Correct me if I'm wrong here because I noticed that most boxers or fighters after their weigh-in schedule are continuously eating afterwards that specific event to at least regain their weight after they shrunk their weights just to be in the specified weight needed.
This is true however when a boxer goes through heavy training for the purpose of weight loss like burning over 10-15 lbs within just a short period of time to catch the weight needed for the fight, they are not suggested to make a heavy meal afterward because it will shock their body system and that's risky because just less than 24 hours, they will officially fight now. It's just good for those who just maintained their weight as their routine training is just about maintaining and not burning some fats. That's how risky for a boxer that is willing to go down weight especially if it needs to catch more weight loss like what will happen if Jake Paul will still push the idea of facing Conor McGregor. Game-time decision and Milwaukee Bucks decided to sit out their stars since they already clinched a playoffs spot and to have a rest. Not against the rules after all in preparation for the playoffs. It is really horrible to see LA Lakers in this kind of a situation. But it was already obvious much time ago that they were going to have serious problems in even the regular season. They still weren't able to play properly as a team and were depending on Lebron James at an incredibly high rate. And this has brought things to the current point. They have the same amount of wins with Spurs though and can still enter the playoff zone. But it is not going to be easy. They lost four weeks in a row and Spurs have been in a much better condition these days.
Actually not that horrible since it was already expected in the half-period of the season. Lakers fans should not expect anything from now on. There are still more seasons for a comeback although Lebron James is now hitting the retirement age and might not be the best player as always for the franchise. The better plan would be, to make a whole roster revamp from coaching staff to players and surround Lebron with good role players to help him. Lakers need Lebron and that's already proven. I don't know why others think that Lebron is stat-padding. How can you stat-padding at that age and still give 30+ points per game? That was greatness. |

Another of one of the most anticipated fight was revealed and fortunately it will happen this year as it's already official that Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire will have a rematch this coming June 7, three world titles will be on the line in this said rematch.
We can quite remember that Naoya Inoue have teased the whole boxing industry that he will come back and set foot in the ring this coming June and we know that is Nonito Donaire of the Philippines, although we cannot still confirm it in the previous months but now it's already settled and we know who it is.
The fight was close to happening as I remembered reading the Boxing Speculations thread. Bob Arum true to his words and now this fight finally become organized and officially will happen in June, the month where Naoya Inoue also said that he will come back to the ring. The rematch has to happen to now end their chapter. Donaire is a good match to Inoue even at 39 years old. The Japanese have a hard time winning the first match and this second fight will be his settlement chance to prove he is the strongest at Bantamweight. |

I like Meralco to win for the simple reason that we want different companies to compete in the Finals. It's hard to make an acting job if teams are playing in different companies. The competition is much better as Meralco also has a rivalry with Ginebra in an import conference although the import of Meralco is not the same during their first meeting in the Finals.
Don't get me wrong here.
I like Magnolia but since Ginebra passes the NLEX, I will side for Meralco for a different view on the Finals and not between sister teams. If NLEX sent Ginebra to Boracay on Semis, I will prefer Magnolia over Meralco but that's not what happened.

Annoying loss on the Suns spread yesterday but good thing it didn't sting my bankroll that much as I had some on the moneyline. Liking the Bucks at 2.10 to beat the Nets, both teams prefer not to get a loss here but I much prefer the Bucks since the Nets didn't perform well against the Pistons in their last game. I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly blew out the Bucks since they have the firepower to do so it's just that the Bucks are doing better while the Nets are a hit or miss. Also took Hawks -5.5 @1.86, the Hawks remain solid at home while the Cavs are regressing plus they're missing a few key players. I'm like to tail you on this but I think that line was possible for the Milwaukee Bucks since Giannis is still questionable (close to probable) to play in that game because of a knee problem. The game is just about to start and let's see if Giannis can play. I also like to consider the Bucks big comeback from a strong team Sixers and even win in that game recently. The Bucks can handle the Nets but I'm concerned with Giannis' health status as he might not be at 100%. |

