941  Economy / Speculation / Re: DON'T PANIC. HOLD YOUR BITCOIN. on: January 07, 2018, 10:41:13 PM
DON'T PANIC. HOLD YOUR BITCOIN.

I think temporary drop, don't panic, be patient.
Bitcoin price will increase soon.
It's time to buy bitcoin.
Panic bitcoin selling is a very bad thing because those that sell their bitcoin during panic period would regret it later. It is normal for bitcoin price to go up and down. It's part of the bitcoin price growth to go up and down. When bitcoin price went down that does not meant it will never go up again.
942  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC in 2018 january on: January 07, 2018, 10:35:03 PM
In 2017 september btc price under 3000$.However it jumped to 18000$ in the begining of this month and now it around 13000$.Will it jump back to 18000$ or more in 2018 january
Bitcoin would definitely grow above the $18,000 in this year 2018. I believe bitcoin price will grow to reach up to $60,000 by the end of the year. The bitcoin demand is higher than the supply that why the price will continue to grow higher even in this year 2018.
943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value dropping? on: January 07, 2018, 10:19:54 PM
Hi all,
Are we expecting a drop in price since China is going to ban crytpo by end of this month?
Well, that was in the past because the bitcoin is on another level. Bitcoin price has grown reaching up to $20,000 in the Mid-December 2018. Though, bitcoin went through another correction in the late December - the correction that lasted for about 2 works. thankfully, now the bitcoin is about to be fully recovered and everything would back to normal and keep heading to the moon.
944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be at least $40,000 Next Year on: January 07, 2018, 10:13:14 PM
Bitcoin will be at least $40,000 Next Year
Novogratz Sees Bitcoin Reaching $40,000 Next Year

Well, I think the price of bitcoin is going to reach at least $60,000 by the end of the year 2018 because bitcoin still have strong momentum on social media and also people minds. The demand is there and the supply is very small.
945  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in a Bitcoin Bubble on: January 07, 2018, 10:09:01 PM
Hey Guys, I just came across the following tweet regarding Bitcoin. https://twitter.com/Elite_89/status/944746253929336832 I am not good at reading charts. If anyone is good at reading charts, can you please help me out.
Bitcoin Bubble

I don't believe bitcoin is a bubble because people has been calling bitcoin a bubble for far too long since 2013. If bitcoin is a bubble so when is the bubble burst? Oh, come on, what do you expect people would be giving bitcoin so many different names to discourage people; such as ponzi, scam, pyramid, gambling and so on.
946  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the consequences of increasing demand to bitcoin? on: January 07, 2018, 10:03:34 PM
Is there any negative effects to bitcoin if it becomes more popular than it is now?
There would be only prostration for those that sold their bitcoins now in the future. Bitcoin has limited supply of only 16.7 million in circulation worldwide. The demand of bitcoin is higher than the supply that is why the price will continue to go higher and higher.
947  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's that unfair for those who don't have bitcoin in the future ? on: January 07, 2018, 09:51:18 PM
my advice is buy bitcoin while it's cheap and before we hit 1 million in 2 years
Good advice, bitcoin is just getting started. Buy your bitcoin before the price hit a million dollar mark in few years. Some people were watching bitcoin since the bitcoin early when it was selling very cheaply but they failed to buy thinking bitcoin is not to make it but look at it now bitcoin is getting bigger everyday.
948  Economy / Speculation / Re: Great Signs Today for Bitcorn on: January 07, 2018, 09:43:02 PM
Sometimes, I used to look the Ripple just like bitconnect. Perhaps, the bitconnect is even better because people get their money back plus their interest when pulling out. So, what people gets when they buy XRP? There are just sitting duck just waiting for the value to grow, and if something wrong happens they'll just lose their investment.
949  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of 2018 bitcoin price on: January 07, 2018, 09:31:57 PM
What do you think will be the value of bitcoin in the end of 2018?

I was inspired to create this thread because i was amazed when i saw a previous thread that was created around may and were guessing that the value of bitcoin at the end of the year would be around $6,000, i would also agree on that day that it would be just around $5,000 - $6000 in the end of the year and was also surprise that it reached $20,000 before the year end. So what is your guess? BTC
I think bitcoin is going to reach $60,000 by the end of the year 2018. There is still high demand of bitcoin about three times over the past which I think may lead bitcoin to double it value at least three times over.
950  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin fall again soon? on: January 07, 2018, 09:24:56 PM
It is part of the bitcoin price growth to be going up and down. When the price of bitcoin is going up that does not mean it will never come down, and also when the price is going down that does not mean it will never go up again.
951  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's going on with the price today? on: January 07, 2018, 09:21:04 PM
Things looked somewhat promising yesterday as it was holding steady in the mid-high 16k range, even breaching 17k. Now it's in the low 15k. What's going on? Are we still hodling? Newbie asking for a friend here.
Bitcoin went through what called the market correction in the late December 2017 that causes bitcoin to lose up to 45% of its original value. Whenever the bitcoin hit the highest point - the apex! the correction normally comes in to balance the bitcoin price in the market and give others the opportunity to buy bitcoin at lower price. Thankfully, the bitcoin is finally recovering very strong from the recent correction and soon bitcoin will be out of it and head directly back to the moon.
952  Economy / Speculation / Re: THIS is the time to buy! on: January 07, 2018, 09:12:42 PM
Ofcourse everybody gets a little anxious with this correction. But let's be honest, we needed a correction in this bullish market in the past two weeks.

