing winter for ICOs.
SophonEX uses data to study whether the winter will also appear for IPOs, and shall we invest in these initial offerings? If so, how?

https://medium.com/sophonexchange/are-initial-offerings-overpriced-29c896dba35b?source=friends_link&sk=4f04597535434f96c1fe05101ff15745

Each ICO is free to determine its minimum. because they have certain standards that they value themselves. and that has no limits. all depends on prospective investors and the project policy itself. now it's up to you to be part of that early investor or not. there is no guarantee that someone will always be successful if you become an initial investor in an ICO.
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding Altcoins can get you Rekt on: September 29, 2019, 08:06:53 AM
Often times I read various posts of people/traders/investors preaching HODLing some altcoins for years and so on thus I took some to research on altcoins 3years and guess what? Most of the altcoins in 2016 are no more to found anymore. You can take a deep look as well via https://coinmarketcap.com/historical/20160103/

My candid advise is to trade with the five senses intact and not with emotions. Don't get on some shitcoins with the intention to hold for years else you might get rekt.

Not all altcoins are bad. altcoin depends on what they choose. in cmc there are 3000+ altcoin there. and those not listed there are many more. so before someone chooses altcoin better understand first what they want to do with the coin and is it worth it to buy? see the main goal and who handles the coin. it is one that can be a coin of success or not
