Marianne, I agree that replying to hofor is a lost cause - I felt it once I read his reply to my post. However, Okurkabinladin replies are important for the benefit of those honestly seeking information on the issue. It is also worth reiterating that a lot of information can already be found in this thread, a lot of it demonstrating that the problem carries a systemic scale.

For example, the fact that the issue is taken up in the European Parliament and that there was a report made for the Council of Europe:
http://www.barnevern.org/conference-on-the-child-removal-proceedings-in-the-council-of-europe-member-states-and-related-human-rights-issues/
http://website-pace.net/documents/10643/1127812/EDOC_Social+services+in+Europe.pdf/dc06054e-2051-49f5-bfbd-31c9c0144a32

I find it suspicious (though it might be a coincidence), that after almost a month of this thread's inactivity, hofor appears out of the blue and revives it just about at the same time that the Lithuanian cases get a large media attention abroad, leading to Norwegian authorities announcing the need for PR services. As we know, PR can also be of a black variety....

Now to the promised translation of
http://www.barnevern.org/aistei-ramoskienei-fra-litauen-mistet-sonnen-til-norske-barnevernet/

Quote
5 years ago, 25 years old Aiste Ramoškienei lost her son Christopher Robin to the Norwegian child welfare services. The story began when she packed up and left her husband in northern Norway, for his violent behavior.

CPS was engaged and Aistei had to undergo a medical examination at two psychiatric hospitals because of the reaction to the meeting with the Norwegian child welfare services. Although doctors said that the mother is okay, the child was taken away and placed in a foster home with a lesbian couple.

On January 13, 2015, the boy turned 6 years old. Mom could not even greet him on the phone, because the court had prohibited contact between mother and child, once the Norwegian child welfare became aware of a statement she made in Lithuanian TV3, where she alluded that she had tried everything except kidnapping the child. They now believe that there is a danger that the mother will fetch the child and bring it to Lithuania...

County Tribunal decision was that the mother's explanations and other evidence in the case indicated that the mother did not know that the child needed special care, and that there were deficiencies in the mother's understanding of how she could ensure the child's development process.

Child Welfare psychologist Inger Lise Kvaale described Christopher Robin as a boy with mental injuries. She believed that he should not be returned to his biological family.

Barely eight months later an appointed psychologist Marianne Kaspersen wrote a report that said the boy was a normally functioning child.

Mother learned Norwegian and worked as a waiter, cleaner and saleswoman, but CPS would not return the child. They believe that support measures would not be of help.

She says that a criminal get a judgement and serves a penalty and can start anew. But victims of child welfare do not get the same chance, as there is prestige connected to a case and foster parents oppose return.

But she will never stop fighting to get her son back.

PayPal - in their zeal to appease the tyranny of USA and imposing sanctions against all Crimean residents for their nerve to exercise their democratic right for self-determination of the peoples, as prescribed by UN charter - has gone too far, making itself a laughing stock.

They imposed sanctions on people living on Savastopol avenue in Moscow:

http://politikus.ru/events/47978-amerikancy-vveli-sankcii-protiv-zhiteley-odnoy-iz-ulic-moskvy.html

PayPal also blocked payment operations from people living on streets carrying such names as Balaklavskaja, Simferopolskaja, Krymskaja. There are hundreds of streets carrying Crimea-related names all across Russia...

I wonder if this absurdity also touched people living on Boulevard de Sébastopol in Paris  Grin

Well, that story quickly gave up the ghost in the western press.

The most likely reason for the sudden demise of this Putin-slandering opportunity is that the Russians have a link between the assassins and some entities in or near Washington DC. The Russians are way too shrewd to publicize this, they prefer to keep it up their sleeve like an ace for use if the western mob oversteps its limits there in Russia´s back yard.

You are not wrong there. One hint that was slipped by the investigation committee is that they have evidence that the Ukrainian model took an active part in the murder, having a second mobile, which she dumped, and which contained a tracking device. I guess there is much more that was left unsaid.
944  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Child kidnapping by the Norwegian State on: April 13, 2015, 03:49:02 PM
Nothing is going on in those countries. I know it sounds like madness and unbelievable, but that's because it is. It is not true. Many of the claims are simply false, and anyone who bothered to look it up would see that they are false.
You are wasting your time. Those who participate in this part of the forum are all conspiracy nuts, and there is nothing you can say that will make them change their mind.

