961  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial education or 1million dollars on: May 17, 2023, 05:19:38 AM
That's going to be an easy answer. You got to do so much less compared to having an education or something. You can just invest it into a business and hire someone who knows it as well and make sure that you have the right people working for you then that's it. It's definitely ideal to know the whole business, but you can learn it as you go along the way.

Definitely $1M is life-changing money and there's no thinking else about it.
962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about slot machines and RTP on: May 17, 2023, 01:36:48 AM
Is this a common practice by different developers? Having essentially the same game and then just renaming it and giving it a different RTP and others?

Maybe this would cause players to think that it's the same game as well when they see it or maybe they will go with "Isn't this the game? I thought it was Sugar Rush not Sugar Twist"
963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wrong Predictions as price keep failing! on: May 16, 2023, 04:02:26 PM
I don't think it's wise to say that it will go up as soon as possible because that's just going to be false. Or even when it goes down, it could be false. It's like a subjective thing and you need to be able to continuously go with the flow on what's happening and not rely much on predictions because there's no assurance in that setting.

Be careful with your investments. I believe that it will go up but no specific timeline though.
964  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BINANCE APP Reinstall warning on: May 16, 2023, 03:20:39 PM
They are probably posing as Binance using some spoofing method and making it "look" like it came from Binance emails. The immediate reaction to those things should be that it's a scam, and look at the sender.

There is a lot in my emails now with attachments, and I don't really look at them and delete them automatically. Be careful, everyone.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLYGON as a national currency. on: May 15, 2023, 06:48:47 AM
I have seen videos of people using Polygon, and it's nice compared to other altcoins. I'm still with Bitcoin but I see it being used by many people and knowing what MATIC can do as well. IIRC, they are the ones responsible for it right?

Has anybody had any use case for this?
966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 15, 2023, 03:53:23 AM
This is already something that everyone should know because it's going to be hard to do when you are not capable of understanding the "Why" of your actions. Like why are you doing it in the first place? You need to know and understand that to be fully aware and make sure that you won't regret the actions that you did and be responsible for the actions that you have. You need to be accountable for it.

So in gambling, make sure you know why you are doing it and the purpose of it, and are you doing it for the long run?
967  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN BULL MAY BE IN TROUBLE on: May 14, 2023, 04:32:18 PM
I think that's just natural. I do hope that it could lead to another ATH and then we could be enjoying what we have earned. When we are on the part of the climax where we are going to reach the ATH again, that's probably another indication to have more of it or maybe sell if you need it. It's hard to really predict the movement of the market.
968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You are still very early on: May 14, 2023, 03:58:20 PM
Even if you say those things, you won't be able to fully be alive when the 21 million is supplied within the system. That's just a lame excuse. basically everything is a lame excuse TBH if you are not going to try. The best way is to just invest what you can and you can definitely maybe be thankful in the long run.

I do hope that everyone would be able to reach that 0.1 BTC and be thankful.
969  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trading constitution. on: May 14, 2023, 02:53:09 PM
I agree that risk management is definitely the important part in trading because you cannot profit if you always lose what you have earned and that's definitely a problem. You cannot be profitable if you're not consistent.

It's weird to call a constitution without so much details lol.
970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: May 14, 2023, 11:22:11 AM
2) Haas Boss Guenther Steiner tells F1 fans to be patient: ' There will be a fight!' he added that fans should not jump to the conclusion that Red Bull will have an easy season well, Guenther really is promising a more competitive F1 race not just a 1 sided race were 1 team will always dominate the podium just because of their RB19 and Fans should have for Haas team and they will see Kevin Magnussen and Niko Hulkenburg in the podium anytime soon,

https://f1i.com/news/474225-steiner-tells-f1-fans-to-be-patient-there-will-be-a-fight.html
I do hope that there will be a fight soon. The Red Bull car is definitely OP and it's going to be always them at front. Since there are still races left in the season, I hope there's something that can be done with that and have a fight.

Do you guys think that Haas will be able to do that? I remember them being able to be in P4 in the recent GP and maybe they could have that chance once they are more consistent with the results. Who knows? Huh
971  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance announced LN integration on: May 12, 2023, 07:21:00 AM
Now it's time for people to understand what LN is and what it could do in general. We need this kind of thing to let people understand why it's a game changer.  Shocked
972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 11, 2023, 04:08:16 PM
It's not just that, and it's always the case when people tend to purchase the news and then lose a lot of money by buying at the top.

It's always best to have the buying timing at the start when there's no noise yet so that you can have that maximum profit and make sure that you HODL your way to the top and then sell when others are buying. It's hard to time it but better to get out fast if the fast things happen.

Be careful investing.
973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I found a trading strategy that blew my mind! on: May 11, 2023, 03:59:32 PM
You got to be careful with what you are trying to watch and follow because that can be detrimental to your trading portfolio, and you might lose a lot, and you might get depressed or something. Many videos tend to show only the good parts, not the bad ones.

It's important to filter it and be careful.
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin - PEPE on: May 10, 2023, 03:47:59 PM
Damn, this is meme peak processing, lol. That's really a high amount. Knowing that it's a meme coin and still gets easily listed on Binance, that's definitely a wild thing to do. It had overtaken the problems that Bitcoin currently has.

How can we ride the wave? :O
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's problems are visible as never before on: May 09, 2023, 02:56:08 PM
It is just more like a thing to overcome. For other people, it probably is a game changer for them, but for members of the forum, it probably will not affect us. There are a lot of people who believe that it's still the number 1 crypto. It might be because of the price as well, but right now, it's just not ideal.
976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing doesn't guarantee you to be rich on: May 09, 2023, 07:16:16 AM
That's pretty standard when you are investing. That there's always the risk of not making it through the numbers game and you can end up losing your investment in the first place. Personally, the important thing that you are going to consider is the path that you are taking and whether you are doing the necessary steps to get you to your goal always remember that you are what you do.

There's definitely no guarantee in this life.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Aliens accept BTC, What about newborns? on: May 09, 2023, 12:20:09 AM
This is definitely something that is not often thought about. I don't think that they will have the use for that if aliens were to interact with us. Things like these are something that Aliens won't consider if they were to be here. Just seeing this makes it seem that people want to be desperate to know that what we are doing here exists and is applicable to extraterrestrial stuff.
978  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best 2FA applications to use. Open source, free, secure. Better than Google's on: May 08, 2023, 03:23:04 PM
I have been using Tofu for quite sometime and it's a definitely a good alternative to Google Authenticator and Authy. I have been more of an Authy user compared to Google's but I think those two are the most popular. I believe that it's worth checking out an alternative because you cannot recover it if you lost your device or something.

Some of the things you listed are good for sure. I do hope people use it and understand it that it's important to have.
979  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Buying property with crypto on: May 07, 2023, 04:25:05 PM
Reading this now, I hope the OP has an update on his decisions. Did he HODL? Or decided to convert his crypto already with fiat to buy something. This has been 3 years already, and I hope it's good news. Maybe merit worthy once he updates lol.
980  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Haults All Bitcoin Withdrawals !! on: May 07, 2023, 04:07:18 PM
Well, that's a reasonable precaution from them IMO because they might get backlash from not doing anything about it and might even look like they are taking advantage of fees, etc. Maybe they don't want the hassle and just steer clear of it or something. It's better to withdraw using other coins if you are in need but if not, just stay with it.