Why is it time to buy?
- The weak hands are out and many 'stop-limit' orders have been triggered.
- The earlier corrections also were about 30 to 50% without any big news. Perhaps you remember the 5k was reached and it dropped back to 3k? And last month almost 8k was reached and it pulled back to around 5k?
- I'm pretty sure that the 10k barrier wouldn't be broken.

So if you can get your hands on some btc between 10-11k, I suggest you do it.
I think it is not the right time to buy a bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is too expensive. I think just wait for a while and watch the flow of the price carefully.
Every time is good to buy bitcoin when you have the capital because there is no specific on the calendar when bitcoin price is going to drop for you to buy at lower price. Waiting for bitcoin price to drop before buying is a mistake. what if the price continue going up instead coming down?
953  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: January 07, 2018, 09:01:38 PM
Will Bitcoin survive or burst in 2018? What do you think?
Bitcoin survived the worst market corrections more than the one bitcoin is currently suffering from. There was a correction when bitcoin lost over 80% of it original value due heavy correction. Thankfully, the bitcoin is now recovering strongly from the recent correction and soon everything will go back to normal.
954  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: January 07, 2018, 06:54:18 PM
why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?
Come share your thoughts

Bitcoin is very valuable today because it has a limited supply and that is also the major reason why people are holding bitcoins. The value is growing very fast in an exponential rate because bitcoin has a limited supply of only 16.7 million bitcoins in circulations worldwide. The demand of bitcoin is higher than the supply, that's what makes bitcoin a good investment because the price will always go high. Bitcoin is a very good investment because it gained over 2000% increase in value last year 2017 that is all based on pure profit.
955  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: January 07, 2018, 06:47:17 PM
If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?
I think a lots of people are already using bitcoin as an international currency because it is the easiest and the fastest way to send money abroad without spending a lot of money as transaction fees or waiting for a day or two for the money to arrive. The bitcoin transaction is instant and it's already playing the role of international currency because it's working and there is no one out there to stop it.
956  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: January 07, 2018, 06:37:18 PM
So I have 2 cousins. One of them doesn't save and is a huge spender while the other is a saver and spends only once a year. So would bitcoin be a good way to teach them about saving? Since, mining bitcoin is the only way to make alot of bitcoin, I would use a alt wallet to show them what happens if you spend and don't save. What do you think?
Yes, bitcoin will teach them a lot about how to save money and investing for the future. Me too, i was a big spender but after i got started with bitcoin it changes my entire mindset of spending into becoming a big saver. In fact, a hard-core saver at the moment. My mom was even wondering where did I learned that. My little brother is the natural saver but me, I'm the celebrity because i always used to buy some expensive things but now i'm completely changed person all because of my bitcoin investments.
957  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: January 07, 2018, 06:26:01 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .
Yes, bitcoin is a very good investment because it gained over 2000% increase in value last year 2017 that is all based on pure profit. Bitcoin value is growing very fast in an exponential rate because bitcoin has a limited supply of only 16.7 million bitcoins in circulations worldwide. The demand of bitcoin is higher than the supply, that's what makes bitcoin a good investment because the price will always go high.
958  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: January 07, 2018, 06:13:00 PM
I know there are many big players who manipulate bitcoin price and make huge profits but can we the bitcointalk members also form a cartel and let bitcoin price never fall?is it possible that we manipulate price as I am sure most of bitcoin users visit this forum
No way for the bitcointalk community members now because that game belongs to the big whales and the big bankers like your uncle Jamie Dimon. To do such things it will require a huge amount of money, billions of dollars I'm talking here which I don't think the guys here can ever produce that kind of money.
959  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: January 07, 2018, 06:07:34 PM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?
The truth is bitcoin is a perfect tool for corruption and money laundering because one man's tool is another man's weapon. Bitcoin was invented to change the world and to free people from the banks and their financial greed, yet the criminals too also steps in to swim together with the rest of the people.
960  Economy / Economics / Re: 18% of Investors Buy Bitcoin With Borrowed Money on: January 07, 2018, 06:02:49 PM
I am strongly against making any such investment, but till now Bitcoin has given massive amounts of returns to whomever invested in that asset. So I don't have the right to advice anyone. If they want to take the risk, then let them take it. There is also a possibility that these guys will be having a better understanding about Bitcoin when compared to me.
Yeah, must investments involved taking risk and these people that invested in bitcoin with credits wins the game. it appears the investment with the highest risks are the ones making more profits. There was a time when I read about a guy selling his house to invest the money into bitcoin around Mid-July 2017 targeting the August 1st, bitcoin hard fork that led to the creation of bitcoin cash. why is that guy by now? I know he must be very happy by now.