Grinder, "Those who participate in this part of the forum are all conspiracy nuts" is not an argument, abut a logical fallacy, called Ad Hominem. It's main goal is to discredit and demonise a messenger and to divert the discussion from the topic at hand and onto a person delivering the message. In this case no attempt is made to address the topic. It's use is usually a strong counter-indicator that the topic has some merit and some party desperately wants that topic to disappear.

hofor also resorts to a logical fallacy in "Many of the claims are simply false, and anyone who bothered to look it up would see that they are false." referring to some unspecified claims that are allegedly false and not saying what is exactly false.

Actually, hofor states that in direct opposition to all the evidence that's been collected in this thread and to the evidence/articles  pointed to on related forums.

Now that we have this out of the way, let me reiterate some of the evidence, by asking three questions.

1. How would you classify an act of a country that detains a child with a foreign citizenship despite protests of this child's guardians and the childs home-country. Further this country provides shaky or no evidence to extradite this child to his home-country? In my book that's kidnapping/abduction. And that's exactly what happened in the case of the 3 Russian families, mentioned in the OP and in subsequent posts, as well as to Czech families, Polish families and the recent Lithuanian families, whose case hofor so viciously attacked.

2. What would you say face-to-face, to the father, who's daughters are held in captivity by the Norwegian state:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=828129.msg10752510#msg10752510

3. How would you describe the following selection of official reasons, given in order to deprive parents of their children and children of their parents?
http://www.mhskanland.net/page10/page122/page122.html

Finally, do read Marianne Skanland's posts, and keep an eye on the following sites
Save our children: http://forum.r-b-v.net/
English subsection: http://www.barnevern.org/category/utenlandske-nyheter/

As a thought experiment, let's consider a child who's being beaten and sexually abused by both of its parents. Should this child not be taken away from them?

I can answer this one. Yes. But that's not the majority of child extraction cases. What about the cases, when the child is a foreign citizen? Why should Norway so desperately hold onto a citizen of another country, breaking every thinkable international law? What about the cases, where the child, after having been taken from his parents, is beaten and mistreated by the foster parents, but is return to those abusers even if he managers to escape?

A longer update by Marianne about the Lithuanian case has rolled over onto the previous page:

The appeal stressed that Mr G. Bumbulio mother Leščinskienė maternity rights are not deprived of Lithuania than those of the Norwegian courts. These rights have been deprived of Møre og Romsdal county commission decision, which lawyers said, although it has the right to decide child custody issues in Norway, but is not a judicial body.

«The Norwegian authorities have no right to restrict citizens of Lithuania fundamental rights and freedoms. Lithuania Article 13 of the Constitution states: «The State of Lithuania protect its citizens abroad. Therefore, our authorities must do everything that it is not empty words, but concrete works, especially in the young Lithuanian citizens and juvenile protection or care. The fact that the Lithuanian authorities have been prevented from participating in deciding the fate of a citizen of the minor, the fact that it was not able to give him our support and assistance to the state at the time when he needed it the most, is a blatant violation of our Constitution. Let’s get to the end and show concrete actions that we care about our people, and that our public institutions to be reckoned with when dealing with our children, «- says Valentine Mazuronis.

An so, the next expected step happens.

Head of Russian Ministry of Energetics, Novak, citing a statement from Gazprom manager Miller, said that the gas transit contract with Ukraine - which expires in 2019 - will not be renewed:
http://ria.ru/economy/20150413/1058285871.html

Miller also threatened that those countries, sabotaging the construction of the Turkish Stream and insisting on transit through Ukraine, may end up without Russian gas at all:
http://lenta.ru/news/2015/04/13/threaten/
Turkish Stream will be finished, and it will be up to the European countries themselves if they want to build the infrastructure to get the gas from that pipeline.

Galdur, there is only one weakness with that otherwise compelling hypothesis. If Donbass ends up with Russia, it will be Russia that will have to rebuild it. Ukraine announced these days that the price tag for rebuilding everything that Ukrainians destroyed in Donbass will be several tens of billions dollars. Ukraine does not have this kind of money. USA and EU will not cough up for the destruction they instigated. And Russia is not particularly happy with getting the hot potato. This is one of the reasons that Russia twice(!) convinced the representatives for LNR and DNR to negotiate with Kiev.