Now it's getting a bit ridiculous between Jake Paul and Conor Mcgregor. Jake Paul says now he will knock out Conor in the first round. That's crazy to be honest. First he wants to lose weight to make the fight more fair, then he said he wants to fight in the Octagon under UFC rules and now a fight that is over in one round. It's just about barely a few days to go and since no news regarding a change of event, the fight might be happened for good at maybe 85% to 90%. The replacement can't just happen quickly unless the possible replacement also has an incoming fight or part of the undercard on the close weight class like what happened when Ugas replace Spence to face Pacquiao.
Regardless of anything, we should just stick to the idea that this fight will happen unless there's an official announcement made that it will be canceled. Goodbye to Casimero if that's happened as he failed again to show up and he is the reason for the canceled fight.

I think Lakers main problem is that they bringed Westbrook with such a high salary and spilled more wins then he gaved. He dosent give anything good to Lakers and if Lakers want to do something next season they need to get rid of him and bring some fresh new players

Who do you see as a trade potential for him? There were rumors of WB and Lillard before bit I don't think it would make much of a difference. Let's look clearly at the Lakers' situation this season. When Russell Westbrook is playing good, the Lakers' winning rate is above 85%. The problem is not about Westbrook alone but how Vogel gives time to his players. Since he was experimenting, he didn't make some reshuffling to the players' rotation until he got the right mix. Sometimes Vogel always uses most of his players for the first time in the second half or late 1st half. The fuel of that player is still cold since he didn't allow those players to play early to pump their adrenalin. The Lakers need to trade Anthony Davis, not Russell Westbrook. Change the coaching staff, especially the head coach. I'd rather trade an injury-prone compared for a player that trying their best to win even how hard it is amid lots of negative criticism. |

If ever there would be some rematch between Donaire and Inoue then Nonito should really be doing something better compared into their last fight.He should mind on about his defense while not affecting his aggressive stance because in most times on where Inoue do really make out heavy body shots unpredictably.I dont have any doubts for his stamina since he could last up to the entire round.
Isn't it obvious that Nonito Donaire should be making some adjustments? He already knows that as he is preparing it for a long. He anticipates that a rematch will probably happen and he has already met the requirements for it by defeating two boxers since he was defeated by Inoue. But while Donaire is expected to do some adjustments, there's no way Naoya Inoue won't do the same. He should be preparing now and thinking of a strategy not to be pulverized in the early rounds against Donaire like what happened in the 1st match. We will now see them again in a rematch as that was a long wait. |

On the other hand, Ugas's defense is hard to break but there are no points counted in defense and that will make Ugas also shift to offensive if he sees Spence is not doing more punches. First up is the Lakers vs the Mavericks, which should be a win for the Mavericks as James is listed as doubtful for the game. A shame, as I always love watching him match up with Luka Doncic. As far as I know, the Los Angeles Clippers already gave up with the idea that Kawhi Leonard will be available this season up to the playoffs. Although the door is not closed, looks like the team already concluded the situation about Kawhi not giving expectations to their fans to avoid disappointment. You might be missing something, mate. Try to make a recap and watch all games after Anthony Davis returns this season. He is putting up big numbers already even coming from an injury. There is no question how big he can contribute once he comes back but the question is, how long he can stay healthy after being injured. No problem with his stats and contribution, that's one thing for sure. The comparison with hin and Draymond Green is not appropriate. They have different roles and Green is not putting the same numbers as Anthony Davis regardless if they are healthy or coming back from an injury. |

MP Promotions has nothing to do with the fight. Probellum won the bid on this fight. And the one taking care of Casimero's health is definitely and obviously not his promoter but the team himself. The promoter in layman's terms is the body that organizes and promotes the fight. The internal subject like training, diet and any related stuffs are out of their hands. Getting a fight with Jake Paul is not a bad idea because that's a good chance to warm himself up while making good money before he gets a professional fight in UFC with the high risk of losing. After all like you guys said, his career is on a sunset now.