I am afraid that Kiev is now actually desperate to off-load the destroyed regions, thus the recent offensive. Remember the words of Zaharchenko, who said that if Kiev breaks Minsk-2, there will be no new round of negotiations and that DNR will move out in the direction of Mariupol. Kiev has just set in motion this scenario.

And Kolomojskij is now reportedly in USA sitting it out. Famously he said that as Ukrainian law prohibits dual citizenship, but not triple, he therefore holds Ukrainian, Israely and American passes.

Ukrainian domain name is still working:

http://www.rada.crimea.ua/en/

That's strange. Roll Eyes

Well, crimea is an ukrainian land annexed by russia. Sooner or alter putin will be kicked out of there. and crimea will be returned to ukraine. So domains are working and will be working =)

Yes, and pigs will fly in formation over Sevastopol that day.

Sure they will =) Kiev has a lot of pigs. They all are ready to fly =) What kind of pigs would you prefer to see in Sevastopol's sky?

And do you have a doubt that crimea is an annexed land?

No offense, but Crimea is not Texas  Wink there was a referendum - with predictable result, vast majority of locals was disappointed with Kyev for the last two decades. Treated as second class citizens by nationalist revanchists and oligarchs, who took over the young republic. Crimea was never part of the Ukraine, in fact it was only attached to it, because of communist (!) leader Chruschev. Donbass in turn was given to ukrainian SSR by I.V.Lenin  Wink right there you have all your justice and self-determination and democracy, in long dead supreme soviet council...

You simply cannot repeat the same old cold war propaganda about evil commies (then Ukrainians were commies too), yet insist on legality of their legal system and nonsensical, nondemocratic territorial changes. Your brain is going to explode, if you take it too seriously.

Okurkabinladin, it must be noted, that even by Soviet standards that transfer was illegal, in breech of the then Constitution of the Soviet Union and the legislature of RSFSR (Russia).

Wow, cryptocoiner must be a pro-Russian deep at heart. Thank you for painting an unforgettable mental image of Porky/Porosenko flying over Sevastopol in a ballistic trajectory, flapping with his arms.  Grin

But seriously, even that would not be enough to persuade Crimeans to surrender to the rotten to the core unitarian Ukraine. There is a bigger probability that the historic Russian lands of Odessa, Mariupol, Harkov, Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnepropetrovsk (Novorossijsk), and even Kiev will join Crimean Republic in Russain Federation, than the reverse.

On a lighter note, Izhavia (Izhevsk) sold all tickets to all 28 flights to Crimea over just 1,5 hours after opening.

There comes another confirmation that Ukro-nazis waited for the Easter to strike a demoralisation blow of terror.

They started a massive offensive against Donbass today, using tanks. Over 50 tank rounds were fired, hitting a hospital and a church. 1 civilian is dead, three soldiers of the Novorossian army are wounded. The Novorossian army managed to fend off the Nazi aggression.

NATO equipment that had been purchased by Ukro-NaAzis for the extermination for Donbass civilians has cropped up for sale on Ukrainian part of the Internet:
http://tass.ru/mezhdunarodnaya-panorama/1896673

A remote-controlled anti-tank rocket hit a car with two local journalists. Ukrainian Nazi side continues heavy shooting, so it is impossible to retrieve the bodies of these journalists at the moment.

"A car carrying two local journalists was destroyed by an anti-tank missile. It is not possible to recover the bodies at the moment due to heavy fire coming from the Ukrainian side. Currently we're trying to determine what news outlet the slain journalists were working for," a DNR militia source told the Sputnik news agency.

Seems the house of lies that is NATO is having trouble holding up, and the French are the ones who got tired of the USA' hypocrisy first.

French military intelligence rules out ‘Russian invasion plans’ for Ukraine
http://rt.com/news/248877-france-ukraine-russian-military/

Quote
France’s intelligence chief has questioned NATO’s claims of Russia preparing to attack Ukraine as their agents failed to spot any activities signaling this - either before or after the crisis began.

A statement by the chief of France’s military intelligence, General Christophe Gomart, was published on the National Assembly’s website.

“NATO announced that the Russians were about to invade Ukraine. But, according to French intelligence, there is nothing to corroborate this hypothesis – we determined that the Russians were deploying neither command posts nor logistical facilities, including field hospitals, needed for a military incursion,” General Gomart told a parliamentary hearing.
...
The French intelligence chief’s remarks came in the context of France’s role in NATO. Gomart noted that at the moment the alliance is dominated by US intelligence, while France’s intelligence is taken not taken into consideration so much.

“France will not be fooled. France has its own sources of information and we are aware what the explanation for the crisis in Ukraine is,” Philippe Migault, expert on Ukraine from the University of International and Strategic Relations, told Sputnik news agency after Gomart’s remarks were published.

Also, USA made an unexpected advertisement to the Russian fighter pilots' skills. A week ago, an American electronic surveillance plane RC-135 was heading towards the Russian border from the Baltic sea with its transponder turned off. Russians sent a lone fighter plane to identify the potential intruder. The fighter had to come as close a 6 meters off the American plane before he identified it and started heading him off from Russian border. Pentagon sad the Russian fighter pilot was reckless. I say the pilot of SU-27 is an ace. Smiley

The last 24 hours have been the most turbulent one in Novorossia since signing of Misnk-2 (which is de-facto dead).
DNR was shelled and shot at 75 times over the last 24 hours, using all types of weapons (also above 100mm), except for self-propelled artillery.

There was a very strong explosion near a chemical-industrial complex near Grabari (Donetsk). Locals described it as a powerful flash followed by a shockwave (not sound). The factory is ablaze:
http://ria.ru/world/20150411/1058024805.html
http://tass.ru/proisshestviya/1896016

It looks like the Ukro-nazis have taken a leaf out of German Nazi book and intensify their intimidation and extermination campaign. It also looks like the previous predictions that Ukro-Nazis will start a massive aggression on the day of the Orthodox Easter as a symbolic threat to everything Slavic is coming to pass. And as with German Nazis 70 years ago, this strategy will backfire, further angering and alienating the local population, pushing more into resistance.

Odessa was not kind to Poroshenko, though, as usual he tried not to notice it:
https://futuristrendcast.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/odessa-greets-poroshenko-fascist-wont-pass/

Quote
On April 10th Odessa celebrated 71st anniversary of the liberation of the city from the German Nazis and associated Romanian invaders. Traditionally, the holiday is celebrated with mass parades, flowers, songs and red banners, since the city was liberated by the Soviet Army. People also wear yellow-and-black-striped Georgievskaya Lentochka (band). The celebrations are a big deal.

Odessa paid dearly for the invasion, including a water-deprived, bloody siege and occupation. As a result, Odessa became one of the 4 original Hero Cities of the Soviet Union, together with Moscow, Stalingrad and Leningrad (St. Pete). There is a movie called “Zhazhda” – “Thirst,” about the siege and a heroic raid by the marines to give water to the water-starved city.
...
In this video Poroshenko is shown making a speech at the iconic Odessa Port. In it he says that Odessa has greeted him very hospitably and that it has become a truly pro-Ukrainian city (last time he was in Odessa he announced Odessa had become a true Bandera (ukro-nazi) city). Meanwhile, the video shows people chanting, “Fascists, fascists,” in the background. Poroshenko says that Odessa now greets well the ATO (anti-Donbass military operation) soldiers – and the next snippet obligingly shows the crowd chanting: “Long live the Soviet Army” and “Odessa is the Hero City.”

Also, the recently-passed law on banning any Soviet-era symbology started in a renewed vigour in monument-felling. Kiev will also have to rename hundreds of streets, regions and even cities, which will cost billions of dollars. They even plan to rename Dniepropetrovsk (hopefully it will again have its historic name of Novorossijsk Tongue )

And this historical schizophreny has an unexpected side-effect, explored by Lada Ray in her newest sarcastically-toned article:

Good. They are on the path of proper state-building. I also noticed that Russian news lately dropped the "self-proclaimed" bit when speaking about Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

Meanwhile in Ukraine, the political and social schizophrenia is blossoming. While denouncing everythign Soviet, they now implemented one of the "best practices" of Stalin's era - denouncements and witch-hunts.
It is now open season on Russia sympathisers (or as they call them "home-grown separatists") in Ukrainian population.
